When you stay at Le Palais Paysan in Tameslouht, you'll be next to a golf course and steps from High Atlas. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: The most relaxing place possible. Don’t let the road there put you off!
Pros: The view was incredible during sunrise and sunset. The brutalist architecture was a little bit of a put off at when booking but on arrival it was beautiful amongst the landscape and the design of the garden. The staff were very attentive to us so much that when we arrived just minutes before sunset they ushered us to enjoy the golden view along with complimentary tea and biscuits before checking us in, that little touch of care was wonderfully appreciated and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Pros: The staff were wonderful and the location breathtaking I am going to recommend it to everyone travelling to Morocco. The bedroom we had (16) was especially nice as well as the views we had two balconies.
Cons: The water in the shower was not hot enough considering it gets cold in the evenings in October. I am sure it is perfect during the summer months but needs to be turned up for the winter.
Pros: Beautiful location and views, helpful attentive service, pool
Pros: Staff Location Design & architecture Room comfort Calm area Activities (hiking, moutain biking)
Cons: Not enough variety in food
Cons: The restaurant is very poor.
Pros: The views were incredible and the grounds are stunning. It is a peaceful paradise, the perfect place to get some R&R. I traveled alone for my birthday and the amazing staff made me feel very special, they even song me happy birthday at dinner and presented me with a cake. I honestly had no idea they were planning it and felt so happy. The staff are fantastic and super attentive, I cannot fault them. I will be coming back very soon.
When you stay at Tigmi in Tameslouht, you'll be steps from High Atlas. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Tameslouht? This hotel has facilities measuring 60 square feet (5 square meters), including a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Tigmi consists of a nice structure that probably has had its best times in the past. Despite its good position and its facilities, it is run down. Also, during our stay in a high season, we were almost the only guests.
Cons: Prices are too high considering the service and the attentions they offer. The management is poor, no attention is given to cleanness and breakfast for example is far below Moroccan average. Just a little example: eggs are part of the regular breakfast, also in hotels that charge half of Tigmi's price. When checking out, the management charged us two extra taxes that were not mentioned in the booking conditions. The whole setup gives no idea about Moroccan hospitality. It is a wannabe luxury resort.
Pros: BED AND BEDSHEETS CONFORT WELCOME SWIMMING POOL
Cons: BEDROOM DECORATION (CARPET ON THE WALL)
Pros: I loved the naturalness of the place. Just on the right side of unkempt! It was a real treat to have the fire lit in our room at night. The evening meal was superb, the French Morrocan fusion was a triumph. The best food of our entire holiday
Cons: I was very cold in January, so would've preferred to eat inside for breakfast
Pros: Excellent Manager. Stylish location and facility. Very quiet and peaceful.
Cons: Some of the lower staff is not particularly attentive.
Pros: I love this place, not too far out to go in and out of Marrakech, fabulous massages, and great pool.
Cons: It could do with a little TLC re. paintwork
Pros: When there was a photo shoot group staying the breakfast and buffet lunch were good. When they left there were only us and one other couple in the hotel and the breakfast deteriorated and lunch was off the limited menu only. The pool was heated and clean. The staff were very obliging but poorly trained.
Cons: General management was poor . In need of a shake up. The mountain bikes were lethal. The whole place had a need of a bit of tender loving care.
Pros: It is very pretty, with all you need.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like
Pros: lunch was amzing
Cons: staff dinner
Pros: second year running at this divine, delightfully small and in-hotel like place. Was lovely to see the same very helpful staff as last year and Jean-Paul, who was very welcoming. Thoroughly re-charged the batteries and will be returning.
Cons: only criticism would be the plumbing - could be updated!
Located in the heart of the famous palm grove of Marrakech, the Barceló Palmeraie is a majestic hotel inspired by local customs and culture.
Pros: The resort has a beautiful landscape, the pools are nice and quite.
Cons: The property is far from everything. The room was not cleaned properly, like the floor wasn’t mapped during our staying.
Pros: Staff was amazing and very helpful. Food was delicious and environment was relaxing :)
Cons: It would have been great if swimming pool was heated and pool table was part of all inclusive.
Cons: A 5* Hotel but services are of a 3* Hotel. Very poor quality of Service, food was very bad in all Restaurants. Dirty rooms, no towels and toilet paper, every day we had to ask for.....
Pros: Very Comfortable Room, Clean and the staff are very helpful
Pros: - Beautiful - Spacious - Nice amenities overall
Cons: - Improve the gym please!
Pros: Nice setting.

Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.
Pros: Honestly, we did not like anything about this hotel, except the handmade waffles and fresh fruits at breakfast.
Cons: We had a very bad experience at the hotel Savoy from top to finish. First, and although I requested a calm room as I was pregnant, we were given a room near to a club which entailed a lot of noise and vibrations throughout the night. When I asked to change, I had to wait for several hours and literally fight with the staff to obtain a better room (at the beginning we were offered a room worst than the original one we got), althought the hotel was not full. Worst experience ever ! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.
Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.
Pros: The room was comfortable
Cons: The service was horrendous, I was there with a wedding party and all of us felt the same, every person felt the same , they kept saying that this is a five star property but never delivered! We all had altercations with managers etc but still had to carry on as had no choice ! This is not a hotel I would prefer ever and happy to share this with 100 people in my party that were there! A shame! The hotel needs to get to do a lot more to get me back there! Overall I am disappointed with their check in staff, managers ( I had a run in with their guest relations manager murad who was absolutely not a manager but in the power of a very rude and unruly person at the bar, I still have the receipts to prove he was trying to make me look like I have cheated him whereas he was just being a very rude and unwelcome person! , On another note I spent 45 minutes trying to get an undercooked omelette for my wife as this 5 star property has 2 electric stoves to meet demand with a very long queue! All in all I am so disappointed, disgusted and unhappy that and so are the 100’s of people that attended that wedding that I will never come back to this hotel or indeed Morocco!!!
Ideally located on the beautiful Avenue Mohammed VI, in the city center, near the Medina and just 4km away from the international airport, the Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech offers outstanding facilities. Located in Marrakech city center, L'Hivernage district Contemporary oasis setting Three restaurants and bars Direct access to the Palais des Congrès Marrakech Spa, swimming pool, one heated in winter, Yoga Studio, Fitness and Kids club
Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness and facilities. Mr Mohammed Skiriba provided excellent service to us during our stay.
Cons: Too big, could get lost
Cons: - Unfriendly staff - they asked for total payment upfront until I insisted for deposit only - Not even a common communication system between parking and front office, we had to wait until the security had to call reception to get a confirmation, same upon leaving the hotel, kept us waiting until communicating with their talkies... - Requested ironing material, got a very dirty iron and a table with the surface completely shredded... - No hand towels in the room, requested and they told us they don’t have any left in the whole hotel !!!! Received the day after, only one hand towel !!!! - water glasses remained unchanged after room service even if they were used... - summary : very poor facilities and service for the price :250eur per night !!!
Pros: Staff excellent and ready to help.
Pros: I loved the interior, the staff, the breakfast and it was a wonderful place to relax. Many things to do - yoga, gym, a lovely bar and restaurants! Definitely would love to stay again!
Pros: The room was comfortable, air conditioning didn’t seem to do very much but overall, actually didn’t bother us. Breakfast buffet was great and really helpful staff :) Pools and Lounging areas were also well looked after and staff very attentive if you needed anything. It’s quite a large resort so you never feel like the place is crowded and we always had space within the hotel - be that at breakfast, around the pool or even in some of the quieter areas of the lobby. Great for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, whilst enjoying some sunshine!
Cons: There was actually very little that we didn’t like - overall the resort covered exactly what we needed it to. The only (very!) minor comment would be that it was slightly further away from restaurants and attractions than we anticipated. Central Gueliz and also the Hivernage areas were easy enough but around 20/30 minute walk so bare that in mind if you’re reading this :)

Rejuvenate body and mind in this luxurious haven just steps from the Medina. Offering comfortable rooms and spacious suites, this beautiful property promises moments of relaxation in the outdoor pools, spa, fitness room, gourmet restaurants and bars
Cons: The staff were aggressive and the lady manager was absolutely horrible and had an attitude, when i complained about her staff! She didn't offer a solution to resolve the problem!
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Dinner are over price and not so good!!
Pros: The whole place is beautiful, the staff are very friendly
Cons: Nothing absolutely loved everything
Pros: The staff where amazing.
Cons: Slightly expensive.
Pros: Good coffee, comfortable areas to sit outside, friendly staff. Easy to get around and nice neighbourhood location.
Cons: Can’t think of anything negative!

Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: The staff were friendly, polite and always ready to help
Cons: The SPA was not included in the price
Cons: WiFi was terrible Bed was like sleeping on concrete
Pros: Everything is outdated . Customer service is the worst
Cons: Customer service , Bath rooms , No towels , Breakfast included but still you have to pay for it .
Cons: Very bad customer service...we had 1 person before us being help for check in....and we waited at least 1hour!!!!!! Very hot in the hotel....very bad air conditioning in the room. Will not go back there for sure
Pros: I want to deeply thank you for the Amazing service I've ever seen. Everything was beautifully done and especially the birthday party it was more than we had imagined it was perfect. Many thanks to Zakaria for his great efforts and all the crew working with you.
Pros: Location, view, service, food and weather of course
Cons: No complains
Pros: Poor everything
Pros: I liked the place, its really nice. the staff at night are not too friendly i guess..breakfast was not included so they made me pay for it
Pros: I like the massive pool and the friendly staff.
Cons: No cashpoint, no clubs or wine bar.
The Sofitel Marrakech Palais Impérial is a magnificent Moorish palace set in the middle of luxurious gardens of palm trees and bougainvilleas. The immense columns and sculpted ceilings, traditional zelliges, carpets and artwork, are beautiful invitationsto succumb to the combined charms of Eastern hospitality and the excellence of the French way of life. You can hear the bustle of the Medina whilst looking out onto the snow-covered peaks of the Atlas Mountains.
Pros: The pool area was beautiful. Hotel in a good location with nearby restaurants- essential as the hotel service was so terrible
Cons: The worst service I’ve ever experienced.Requested tea at breakfast 7 times before it arrived. Ran out of towels at the pool. Had to ask for a broken glass next to kids pool to be cleared up 3 times before all large shards removed. Salad/sandwich lunch took over an hour and usually a mistake with order or item missing. Over 30 mins to check in Service issues were endless. Block of rooms by lift 3 are next to an external disco. Super loud till v late at night. When I asked to move room after a sleepless night they refused 3 times. Was only when I said I would take my bedding and sleep in the corridor of a quieter part of the hotel that they gave me another room (still charged me for the sleepless night).
Pros: location was good . easy walking distance to souks and medina .
Cons: the hotel is quite outdated and looks very tired . was given a room in a new extension . electricity kept cutting out . no hairdryer in room . after aome 2 hours in the dark they finally decided to move us but to a floor where the lift did not work . after further complaints they moved us to a suite . good but not very clean . service in bar area very slow and no attention to detail . on check out we were given a bill that included items that we simply did not have . card machines did not work - check out took 45 minutes . staff just not managed and managers shy away from responsibilities . Not really a 5 star hotel
Cons: worst service ever experienced in a hotel - SO slow!
Pros: Amazing facilities and design. The So Lounge was fabulous
Pros: Amazing hotel, very clean , authentic as well as modern
Cons: The staff was terrible. I prepaid the room for my parents as a gift and the hotel did not want to let them in, as they were not in possession of my credit card. This ruined our long planned weekend. There are many great hotels in Marrakech, better avoid that one.
Pros: Location and service are great
Cons: Rooms and bathrooms need to be refreshed for this type of standards
Pros: The pool, rooms, food and public areas are what you would want from a five star hotel. The staff where excellent especially the butlers Zachariah and Mohamed. Nothing was to much trouble.
Cons: It was French half term so breakfast was a a little chaotic.
This family-friendly Marrakech property is located in Agdal, within 3 mi (5 km) of High Atlas, La Plage Rouge, and Noria Golf Club. Oasiria Water Park and Royal Club Equestrian Center are also within 6 mi (10 km).
Pros: Useful having the shuttle bus into town Large variety of food Great for families
Cons: The reception staff could be a little bit more helpful. Getting more than 1 key card for a group of 3 people would be great.

Pros: Nice breakfast. Happy with the location as well
Cons: Room quality
Pros: Calm location and breakfast
Cons: No bathroom only shower
Pros: Staff friendly. Excellent customer service. Very quiet atmosphere. Room was clean and tidy. Also cleaned regularly. Very safe place to be. Excellent choice of breakfast really enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Pool, Room and the food
Pros: The room is big so is the bed. The hotel has everything it says it has. so there is a lot to do inside the hotel. swimmingpool spa all in good conditions
Cons: the cleanness was not that good we found hairs in the bathroom. the staff member at the desk when we arrived was a bit arrogant. Overall the hotel looked like it had his best time 10 years ago. Was difficult to pay at the pool restaurant and Marrocian restaurant.
Nestling in the shade of the silver olive tree groves, overlooking the breath taking Atlas Mountains, the KENZI CLUB AGDAL MEDINA is encrusted like a precious jewel in a ten hectors setting, to combine a full range of leisure activities with the best in contemporary design, with the prestigious KENZI CLUB AGDAL MEDINA.
Pros: After reading a lot of mixed reviews before and after booking, we wondered whether we'd made the right choice before we arrived. This hotel absolutely smashed and surpassed our expectations, and this was pretty much down to the wonderful staff. They work long hours and so hard to please every body. We didn't meet a single person who didn't speak great English and they all had a great sense of humour and went out of their way to chat with you and offer their help. The rooms were not exactly 4 star but they were comfortable and we were happy with it. We didn't really have a view or a great balcony/outside area but we didn't need it, as the pool and restaurant/bar facilities were fab. There was constant food and drink available with all inclusive and the whole place was always spotlessly clean. The animation team are on the go all the time from breakfast to bed time and are all really great with guests, ensuring they are ok and having a good time. We were so happy we chose this hotel, it was a relaxing home away from home for our time in an otherwise hectic city!
Cons: How difficult it was to leave!
Pros: Food was amazing and staff very kind and professional especially Adil in the front Desk.
Pros: Kenzi club was extremely clean, even in difficult times, Covid 19. Service from staff was excellent, they were pleasant and efficient but not over bearing. Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly visit again. Shuttel bus to the Medina compensated for the slightly remote location.
Cons: Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Not much outside of the hotel within walking distance but the very good Shuttle service to the town more than made up for this.
Pros: The food offering was genuine and versatile . Animation team was very friendly and respectful
Cons: Overall, The staff was very rude. The housekeeper during the entire stay, did not give a damn about the Do Not Disturb sign and kept entering to my room at 9am for 4 days in the row. I gave 10 Dirham tips to leggile porter and the guy laughed at me .that was the only cash I had . I should have given him nothing . The cleanliness of the room was really the bad. They never removed the steins of the toothpaste for the sink and not even from the basin. Breakfast buffet : I was neglected by the Chef , he was too busy to take the order from the staff wearing the suit . I had to wait 10 minutes ti place my order and what he gave me was also wrong.
Pros: Location is good, quiet and not too far from the centre compared to some other out-of-town hotels, plus there is a free shuttle bus (but needs to be booked the day before). Staff are helpful and friendly. Animation team aren't too pushy like some other hotels. All inclusive food and drink are plentiful but nothing special. Decent sized heated swimming pool.
Cons: Food lacks flavour and is a bit bland and repetitive after a few days.

Pros: Big rooms, fantastic facilities and lovely staff.
Pros: Property was clean and spacious.
Cons: Some staff a bit to over friendly to an uncomfortable level. Also receptionist told me they have no irons only an ironing service. Gave my clothes to the cleaners who told me she will give me an iron because ironing so much clothes will be costly. The cleaners were good and honest people and very kind.
Pros: Staff very friendly and courteous. We only had breakfasts at the hotel but they were excellent, the fresh omelettes were amazing kudos to the chef
Cons: Didn’t have much negative to say about the hotel.
Pros: 24/7 room service, which is extremely tasty!
Pros: A great 5 star hotel with a convenient price, I recommand !

Pros: Rooms were lovely. We had one on ground floor close to pool with garden &pool view
Cons: Liked everything
Pros: Not far from the airport so only a short transfer required. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to and from the main square where the market was. All the hotel team were very friendly and professional. Even when Morocco went into lockdown due to Covid -19 they were exceptional, especially as the hotel was going to close for a while and none of them guaranteed their jobs back. They could not have done more to help.
Cons: There was nothing in the road the hotel was on, no nearby shops or anything so nothing to leave the hotel grounds for.
Pros: Very clean and tidy
Cons: Clean friendly
Pros: The entire property is very nice and all the staff is very friendly. The food was good and our upgraded room was awesome. Karim was very nice and helpful! All in all, a very nice holiday!
Pros: Staff was amazing - all were so friendly, especially with our 2 year old. The food was excellent, bed was really comfortable. Animators were so engaging and enthusiastic, Salim was our favourite! We will definately return one day.
Cons: It could have been cleaner - we found lots of dust and other peoples things under the bed. Kids club was a disappointment- broken toys, barely anything to play with! Looked like nothing had been upgraded for years. Staff were great though Coffee machines were giving you whatever they wanted - you would press for cappuchino and get a hot chocolate. Or just milk.
Pros: Really enjoyed my stay at andalou me and my friends had an amazing time. The rooms were spacious and the food was amazin.
Cons: I didn’t like that we had to pay for swimming pool towels.
Cons: There was birds flying inside eating the food. Aqua park was closed so didn't get to use the facilities was not what I paid for
Pros: All Staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help and out a smile on your face. Momo, fifi, rosa, asma chérif, Rico, Ahmed, ayoub and salim All from the entertainment team were absolutely amazing. Hotel room was fantastic spacious and clean. The food was varied with lots of traditional choices and variety. Would definitely visit again.
Cons: Staff in reception area were rude. Housekeeping not very good, they do not change the towels, they just refold them and put them back, food is the same it doesn't change.

Pros: Have been many times and every time it’s amazing, very relaxing and excellent team with very attentive service
Pros: Liked everything about the hotel
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Pros: Nice hotel, restaurant is very good, we liked everything we tasted
Cons: But, all in all, it is not Four season standard, in my opinion. First, the pool is not clean enough, my kid got eye infection there ( Sam sure as it was the last hotel during our vacation and the incubation period confirms this). Second, somebody stole my Valentino shoose in the SPA and the security came only in 1 hour. They said they guess these were 2 ladies who are leaving the hotel now... Why couldn't they stop them earlier? Third, the SPA treatment was les then mediocre for both me and my husband... Once again, not the level you can expect in such a hotel. My conclusion, they pretend to be Four seasons, but they don't...
Pros: The rooms, facilities are amazing. The staff are very helpful and we were well attended to during our stay. The restaurants offered really good quality food. The room service was great too.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: They were excellent all the way
Pros: Lovely pools and facilities
Pros: Friendly staff, lovely food, stunning pool
Cons: Nothing about the hotel. Very boring constantly bartering with taxi drivers.
Pros: The staff was great especially Sonia , she had made our vacation perfect, assisted us in planning all our visit and activities. Perfect places she recomend . She was great help. Thank you Sonia and thank you four seasons for the great stuff.

Pros: Near to train station, excellent breakfast& dinner but refrigerator!!
Cons: WIFI Needs improvements
Cons: The wifi not working tv also it's smells up to the fifth floor the stuff are rude everything needs to be updated.
Pros: Hotel is not so bad, but not maintenained and not clean.
Cons: Cleaning service is very bad, the reception crew is something that does not belong there.
Pros: Location is ok, nothing special. Hotel looks nice on pictures (only).
Cons: Stuff is rude and not friendly. Cleanining service is very bad.
Cons: The service, the rooms smelled of damp, air conditioning didn't work I changed room 3 times and the rooms was same, I checked in at 22:30 till I got settled in the room I stayed in was at 01:30 even the room service fones didn't work,
Pros: I had the place where to stay. Cleaners ladies very friendly
Cons: Check in was taking about 15min. The place is in the middle of contructions so half of equipment was not available. :( Diner in restaurant was a joke! 150drh for tomato onion salad, main dish just meat! Desert chopped orange ! Seriously?? Lift very dirty,95% staff not speaking english at all
Pros: Only location is good but hotel is old and it looks like owner does not want to invest any additional penny. As is hotel since 1980 you can imagine it?
Cons: At first we were charged some extra euro for unknown reasons ?? Old hotel & I mean it plus there is no parking ..... And as location is good and full of cars. So it's very very hard to find place and you have to barge even with parking guards which is complicated and hotel does not care so I believe parking option must be removed so noone will be fooled by this option which is not available. plus there is always some construction around hotel which is annoying, Lastly some stuff are mega rude and breakfast is absolutely a joke for hotel 4* Plienty of bread Yagourt de 1dh, what a shame ?! Extremely poor breakfast. In brief highly not recommanded hotel
Pros: i liked location room is very good and big
Cons: location it is very good but they ned so many thing changed at shawer very sold

Pros: This is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel with a superb pool area, the Staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The food was very good if not slightly over priced.
Cons: Could do with a bit of updating i.e. carpets shabby.
Pros: From check in till check out,, everything was more than excellent Very helpful and cheerful staff and always smiling Very fast service Excellent WiFi Wide variety of food in breakfast Perfect location Ok
Cons: Actually nothing negative May be the buffet breakfast needs to have more from the Moroccan popular dishes
Pros: The location was great, in a shopping area with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants around. The hotel in its youth should be spectacular, BUT in our days so badly preserved concerning maintenance issues. Spacious places and pool
Cons: We faced several issues during our short stay. At first, after having checked inn, they managed to misplace 2 of our luggage and had to wait for 90 minutes (our total stay was for 20 hours) to be discovered. The 1st room that was given to me was smelling cigar's smoke and had to move to another room (after my request was given a room with pool view) as the Superior with balcony have an awful view). The condition of the room concerning maintenance was disappointing (have a look in the photos attached), in the toilet area there were @suspicious@ stains on the wall, the bathrobe's belt was torn. This is not what you expecting in an expensive 5* hotels and definitely not in a Radisson hotel.
Pros: Our stay at the Radisson Blu in Marrakesh was amazing. We were there in times of crisis (corona) and were in best hands. Not only was the hotel beautiful, breakfast great and everything super clean. But the staff was the best we‘ve ever met in a hotel. We were always updated on the situation and helped 24/7 with booking and of flights. They have done the best they could and were extremely friendly!
Pros: Honestly, there was very little. Clutching at straws, one of the security guards was very kind, and appreciative throughout my stay.
Cons: Honestly, I’d save time by saying little to nothing. The WORST experience I have ever had. Disrespectful staff, questionable health and safety measures, and much more provided to this review.
Pros: The hotel was fantastic, couldn’t have asked more! Also as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, this hugely maybe on the expensive side but the facilities and staff will make up for it.
Pros: Staff was friendly, good location, breakfast buffet was good to get morning started (especially the omelet station), and room was decent sized.
Cons: Noises throughout the hotel in early afternoons (perhaps due to maintenance) and furniture needs some updating.

Event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Stately hotel steeped in local design and with all amenities
Pros: The location of the hotel is ideal! The property is lovely from the inside, the pool in the courtyard makes quite a statement and sitting but the pool or by the fireplace is peaceful and inviting. We never felt like it was over crowded in this area, though the rooftop pool was full and seemed to be where the kids hung out. (Nice to have the serenity of the courtyard pool!!_ The breakfast room is plush and comfortable and there is enough variation in foods but the spread is not as sumptuous as in other 5 star hotels. The junior suite is spacious, the bed is quite hard (though we like that) and the linens, etc are crisp and fresh. The bathroom is also very spacious and pretty though there was some paint chipping at the edges and the woodwork was a bit dirty (Again, not 5 star standards).Shower is roomy and rainforest shower head was powerful. We didn’t use the bathtub, but it is nice to have the option of a bath. Before we came I had some correspondence with the hotel which was professionally handled and response was quick. I appreciated that very much.
Cons: The spa was an awful experience, we felt we were being rushed through the Hammam experience we booked. Completely unceremonious!!! The staff was unfriendly, did not explain anything unless we asked and even then they were curt with their replies (We speak English and French, so it was not a language problem.) In general the spa staff seemed totally disinterested in their jobs and just wanted to push us in and out quickly. I would have complained directly but I didn’t want to get more upset than I was as we were only there for 4 nights, so I let it go and we tried to laugh about how terrible it was. But, I would not suggest paying the high price of the spa treatments - perhaps try another hotel or Hammam? The hotel lobby looks a little worn though the flower arrangements are lovely. The brown wooden furniture in our junior suite was also somewhat worn and old looking. The patio furniture was rusting and the cushions stained. The fountain on our terrace did not work, unfortunately, and the tiles were quite chipped. So, although we had a lovely stay, there are things about this hotel which do not live up to a 5 star rating and the high price tag that comes with those stars. I feel we paid 5 star and only got 4 star.
Pros: We received a serious 2 step upgrade: to a full suite with direct rooftop pool acces. Very nice indeed: made the price more like really worth it.
Cons: only one thing, and quite common in Morocco: during checkout, the proposed bill on the creditcard was in Euros.. With a very bad rate applied. This is below the belt, and not what I expect from a top 5-star hotel!
Pros: For Marrakesh, the location of this hotel doesn't get any better. It is right around the corner from the bustle of the square and easy to get around anywhere. The hotel itself is really well designed, with great architecture and style that fits with the region. The rooms are very nice, and there are two swimming pools, one of which is heated and on the roof patio. There are 3 or 4 different places to eat at (although the food choices are mostly similar). Overall a great hotel!
Cons: Not much! The mattress are very hard, so sleeping here more than 2 nights would have been difficult. Otherwise everything else was great!
Pros: Lovely location and gardens for the full experience of Marrakech
Cons: The Spa is far too over priced
Pros: The property is delightful converted palace very Moroccan. Perfect quiet location 5mins from main square Jemma al Fna 2 swimming pools one heated on the top terrace with views across the city good food and 3 restaurants helpful reception and door staff we spent 5 nights and were upgraded to a great suite
Cons: It was quite busy and at certain times the staff got rushed and might forget requests from guests. But generally very nice hotel and staff Not cheap though
Pros: It is a fantastic hotel with the best straff, beutifuel rooms, a lovley garden and beutifuel spa - i love everything here. And the location is perfect - in the herat of everything.
Pros: The restaurants are nice and the food is delicious. The staff is kind and the location is perfect
Cons: The staff was disorganized and dishonest. They strung us along for several hours about attempts to fix the AC in our room only to finally admit there was no AC in the hotel in February (despite being a warm and muggy night) after we confronted them with the fact that every room had its windows open.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Marrakech? Pros: The swimming pool and the staff
Cons: Food and beberages are terrible. Service is basic.
Pros: The stuff was perfect, clean and cheap
Pros: I really love the lush property where the hotel sits. It's a wonderful respite in hectic Marrakech. The rooms are always super clean.
Cons: I have a business and I always ask on check in for the invoice to be ready at check out but I always have to wait. A small inconvenience.
Pros: Big hotel large loppy and garden
Cons: Need renovation
Pros: The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. It’s in a somewhat secluded location but within walking distance to some restaurants and not far from the Medina. A taxi ride there was 50 dirham. There is free private parking and decent WiFi on the property. The pool is beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs. We didn’t eat at the restaurants but we had some drinks at the bar.
Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work in the rooms. We had 2 rooms for our family. The electric outlets didn’t work, except for the one in the bathroom. They worked in the other room. I didn’t mention this to the hotel so they may have switched our rooms or fixed the air conditioning and electric outlets.
Cons: Everything , front desk wasnt good at all no customer service
Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay at the Semiramus, but an hour after checking out, I realized I'd left my wedding ring in the bathroom of our room. We went back and spoke to the staff and then talked to the housekeeper crew. They said they never saw it. My wife and I are 100% sure it was in a glass by the bathroom sink. I told the housekeepers that the ring is not valuable and only really ha sentimental value. I offered to pay them a good bit more than the $40 ring is worth. But they continued to say they hadn't seen it. We were distraught about it.
Pros: Grounds and gardens lovely. All seating areas within the hotel lovely. Breakfast plenty to choose from for 4 euros
Cons: One night was very noisy until early hours due to disco below the rooms
Pros: Great grounds
Cons: Rock hard beds
Pros: Good position, more quiet compare with others
Cons: Very poor breakfast. All the hotel is massive with very old furniture.
Pros: The breakfast was hot, fresh and tasty, or cold fresh and tasty Staff friendly restaurant clean
Cons: Everything was okay A little dated Could do with entertainment
