Cons:The facility was filthy. Broken windows and others boarded up or replaced with plexiglass. Elevator barely worked. The entire hotel smelled. We went into the room and wouldn't even put our bags down because it was so filthy. Went back to the front desk and told the clerk we would not stay there. Clerk would not give us a refund stating that she was not authorized and their policy was not to refund internet reservations. I asked if they would be paid for the reservation even though we didn't stay. She stated that they get paid regardless and again stated that they do not refund internet reservations. I cannot believe that the facility is allowed to remain open to the public.

Cons:First off my reservation was for 2 I got there at 130 and they wouldn't let me check in till 3 then they charged my card an extra 140 for my little dog which I was not informed of at all and wasn't stated anywhere online. I booked a queen bed which turned out to be a twin bed that hardly fit me and my husband which we weight about 120 pounds. People that worked the front desk were rude and not very personable at all. I will never stay here again

Pros:Nice and clean rooms. Enjoyed our stay and would like to come back with family next time. Great staff. I had booked a smoking room by mistake, changed over to a non-smoking without any hassles and charges. Much obliged. Thank you.

Pros:The guy at the desk was extremely helpful giving me directions, he was also friendly and polite.
Cons:The room was clean but kinda run down.

Cons:The free internet computers did not work all the time. I was still able to check the weather each day I stayed at the hotel.
