Old unsafe and gross

Not much. The location seemed unsafe

Everything was old, dirty, needing repair or replacement. The door to our building didn't even close so no security and in what looked like a bad part of town.

Mediocre

first room was very bad and the hall smell VERY bad. The rooms were like for a 1/2 star hotel, can't describe the conditions of the rooms , then when we asked for change they sent us to to a different building where the rooms were acceptable. Breakfast is always empty of food, no even when is starting.

Filthy but friendly staff

The only thing about this hotel that was pleasing was how friendly the front desk was, Giselle was very helpful!

Everything else. I have pictures of how dirty EVERYTHING was, sheets hadn't been changed, there was hair and dirt on them. Coffee Pot had been used and not cleaned, bathroom was not clean, stains everywhere and smelled like smoke in a nonsmoking room. The security on the hotel was fine downstairs but upstairs they had one of the entry doors propped open so anyone could easily go in, I didn't feel safe physically or hygene-wise. I refused to stay there, I left.

It was close to shopping center and Downtown

It was dirty... In my room there were 2 giant crocroaches , the hotel has a horrible smell and we can consider this as a motel, the staff was very impolite and unprofessional, specially front desk ... Very disorganized ... I mentioned all this to the manager and I only got an "ok"

I got what I paid for....the location is really good

The pool was "closed" because there was a broken light inside it, but there was no sign whatsoever of this, they gave us only 3 towels and we were four in the room, the floor was sticky and they didnt clean right the room. It really upsete that the pool was closed

I did not like the it. Poor service. The house keeping staff Did not clean the room. Managers did not resolve guess issues. The so called continental breakfast lacked from his presence. It was the worse place I have been in. Will not recommended this place .

Having Breakfast included, but will like to have eggs and some protein included :-)..... Staff was very efficient and that I was able to bring my little dog.

Carpet was Dirty, Insects in the room.

No hot tub, no shuttle, a little noisy.

Friendliness of staff and good location to Florida Malls shopping centre.

We asked for a smoking room which we got. The room however could do with an overhaul and didn't look like it had been refurbished for years. Something unusual on the carpet in the room which looked suspiciously like a chicken bone! The curtains were filthy and so were the windows. To be fair though, the linen and towels were spotless and so was the bathroom.
