Pros: Everyone was so nice and friendly Loved the snack

Cons: Delayed by an hour. And no functioning toilet.

Pros: Boarding and flight were fairly smooth, the crew were friendly and the seats were comfortable.

Cons: Told that due to turbulence, no cart service would be available. There didn't seem to be a whole lot of turbulence that would prevent cart service. We did get a bag of terra chips and a small water.

Cons: My return flight was delayed by 90 minutes.

Cons: Couldn't hear announcements over PA system

Cons: That I was not allowed to move into empty seats further forward. And that I would have had to pay more for a seat closer to the front. Airlines say they serve the public but they do so only tintype who can afford it. Shame on you.

Cons: i was somehow ‘offloaded’ from a seat that i paid extra for.

Cons: Seats are REALLY small

Cons: The departure postponed several times. The comfort in those parts of Toronto and Dulles airport which us Canada express is absent at all. There are no even seats enough for all passengers.

Pros: The meals and the consistent drink service was great

Cons: We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!

Pros: The atl to bwi leg was not great. No inflight entertainment and the aircraft looked old.

Cons: A newer aircraft that doesn't show its age would be nice
