Cons: From reservation I was put off. Immediately after booking the flight on line I realized I made a mistake and called Kulula to explain the wrong month was selected. It took forever to correct this and literally cost the same to rebook a whole new flight. One would have thought that a mistake found within minutes would have been able to be corrected as part of their customer service but clearly not. I fully accept the mistake was on my part but as a regular international and regional traveler, I’ve had better experiences with other airlines when you run into problems. Lesson learned. Don’t make a mistake with Kulula. They will make you regret it. The plane on boarding was hot and very smelly. All eats and drinks are to be purchased. Otherwise the rest of the flight

Pros: The person next to me was drunk. The crew was rude.

Pros: Nice quiet flight

Cons: Crew member attitude specifically regarding passengers in the emergency rows

Pros: Affordable non-stop flight.

Cons: Relatively long flight with no substantial snack.

Cons: So uncomfortable with tiny seats

Pros: The crew was lovely and friendly, very pleasant to fly with.

Cons: Not a fan that I was seated between 2 men I did not know which made me uncomfortable enough that I couldn't sleep at all during my red eye.

Pros: No issues with this flight.

Cons: The kiosks and digital tickets were not available and we were running to our gate.

Cons: I had never flown Norwegian Air before. It was a very comfortable flight.

Pros: The crew was good. The problem was our Qantas flight from Auckland New Zealand, to Sydney, Australia, to San Francisco, to Seattle didn't sync with Alaska Air. We arrived in San Francisco after a very long flight. We had gotten our boarding passes in Auckland. When we went to board in SF, there was a glitch and they wouldn't let us board. It took a long time to get that fixed. We missed our flight (with our luggage on it), and had to wait several more hours. Plus Alaska Air had cancelled a flight mid morning and the trickle down result was many people were stuck and waiting on flights. Then we had to wait for a crew to come, then they found something wrong with the plane so had to get in a new plane. It was a long and hard day for everyone.

Cons: I don't know how you sync airline tickets but if they had synced as they were supposed to, none of this would have happened.

Pros: Boarding was quick. Crew was friendly and professional.

Cons: No faults. Perfect flight.

Pros: Comfort+ seats are affordable and give me the leg room I need as a 6'3" adult.

Cons: Seems like Delta provided free upgrades to families with small children in Comfort+. This impacts the flight comfort for us paying customers. Recommend readdressing this policy and not placing small crying children in Comfort+ for free.

Pros: Price is ok

Cons: Delays of three hours are very bad

Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.

Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.

Pros: We were traveling international in Twitter after contacting we were told we can carry one checked baggage but then we were not allowed and at gate they didn’t know the procedure and repeatedly We did not get our special meal we had requested
