6.7 Good
Pros: Nicely designed, spacious rooms with sitting area. Good breakfast but table layout made it difficult to seat a party of 6 together.
Cons: Confusing check in arrangements, location of Reception is not clearly marked. Slow pace of check in whilst people are taken to their rooms. Bathroom extractor fan didn’t work in one room and wouldn’t switch off in another.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A special private dinner was arranged by the chef.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, nice view over the pool
9.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful location with superb walks along the cliffs
Cons: all good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect stay in a small village. The idea of this hotel is great, staying in the center of a small village. We stayed in a double suite with mezzanine, which was great. Sun on the balcony in the morning, and in front of the house in the evening. Breakfast was amazing, loads of fresh fruit, sweets, fresh juice and pancakes or eggs. And the staff was super helpful. Hotel restaurants were great for dinner as well. Location is great and we did a few of the Rota Vincentina walks! Highly recommended!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow, this place is really unique and special. It's on the top of a hill as you enter the town of Odeceixe, but totally worth the effort. They have a bunch of houses scattered around, with the idea that you'll feel like a part of the community as you stay there. We rented a suite - it was so amazing. They had fresh tea and chocolate bread waiting for us. The upstairs had a BEAUTIFUL view of the city and the surrounding countryside. There was a kitchen, dishwasher, nespresso-maker, awesome shower. We ended up eating at Naperon (the chef Hugo Nascimento tasting menu) for dinner, and it was SO good. I think we may have been the only people there because we went in November, so it was essentially a private dinner by the chef. A truly amazing ending to an awesome vacation hiking through Portugal. If you go to Odeceixe you have to stay at this place.
Cons: It's a tough hike to the top of the hill after you've already been hiking for 6 hours (walking from Zambujeiro do Mar)... but still worth it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! The property was lovely, such a beautiful view and the authenticity was fabulous. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and kind. The food was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wish we could stay longer! :)
Cons: Nothing!! :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing concept, which reactivate old buildings in a small street into a modern style hotel. Very good interior style, very good breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully renovated rooms, clean and comfortable, with private outdoor patio. The pool is stunning and clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. They serve a delicious buffet-style breakfast on the poolside patio. This place is very calm and relaxing and offers easy access to the nearby beaches.
Cons: The rooms, although beautiful and clean, are a bit on the small side.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great lobby and common/pool area.
Cons: The room was a little rough around the edges for the price - eg., chipped paint, broken hook. My room wasn't nearly as nice as the lobby/common areas. The front window overlooks the area where garbage and recycling are dropped off so not a pleasant view.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it is simply perfect. Great rooms and breakfast and the pool area is lovely and comfortable. Will certainly return.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was fantastic!!! The staff, the facilities and the food were all fabulous. In addition, there was a restaurant which was located away from the property which was also fantastic. It was definitely a hotel rather than a b+b although the various accommodations were well spread out.
Cons: It was at the top of a very steep hill - making it almost inaccessible for those without a car. There was a shuttle service for transport of bags to the bus-stop however, I feel that there should be a regular shuttle service between the property and the village.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was unusual, set among properties within the village. Really liked this novel idea. Great breakfast and great meal in the à la carte restaurant. Pool also looked great but it was too cold for us to enjoy it
Cons: The room was nice but it was strange not having a totally private bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the linen was a bit grey. It would benefit from being replenished
10.0 Excellent
Cons: At the B&B rooms the insolation from the street noises can be improved.
