Cons: Travelled from Toronto,CA to Lyon, FR and wasn't pleased with service, food, no coffee available plus drinks were limited. And on top of that when I arrived in Lyon, my baggage wasn't delivered from Toronto (was told at baggage claim desk). I paid $70 dollars for something that didn't get delivered.

Cons: Lots of time waiting to disembark. Some free snacks would be nice to.

Pros: Super new and clean planes. Crew extremely nice and the best entertainment package included!

Cons: We have been stuck in Toronto not knowing exactly when we could depart. We were starving over there because there is no proper food. We end up paying 50$ dollars for some bad food.

Cons: My other WestJet flights let me have access to wifi via the WestJet app and the entertainment console. I was disappointed to not have access on this flight.

Cons: Hello, I just needed to voice my dissatisfaction with this fight. I’m not sure if every Westjet flight I was lucky and had amazing crew members or if the staff on this flight was having a bad flight. Our flight was delayed by 75min. The flight crew did not attend to any requests from the customers for the 75min we were on the tarmac. I asked for headphones and the crew member look agitated I asked made a remark about how nobody buys them so she didn’t know how much they are. She said she would come back with the price, and did not. I had to wait for the beverage cart and then order them again. Then I asked for an additional can of ginger ale. The gentleman said he’ll need to come back (as he was cleaning the garbage). He never came back. I had to hit the assistance button again and got the original woman. Once again agitated and when I asked she said to wait for the beverage cart again. After another 10-15min they started the beverage service again. On previous flights there were delays, shorter like 30min westjet crew members gave free headphones. And those are the kind of experiences I’ve come to expect from westjet. Not the free aspect but flight crew that care about the customers. The entire crew on this flight was agitated and annoyed from boarding and it definitely showed. Small things like even a smile or even sorry everyone, would’ve gone a long way. But when the crew doesn’t care the flight gets 10x longer, and when the flight is already delayed by 25% of the flight duration it comes to a point where you’re counting down the seconds to get out. The delay was unfortunate and out of the control of the company and crew but that doesn’t mean the crew couldn’t still make it into a memorable experience for the guests.

Pros: Comfortable newish aircraft. No entertainement, but it is ok for a short flight; same with food.

Cons: They misplaced my luggage, I received it about 36 hours later. Most important: they never called me for updates (contrary to their own information sheet). I had to call several times; their online follow-up is badly set up, too.
