Pros: Standard flight

Cons: Actually prepare the plane properly for take off

Cons: Sound system on the in-flight movie was horrible. Headphones didn't work in the jack, static obscured the sound. Tried different headphones but had the same result. Not too much of a problem. Flight was short and wouldn't have had time to watch the full movie anyway. Everything else was great. Staff was amazing. Seats were comfortable. Boarding was fairly quick.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Air Canada induced errors Caused a need to interact with airport staff in Toronto Pearson. Staff were RUDE and completely ambivalent. They simply did not care. The area was grossly understaffed. The staff present were incompetent. Will never fly them again.

Pros: Movies!

Cons: Food..

Pros: We had an issue with the baggage which h we were able to resolve quickly and easily and get some money back.

Pros: There was nothing I liked. The plane was an hour late and nearly missed my connection.

Cons: 1 hour delay due to maintenance but the ground crew and pilot kept us informed.

Pros: Smooth flight!

Cons: Entertainment

Pros: I got to the destination.

Cons: I could not have been ripped off with extra baggage fees.

Pros: Crew was great. Enjoyed the free wine

Cons: Include baggage and seat in price. Such a bummer to pay more at the airport

Pros: Convenient! Love flying to Toronto on Porter. Nice glassware for drinks. Unique feel. Will definitely fly again!

Cons: Why do we accept this humiliation from AA, they charge for breading inside the plane, they don't give anything nice to eat or drink, and the tickets are more expensive than others. You know why?, Because we are stupid

Cons: Being offered a cup of coffee would be nice

Cons: More luggage space and plugs on the plane to charge devices

Pros: Everything was clean and new feeling

Cons: Food on offer was uninspiring.
