Pros: Great breakfast and friendly staff

Cons: The beach in front of the hotel is not very clean. I couldn’t go swimming.

Cons: Everything needs update or maintenance. Did not get room we booked. Not told enough about our complimentary mini bar, breakfast times or beach towels available. Problem with shower and toilets. Ran out of Bintang beer. Hotel has a lot of potential but it is not a 4/5 star hotel in its current state.

Pros: Not much - nothing . Overall extremely disappointing. The staff were nice, but the property is a disgrace.

Cons: The property is run down, ripped carpet, broken doors - I think you can clearly see this by the photos. The restaurant was not air conditioned - doors open - and at breakfast time, with a buffet breakfast, this bought in flies etc. So gross, we couldn't even eat the food.

Cons: Air Con at the main bedroom was broken. They have fixed it but it wasnt working well. Still hot. No trash bin at the living room nor dining room. Need more maintenance on the furniture. Bfast no sausage. U have to ask first. Some of the food tasteless. Need a lot of improvement. Met with second top Manager. He was so nice. We talked a lot about the hotel. I complained abput the AC. and he directly asked the technician to check again the AC at the room. While I was with him, my family told me that someone came to check the AC. The way he talked was not nice. He just said the AC was fine. He only felt the AC at the living room while the problem was at the main bedrooom. He didnt do anything to it. When I came back to the room...the AC at the main bed room still not cold. Well... at least I thankful I only stayed for one nite. Thank you for the hospitality of the Manager. Your staff should learn from you how to treat the guest and how to maintain the AC.

Cons: the hotel infrastructure is not well maintained it looks old the service level needs to be upgraded plus they could provide a free shuttle to town

Cons: Most of the hotel’s room are in refurbishment. Noise building works all day long that you hear from your room. Looks you stay in a construction building site.

Pros: When you have a scooter the location is excellent. The villa is spacious and nice. The barhroom is very simple compared to other villas we stayed in a same price range.

Cons: Breakfast needs improvement. Probably it is worthto self prepare or eat out than prepay it in the hotel.

Cons: I get that the standards of cleanliness in Bali may not be the same as back home and I’m fine with that but compared to the other places we have stayed here in Bali, the rooms were disgusting! The entire bathroom was covered in mould and smelled terrible, the kitchenette was disgusting and everything in it was dirty, we took one look at the glasses and refused to drink from them.

Pros: Staff were very friendly, and once we moved rooms hotel was much better! The first room was very outdated and nothing like the photos we saw. Butt he hotel staff were very understanding and moved us to one of the villas rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The property is a little far out from everything so you either need a scooter or to get taxis (very cheap). The hotel was not very clean, the pool was dirty quite a lot and the showers and bathrooms we covered in limescale.

Pros: Very specious outdoor area. The pool was the best part and cleanest area, just a shame we couldn’t sleep in it as well.

Cons: Full size kitchen would have been great if it was actually functional. Then we could have made a decent breakfast ourselves. Quite dirty and obviously not maintained. Paid for 5 nights on arrival but checked out 2 nights early as we couldn’t stand it anymore. Then they asked for proof that we had payed when we checked out.

Pros: Staff is very good in this property. I got some problem in Kuta one guy stolen my mobile and me and my wife was little upset about the place and people after we talk with the staff and they are very good and make us comfort and we stayed there till we go from there to our country. And rooms also good.

Cons: I felt There lighting was little less. For me I need more lights ☺️
