Pros: Perfect place Excelent breakfest
Cons: Nothing
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing. I would not recommend anyone to book a stay here.
Cons: It was absolutely horendous. No curtains in the room and holes in carpets. Had to complain at reception to get curtains for the 2 rooms we had booked and they could only provide 1 pair between the 2 rooms. The chairs in the bar area were so ripped they looked like a tiger had been scratching at them. So bad we had booked 3 nights but checked out after 1 but they insisted we pay for 3 nights. DO NOT BOOK
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location near the lake was beautiful! I highly recommend this place!
Cons: my only complaint was that the bar and restaurant were closed at 11PM
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really lovely welness lady Eliska.
Cons: People (staff) behind the bar behaved like we disturb them..and receptions didn´t have much information about other villages )pubs) and conditions for cross country skiing.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The place is nice, cosy, clean and stylish, staff very helpful. The breakfast is truly awsome there, great selection of things. There is a kids corner and billiard for families you can use freely.
Cons: In our triple room there was a problem with a heater - no chance to regulate the temperature and it was on full power the whole night and day. The room could have had over 30 degrees. To be able to sleep we had to have the windows open, on Saturday night in February. Unfortunately there is a wine cellar underneath the hotel, people go out to smoke and chat and taxis stand there with the engine on all night to wait for potential customers. It was impossible to sleep really. If they fix the heaters, it is a great place! (The morning receptionist didn't say anything when I brought up the issue, just nodded).
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is great, Just in the middle of old City centre. A handful of bars and restaurants nearby, very cheap eating and drinking. Hospitality - everyone is doing their best. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Very good value for money. Parking Just outside.
Cons: The reception is only partly open, so you have to check in through the next door bar. Breakfast is typically czech, that means it would not give you a complete meal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For such small city and hotel, i was surprised that rooms are so clean, comfortable. There is also mini bar in rooms and prices are acceptable! Very nice and kind lady on reception was on 22.02.2020 (morning time) :)
Cons: There is nice bar with Czech tab beer. But they dont have terminal to pay by card. So i didnt get anything...
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice place
Cons: Transparent curtains do not allow to have dark room during the night.
7.9 Good
Pros: The property has a nice character
Cons: Garage parking for motorbike. Clean sizeable room it seemed well set up inside
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Located in the main town square with plentiful free parking right outside, the hotel has been beautifully restored while adding state-of-the-art tech and cons including, unusually, a CD and DVD player to go along with the giant flat-screen TV. The family room we stayed in was well laid out, with two double beds, a kitchen area and a beautiful, well-equipped bathroom including excellent floor level shower. And, a defining touch: all the towels had been folded into swan shapes and presented on the beds. Finally, a typical continental breakfast is available. Strictly self-service, there is a reasonable choice of food and fruit juices as well as coffee and a variety of teas but, disappointingly, no croissants. Cons: This is not really bad as it ended up showing the hotel staff in a very good light but the first time I sat on the edge of the bed it collapsed. A strut running from head to foot had snapped. Apparently, the previous weekend there had been some particularly boisterous bikers staying and they had trashed a couple of rooms. The fix on our bed was temporary while they waited for the right wood to be delivered. The staff quickly effected another temporary fix. The next day the owner apologised again and said how embarrassed he was and made ample and unasked for reparation. You have to feel sorry for hotels when guests cause so much wilful damage.
