It was terrible the bed was hard not to mention the people that were next-door I write loud ghetto and it was the worst experience ever they woke me and my husband up at 4 a.m. which we decided to check out

I was able to get my money back after finding out the pool was broken.

The room hadn't been updated in decades, it smelled gross mixed with a artificial floral scent to cover it up. Walls and floor were dirty. The hotel interior walls were concrete/plaster and smelled like mildew. The staff seemed indifferent/annoyed, but I can't blame them because they are probably used to dealing with upset guests constantly. The only reason we came was for the indoor pool, we got our family of four into our swimwear, made our way down to the pool to find out it was out of order. We were able to get our money back and get a room somewhere else though.
