Stay was fine
They hit us with an unexpected 'facility fee' of almost $50 - for the new total price we could have stayed other locations we know that offer way more value for the money. Somebody's bait and switch - maybe our friends at Kaya..........?
The location can’t be beat. Unless you’d rather be somewhere else. Then that place would probably be better.
I understood the risk in taking their lower tier room to save some money but it seemed like the room hadn’t been updated or cleaned properly since the early 90s.
There was no breakfast, even web site of this hotel said it should be. We were complaining about it, but they said the hotel does not have it.. They also demanded additional $34.25 for hotel fees, and other taxes. The conformation we received did not mention about any other possible charges. I think we should be credited for additional charges.
Web site is not truthful about the facilities and what is included in reality.
Location was the best part
Always a line for check in/anything at the front desk. Doors block no sounds. Additional fees assessed.
I didn't like anything about this place it was poor quality and staff was very rude and disrepectful
The staff should be more professional the rooms need to be cleaned and updates for the price and location
location was awesome
room was rough. stained ceiling tiles, bathroom has missing tiles in tube shower pressure was bad
rooms were not cleaned well at all. beds were made but trash was left in receptacles. bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned. carpet in room old and also wasn’t vacuumed/cleaned well or maybe wasn’t cleaned daily
Location and self service kiosk
It was all dirty and the stuff is really rude
Location was some what convenience to things but nothing to write home about.
It's location is great. Right in the heart of midtown with access to all parts of the city
Do not be fooled by the price. Upfront, the pricetag is cheap, but they hit you at check in with a "service and facilities fee" of an extra $35 or so a night. Take your money elsewhere, as what you get for your money here (service, cleanliness, amenities, atmosphere, etc), is not worth skimping initially
Room dirty. Rude workers. Run downhotel.
