Cons: At the start of the summer, there are a lot of motorbikes passing the hotel. It's really nobody's fault or anything anybody can do a lot about, but it's still a bit annoying.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: In general a very nice hotel and restaurant run by some very nice people.
Cons: If you are not in to hiking there is not much to do except relaxation, which is OK
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wide variety of foods
Cons: Some mattresses were too soft.
6.7 Good
Pros: It is very convenient to rent and give back the ski equipment - when you rent, the rent ahop delivers to the hotel’s ski room, and then simply picks everything up when you are done.
Cons: The hotel didn’t really create a homey atmosphere. It is probably too big for that. Most obvious disadvantages are the swimming pool and the saunas beeing situated on different floors and quite far from each other; check out which is oddly at 11 am and room lighting which all goes on and off with a switch of a master key leaving no chance to a more dim reduced lighting. Also, elevators are not effectively working but thus may be relecvant for when the hotel is full.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything is just perfect. From the check in until the check-out.
Cons: Cannot find one. If so, time went by so quickly.

Pros: We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful and attentive. They speak German, English and Italian. Breakfast was amazing (lots of choices) as well as evening salads and vegetables. The room was spotless as well at the bathroom, cleaning services daily. 10+ to all staff!!!! The hotel is situated in a beautiful village almost on the edge of a valley and from there you can visit plenty of places. Definitely a must for this hotel!!! (planning to go back)
Cons: We had half board included, that means breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was amazing. However a minus was for the long waiting time that we had to spend at dinner (from our point of view) and the fact that you are limited to be there starting 19:19:30 pm . If you enjoy spending around one and a half hour at dinner it's alright then.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel design used a lot of forethought to take advantage of the many views of surrounding mountains due to placement of windows and skylights. 9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, big rooms, ebike renting at a reasonable price
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Rich breakfast and perfect hospitality.
6.3 Good
Pros: Beside having very clean rooms, their SPA is also worth exploring.
Cons: Unfortunately the picture of the Sciliar they have is not reflecting the real landscape they have access to ( nothing special, as it’s a bit hidden). Although the staff was initially very friendly in answering our questions, we got the most uncommon Tirol experience ever: they asked as extra money after the buffet breakfast because we decided to bring 2 pieces of bread with us... I’ve been several times in Tirol and Austria and this never happened to me. Moreover if you say it’s a buffet, how can you quantify if we had “more food” in comparison to other people or to what was expected???
