10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Great place to relax and get away from reality. Away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Staff was excellent and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Plan to make this a return visit for years to come.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean. We stayed in cabin 4 room 2 we liked the property just our view was the overnight parking that was the only thing we didn't like and the breakfast was a little skimpy but we enjoyed the oatmeal. Like granny's
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful lovely secluded setting with high end amenities. Saturday morning as I was leaving, there were not only deer grazing but a wild turkey. I wish that I had time for a few walks in the woods. I did forget to ask about the WiFi (which was available) as my iPad reception and iPhone connectivity were close to nonexistent.
Cons: Possibly the desk could have emphasized the WiFi availability as I checked in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We went to a concert at osage casino. After the concert we decided it was to late to return home. Your lodge was the closest place to the casino. We were pleasantly surprised at what we found. Beautiful location , great staff and breakfast was excellent. We were not expecting to have a full breakfast. When the staff found out that we were late arrivals, they invited us to join the other guests who were having the. breakfast menu. We enjoyed our stay even if it was for a short period of time. We will definitely return for another girls note.
Cons: The only thing I can complain about was not being able to turn the heat down. Every thing else was just fine.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location scenery, fishing, walking
Cons: Walls are thin - you can hear every single word in rooms next to you. Only recommend booking whole cabin and having people you know in rooms. Otherwise it was totally awkward. Not a lot of privacy for couples. Staff barely spoke to us. We had to ask questions or wouldn’t have known about breakfast or anything!
6.8 Good
Pros: Location: The lodge is surrounded by acres of gorgeous landscape with a view of the Tulsa skyline, but yet is only a 20 minute drive from all attractions. Cleanliness: Our room was clean and was cleaned although we stayed only 2 nights. Facilities: Each lodge offers a common- game room with a pool table and other games. There is also a pool and in the summer months one can purchase other activities such as zip-lining tours.
Cons: Beds: Our mattress was old and dented causing us not so good nights. Staff: Since the heat/ AC in the rooms are not controlled by a thermostat in the room, guests have to call the front desk to have the temperature adjusted. The receptionist was helpful and quickly adjusted the temp. In the middle of the night, we woke up sweating - the staff had readjusted our rooms temp to 78 degrees. We phoned the receptionist again. This time the front desk clerk wasn't as nice as before and was telling us he would take care of it when he had time. We had to call the front desk a total of 5 times during our stay to have the temp. set to 68 degrees because they kept resetting it to 78. Not cool. Not a place for children: Although the lodge offers many facilities, the common room was often taken up by slightly intoxicated adults so our kid couldn't enjoy any of them. Also, our sleep and down time at the lodge was inconvenienced due to two guests having intercourse and moaning loudly. This may sound funny to some, but if you are with a child who asks you, why there are loud moaning noises coming through the air vent disrupting their sleep at night and their time at the lodge during the day, you, the parent, might find yourself in an uncomfortable situation. We called the reception about this also and were told that there is nothing they can do. When asked about an alternative room, I was advised that there was no other room forcing us to wear ear plugs while in our room. Breakfast: If you plan to go here, please be aware that breakfast is served from 8 am- 9:30 and there is no way to eat before that time. We had to eat elsewhere.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Landscaping was beautiful. Liked the artwork for sale in the hallways. Liked all the trails and the deer. Wanted to go ziplining. Thought it was a great addition to the property. But, it rained. Nice swimming pool.
Cons: Confusion about location of breakfast and times. Not aware that the Lodge for groups. Felt out of place with just two of us and so far away from everything. Coffee pot in the lounge area of Lodge 3 was too dirty of coffee stains to use.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Scenery, privacy, feels like a vacation while near Tulsa.
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff was really great and will answer any questions that you might have. What made me stay was the guy the afternoon- night shift (forgot his name). Even when it was late, he still was working with a smile! The area is very pretty and provides lots of opportunities to explore nature. For example, I got to hike around and see lots of deer. Breakfast and wifi were pretty good.
Cons: I don't think that anyone should go if they are not on a retreat, tbh. I actually tried to cancel my reservation mid-stay because the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor moving around, laying in her bed or opening a door. Normal conversations will be heard in its entirety whether you are in the hall or in your room. I felt uncomfortable all night.
7.1 Good
Pros: Cleanliness of lodge. Beautiful location
Cons: We were there for a jazz festival...very disorganized. The lodge was clean. The staff not very helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully maintained. Huge in size. Ponds, walking trails, pool and the lodges were more than expected!!
Cons: Liked it all

5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean. The shower was good and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioner in room #107 was noisy. Didn't get a good night's sleep. It kept waking me up. Didn't care for the heaviness of the duvet. Breakfast at 6:10 had cold food in the steamers that were supposed to be hot. Inedible. The coffee mate pump dispenser was covered in dried dripping creamer. Evidently put out like that as the breakfast room had just opened. I have a picture. It was disgusting.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location and the cleanliness. The staff was super nice as well.
Cons: The size of the room and the beds were not comfortable. The description said it had a sitting area, but there was only a desk and one chair. We had a family of 5. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and the pool table. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The toilet overflowed and took them a bit to get it fixed. They said the maintenance man was at another property. After he fixed it I had to ask them to come mop the floor. The coffee was cold but when we told them, they made some fresh.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: The first room they put us in had the refrigerator turned off for defrosting. Water everywhere. They had to move us. The second room we were moved to had a refrigerator that did not have a freezer - which was needed. The second room also only had 2 lights that worked. Left the room very dark but otherwise the stay was good

Cons: When we got close to Marriott traffic was backed up and very congested. Also, worst night sleep ever. Not sure why but at around 12:30 pm the neighbors door in the hallway kept opening and closing and it was loud. I also don’t like that they reserved more money on my card for incidentals.

7.5 Good
Pros: Beds, pillows, layout of the room and breakfast.
Cons: Cleanliness could be better. Our room was never vacuumed while there. The tables don’t get wiped down until breakfast is completely over so people coming in later have dirty tables. Our toilet seat was broken.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable accommodations.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Food choices were great. The bagel breakfast pizzas were excellent and everything was very clean and neat in the breakfast area! The beds were soft and comfy. The room a/c stayed constant and not one you really had to adjust much. The hotel is very close to shopping and a ton of great restaurants. We literally walked to Target and Cracker Barrel, but there are probably 20 restaurants you could walk to, no kidding. Nice place to stay.
Cons: The 4th a/c wasnt on in the hallways and it was warm in there the first few days we stayed but came on the last day. It may need to be set to auto, so it can keep the temp more stable.

Pros: The Microfiber sheets were amazing. And the pillows where very comfortable.
Cons: The Colors were dark and outdated to me and the hallway carpet had a huge wrinkle in it that looked unprofessional
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel smelled clean and the carpets were clean.
Cons: The door was hard to shut. I had to push one of the locks in with myself to get the door to shut completely. Also, the breakfast was running thin on options due to the amount of people there. The employee working the breakfast area did her best to keep up with the crowd.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location of hotel and Tulsa Hills across from hotel.
Cons: Stool in room took forever to fill after flushing. Beds needed to be softer and a blanket should be on beds because comforter is too heavy to sleep under.

Pros: Clean and staff was friendly
Cons: Breakfast was delicious

Cons: I have no complaints.
6.5 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Breakfast Staff was pleasant and willing to help with everything needed. I accidentally left my pillow, and was grateful to call back, and they had logged it in as a lost and found.
Cons: The toilet was very loose in our room. The lady at the desk was very preoccupied with her duties. She sent another staff member to the pool to ask how many kids I had registered and why were their more children in the pool than I had registered. There were other parents there with 2 children and I had my 2 grand daughters. Holy cow, I was taken back, by the observation.

Pros: The location was good. Room was great
Cons: Again no pool was dirty they were cleaning it. People above us kids were running and jumping on the floor had to call front desk twice and even went down the third time after 10 pm to complain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed and pillows were amazing! And the breakfast was awesome, but get there early!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Not many amenities
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom had hair in the tub and and bathroom floor. But the worst thing was the pool water was cloudy. You couldnt see the last two steps to walk into the pool. The hot tub looked gross. The water was clear but it looked like it needed scrubbed.
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast buffet and staff were amazing. My son and I have food allergies, and we were able to find DF and GF breakfast options. The pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: The hallways were very hot. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I went to take a shower, and when I pulled the curtain closed, there was the previous guests washcloth still hanging over the curtain rod. The shower fixtures were loose and coming away from the shower wall. Bathroom floors very slippery. Also, no fan in the bathroom. All around the television and fridge were very dusty and hadn't been vaccumed properly. Our beds were comfortable, but the covers continually slipped off during the night. Not enough outlets.

Pros: The entire stay was great! Breakfast was amazing! The staff was exceptionally friendly as well! We would definitely stay here again, no doubt about it.
Cons: Nothing!
5.8 Okay
Cons: When I came in to check in, the attendant at the front was not friendly at all. I specifically asked about the pool, since I was traveling with my young child, she told me they were cleaning it and it would be open shortly...after several hours we asked again and she advised us that it would not be opening. We only selected this hotel for the pool for my child, if I would have known it would not have been opened for our entire stay, I would have went to a different hotel.

7.9 Good
Pros: The bed reminded me of my own. The pillows were very soft and comfortable. It was like sleeping on a super fluffy cloud.
Cons: I didn’t appreciate it when I looked into the mini refrigerator to discover an open can of Sprite. I would have appreciated if the cleaning ladies or men had done a better job of cleaning my room completely. I would have also appreciated it if the front desk lady would have sounded more sincere at the fact I had discovered an open can of Sprite in my mini refrigerator.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, spacious room, and very clean. Breakfast facilities were clean, the attendants attentive, and the food good.
Cons: We are dog lovers and knew the hotel was pet friendly, but didn't expect so many to be there during our 3 day stay! It was noisy at times, and some owners were not good at poop scooping: there were many fouled areas around the hotel. We are seasoned travelers, and some hotels we have stayed in provide poop bags and separate waste bins...great idea!

Pros: Breakfast was fine. Didn't eat much, however; but not because of any problem with the offerings. Just had to leave early. Bed was comfortable, curtains stayed closed, very little noise from the hallway.
Cons: Didn't dislike anything.

Pros: Good bed. Great breakfast. Very clean and modern.
Cons: The A/C unit in the room banged and rattled all night.

Pros: Good choice of good food. Convenient location right on the highway!

Pros: The evening clerk! The room was very clean and comfortable!
Cons: The lady when I got there that night was very nice. The woman the next morning wasn't nice at all and acted as though we were inconveniencing her. That's was the morning of 5/24/19.

Pros: Very clean. Breakfast much better than expected. Staff very friendly and helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. The kitchen staff in regard to the breakfast buffet were very pleasant as well. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
Cons: We did not like the fact even though the room was a handicapped room the shower was hard to get into since you had to step into the tub. The sides of the bathtub were slanted which made it hard to move around in. The bottles of shampoo, etc. were hard to squeeze to get the product out. Especially for handicapped hands. Did not like the lack of a lid on the toilet either. Our room was not cleaned on one of the days. We had to go get clean towels and have someone bring a box of Kleenex to us. When it was cleaned the following day, it was done in a hurry and not completely.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast the first day was great! The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The 2nd morning of our stay the hotel lost power. We had to shower and get ready in the dark. We were looking forward to another great breakfast that was included with the price of the room but we were unable to get breakfast due to the power failure. We left the hotel and noticed most of the other businesses had power so I don't know if it was just an issue with the hotel or what. Breakfast sure would have been nice before heading out on our 7 hour drive home.

Pros: I've stayed at The Mayo multiple times and love it each time! This was the first time I was on the roof top. Wow! What a divine location to wind down after a long day with a lovely cocktail and some friends. Love it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for what we needed, we walked to the Tulsa PAC and back as well as to dinner. The hotel is beautiful beyond words, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar was fun and their coffee shop served Starbucks which was really nice. We will definitely be looking for an excuse to come back and stay.
Cons: The icing on the cake would have been if the hotel had a pool or hot tub. It was understandable that they didn't have one, the building probably wasn't ever built with one but we would have taken advantage of that if there were one.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was very beautifully designed. All the fixtures and decorations were luxury. Great bathrobes. Staff was nice. Beautiful old building.
Cons: The service really isn't up to par for the price. I speculated with other guests that they don't care as much as they perhaps should because half the building is now apartments. The rooftop bar had lost a lot of its charm. There was an AC unit in my room that came on at all hours roaring like a monster and woke me up. I couldn't sleep for the first three out of four days I was there because of it. The shower was dingy and gray and I had hoped for a bathtub. View of an alleyway, stalling trucks making loud deliveries at 5 am or something. Weirdest part was when I came back to find my toilet overflowing with soapsuds.... Bed was firm with a lot of lumpy pillows but maybe I've been spoiled by other luxury hotels.
