Pros: Lovely renovated winery. Very clean, very comfortable and romantic. Gorgeous and peaceful mountings around. Liked everything, and of course very welcoming host. They produce own organic wine, also nice.
Cons: Everything was fantastic
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely charming property. The owners are very nice. Cyclists are welcome. I arrived very late but they welcome me with a smile and really took care of me. Highly recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s uniqueness and warmth, , not tourist hub but has own wine cellar with delicious wine and food prepared for guests
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The old house. The dining room that’s actually a wine cellar. The grapes were being picked and Dominique and Dominique took us to see the cellar and explained about wine making. The dinner was fine French country cooking. The lentil salad and the potatoes were some of the best I’ve eaten. The wine was fabulous. I asked to have breakfast outside and Dominique set a table for us overlooking the vineyard. Unforgettable.

Had a wine tasting which was extremely informative and the wine was so good we bought more than we planned. Perfect English spoken. Had a really lovely stay.

Pros: Very nice view on Mont ventoux. The Staff is very nice. Cool amenities , swimming pool, sauna etc...
Cons: When we saw the terrace in picture, we thought it was a private one. it is actually a large one, shared in multiple slots, matching each room. Not a big deal but a bit disappointing. The breakfast is good but may be not worth the price (however, there are not much choice around)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly welcome from a bright young receptionist who became our waiter at dinner- she was knowledgeable of the menu & translated everything well. Great little pool in which to cool off after a very long hot drive. Very tranquil setting & quiet despite being close to the centre of town. Excellent goats cheese mousse with an intense citrus dressing as the starter on the set menu was the star.
Cons: Our request for a garden view was indeed that, but you needed to kneel to see it from the small porthole type window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, good food, comfortable bed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for a couple of nights in order to cycle Mont Ventoux. It's our third stay in Nyons and our second at this hotel. Having a pool and spa after a long day in the saddle was a godsend. The gardens are lovely and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The breakfast struggled to satisfy our voracious appetites but was of excellent quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk into Centre Ville were there are some great bars and restaurants.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and pretty room with views across the garden to the hills opposite. Exceptional service and delicious breakfast. Our second and not our last visit. Worth a detour
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 1 night in this quirky boutique hotel. There was a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. Very close to Nyons main centre and close to shops; bars and restaurants. I will be coming back!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Lage
Cons: Empfang: No assisstance with the laguage...☹️
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The reception was warm and helpful, also in managing to get me a table for dinner. The restaurant, with a strong emphasis on nature and health, is of high quality.. The garden, where dinner was served, created an attractive and romantic ambiance. The bath room had a good shower.
Cons: Apart from the shower, the bath room was very cramped.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Terrific location for exploring the lower Rhone Valley. The garden and the pool area are lovely, and the food is excellent.
Cons: Room was very dimly lit.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was first class, and beautifully presented
Cons: Room was very clean, but small and dated. We knew it was an old property but we expected furnishings and decor to be updated. Toilet whilst very clean was just a cupboard, and a disgrace for a Superior room. There were also loose tiles on the stair, a safety hazard An old property and as such no lift.. The garden was close to jungle with foliage, the small plunge pool fine, but the surroundings with vegetation all around a haven for mousquitos, and we were badly bitten. The Dinner was beautifully set but no choice of menu.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Nil.
Cons: Poor location requiring car or steep climb from town. Very small room (and I had booked single occupancy of double room) backed onto rear parking with nil view. Reception was closed when I arrived at 13h00 and I had to return later to check in. Restaurant was closed at midday. No lift. Minimal room/bathroom amenities.
6.7 Good
Pros: Quiet, peaceful, pool.
Cons: Restaurant was closed, the hotel is up on a hill with 15 min walk to town (up the hill going back), bad wi-fi, no AC or fan
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean and the interior of the hotel was quite ornate. One of us had a swim in the pool which was nice! The breakfast was good value and the hosts friendly. The front was surrounded by low growing olive trees and had pleasant views of the surrounding hills.
Cons: Nothing.. We had a view of the car park though they had planted shrubs in front.. Wasn't a problem..
7.5 Good
Pros: the hotel is located in a quiet place surrounded by a housing area with a beautiful view of the mountains.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location, nice swimming pool, parking space, nice host
Cons: Room was very very small, bathroom only separated with curtain, temperature was way way too hot / room exposed during the day, barely bearable at night. Breakfast not included. Very expensive for this size of room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and good views, beds fine and own terasse
Cons: Pool opens at 10 am, so no morning swim
6.3 Good
Pros: Beds comfy and clean. Room clean. If you only want room to stay and sleep perfect. Pool was dirty nothing like photo on website.
Cons: Chef on holiday so no food. Hotelier arrogant. Pool and patio area not inviting. I know it had rained the night before but I have owned a b&b and that was the one thing we did each morning was to make sure common area was clean for guest we did not arrive till early evening.
6.3 Good
Cons: The hotel was partly used as it advertised with restaurant this was not the case on arrival and during the stay. We did not receive any notification of the (temporarily?) closing of the restaurant. The distance to the city restaurants is about 1 km.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location and the terrace. Ideal for families, since there are playgrounds and lots of little guest houses. I can imagine that this would be ideal for families with children or for friends who want to travel in a group. Die is a very small town, however nice place to buy the cremant of the region. Strongly recommended if you have some space in your car. Furthermore the restaurant Le Mazel was delicious, despite the fact, that it was not rated as very good in the restaurant guide on internet. I also recommend to drive through this region - for example direction to Nyons.
Cons: Unfortunatelly we did not reserve in one of the restaurants. French restaurants are rare in Die. Pizzas you get and several other small places - also Thai food. However we found one French restaurant - Le Mazel - which was delicious and is mentioned in the above section (what we liked).
