Pros: very professional and great attitude

Cons: nothing

Cons: Flight was delayed for about 4 hours then canceled on a Sunday night and I wasn't rebooked until Wednesday morning. Porter staff said I would only be refunded the "pro-rated" fare for the leg that was canceled. This makes no sense as I had to buy my own ticket home from another airline and I didn't get to pay a "pro-rated" fare because I was halfway home. They also put us up in an extremely sketchy hotel that was unsafe, unclean and had an active prostitution ring going on.

Pros: Complimentary refreshment during layover.

Cons: Flight delayed without informing the estimated time of delay. Confusing boarding time and gate number.

Pros: The Porter desk staff were pretty quick in recognizing that a hoard of passengers from a super delayed flight needed to find their connections immediately. They were able to print out new passes and direct flyers in only a few minutes.

Cons: Porter flies out of Billy Bishop in Toronto, and the dated airport definitely has an impact on you when you are stuck there for long periods of time.

Cons: Everything perfect

Pros: Stewardesses were pleasant

Cons: I had a basic economy so there was nothing I could have changed. The flight was good and captain alerted us frequently of status. Overall good

Cons: i was somehow ‘offloaded’ from a seat that i paid extra for.

Cons: Smooth flight on time

Cons: Boarding was a zoo, they changed aircraft and lost my reservation although I am an executive platinum. I boarded as a standby customer Comer after 25 years of flying with them you would think they would pay more attention.

Cons: More luggage space and plugs on the plane to charge devices

Pros: On time, only one gate change!

Cons: Cheaper. Ran out of food on the incoming flight. Should have planned better

Pros: Comfortable seats

Cons: It was all good
