10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room. The proprietors were very friendly and served a lovely breakfast with homemade bread and pastries and homemade preserves and yoghurt. Yummy!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming, clean and comfortable.
Cons: N/A
6.7 Good
Cons: The stairs
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The unique hilltop location in Brittany France gave us a vista view of the bay. In a 70 year old home, it offered close proximity to the Brittany coast and the small seaport town of Paimpol. Hostess Michelle was charming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hosts, beautiful room with fantastic furnishings & decor. Very enjoyable breakfast shared with other guests, featured mostly home made produce. A wonderful, unique experience.
Cons: Nothing to "not like!"
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is good and hosts are friendly as the job requires.
Cons: Humid room and smell of humidity. At breakfast you are forced to have conversation with the hosts and other guests. Small talk is OK but it doesn't stop there. The hosts should be more sensitive and understand if someone is trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast and start to the day. That said, this is one of the characteristics of B&B style accommodation.... making chit chat with the hosts and other guests.

6.7 Good
Cons: Decor . Very loose toilet seat . No sink plug . Not much storage space in the bathroom to put things .The ?wisteria?ivy in the photo has gone . Frontage now very ordinary looking . Poorly surfaced parking area .
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location and its view to the bay. Restaurant was top.
Cons: All good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I would really recommend the cuisine at both restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owners, check-in was fast and uncomplicated. The room was lovely, in maritime colors (white, light blue, grey), and i could partly see the water from the window. The bed was very comfy, I slept like a baby. The terrace is great, I sat there all evening, enjoying the view and the quietness. Bathroom is spacious, everything is perfectly clean. I appreciated the fact that my dogs were welcome
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent evening meal, with fantastic fish soup! An equally good breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were simple and spotlessly clean. The location was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly despite our inadequate french. The food was delicious. The 20 euro evening meal in the restaurant was amazing value for money and the breakfast was varied with something thst everyone like (not easy with two teenagers - even had mini crepes cooked fresh on the buffet table.
Cons: Nothing. It was a fabulous hotel and made a perfect start to our holiday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great small hotel for discovering the region. Owners very kind and accommodating and willing to resolve any issues. The restaurant has a nice seafood menu.
Citotel Les Agapanthes - Paimpol - Bedroom
3
8.8 Excellent (383 reviews)
C$ 117+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Citotel Les Agapanthes in Ploubazlanec, you'll be steps from Cote de Geolo and a 2-minute drive from Grèves de Kerroc'h. A train station pick-up service is provided at no charge, and free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location and excellent gardens and views
Cons: The hotel claims to have private parking, but it does not. We were traveling in a 'classic car' and only book hotels with private parking. There is a good public parking area adjacent to the hotel, but this cannot be used Sat evening and Sunday because of a local market. The owners made the situation worse by claiming they had one private parking space - which I could not use. Pity, because otherwise very goo.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room and calm surroundings. Really liked the garden. Friendly staff.
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed ,the bathroom, the breakfast and the verandah facility. We did not use the garden but it looked good.
Cons: Our room was on the second floor up a very steep staircase, and we had a 'seaviw' but it was just visible in the distance. Do not think this room should be sold as 'with a seaview'. Also the hotel is described ' as only a few minutes from the ferry to the lie de Brehat' - no mention that this is by car and not by walking'
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view from the breakfast room and gardens was spectacular. Breakfast service was excellent.
Cons: We booked two rooms and would have liked the rooms to be next to each other as opposed to on different floors.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice quiet place, modern room and bathroom, parking place in front of the hotel
Cons: the WiFi was not working at all, the room was very small, the breakfast was not included - which we knew beforehand-, the rate for the room was the same as in other places where breakfast was included, therefore the value for money was less than in other places
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet relaxed surroundings, great breakfast, lovely garden, tastefull decorated rooms and lobby
Cons: English was a problem, hosts only speak French
7.9 Good
Cons: We booked a room with a seaview balcony, what we got was a ground floor room with a small patio outside from which, if we stood up, we could see a little bit of the bay about 1.5 miles away as the crow flies

6.7 Good
Pros: location
Cons: had the smallest room in the hotel with one window that look out on to the rubbish bins
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, great support for people traveling with bicycles. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast area.
Cons: The rooms are a bit small (pretty tight bathroom and toilet) and there was a bit of partying/noise on the streets during the late/early hours.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: I enjoyed my stay. I didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive. Good location
7.5 Good
Pros: My 2nd room was lovely, comfortable, stylish. My 1st room was tiny and cramped.
Cons: 1st room too small.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location on the harbourside, easy access to the many restaurants in the area and the hotel itself has a charming terrace area. The public areas of the hotel are well decorated and the lounge (which we didnt in the end actually use because it was so nice outside) was beautifully decorated. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. We didn't eat in the hotel but pastries and coffee were all fabulous.
Cons: Sadly, and not the hotels fault, our sea room view came with a lot of noise from revellers partying on the street outside until 5am. The bathroom and bedroom decor is a bit 1990's (but we liked it) and the shower was weak, and small.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was a lovely hotel with well appointed room and bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: Quirky rooms in a great location overlooking the harbour. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Nothing in particular
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Yann was an excellent host. The hotel is perfectly placed on the harbour and the town has a real buzz.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely breakfast in a very comfortable room managed by excellent staff who really look after you and keep everything freshly topped up on their buffet. Quirky internal hotel layout with large bedrooms, plus inside and outside seating options.
Cons: Great location in the centre of town, so it’s a case of luck whether you can get into the free town quay car park directly opposite, if not you may need to circle for a road space or park further away in other town car park, as they don’t have their own car park.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, small room but fine for one. Excellent price.
Cons: No kettle, so no teas or coffees in room.

7.0 Good
Pros: Rooms are miniscule. Bathroom is actually a part of the room. But it was clean, the bath fixtures were new, the breakfast was continental + and was very good for continental, fresh pain au chocolate, American coffee with refills, and juice. It was cheap, clean, decent breakfast, but tiny. It was probably a fair value for the money. Great location, right along the pleasure boat harbor.
Cons: Room size.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The position was superb. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: We would prefer a door to the bathroom
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good location, nice restaurant.
Cons: The room was completelly bad: technology view to ventilation technology on the roof, incl. smell from restaurant, missingg doors between bedroom and toilet! NEVER EVER!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view to the Port. Clean. Nice staff. Goog restaurant
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff
Cons: Rooms a bit small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent position by harbour and close to railway and bus station. Numerous restaurants nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Close to everything. I was worried that it could be a bit noise but once the window was closed we heard nothing.
Cons: Not really an issue but if you struggle with stairs, they can be a bit tiring if your in and out a lot during the day.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful spot right in the harbor. Spent 2 nights money worth- staff great and very nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly clean good location
8.3 Excellent

Cons: Room was small and bathroom just curtained off

5.5 Okay
Pros: parking on site, nearness to brehat
Cons: small basic room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is superb and the room was bright and airy. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was excellent.
Cons: We could not connect to wifi with our iOS devices.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A cheerful French welcome and good service at meals. We were in the detached block (2 rooms) because we asked for a twin room. This avoided all noise (sorry, forgot the owl) and gave a terrific view of the stars without light pollution. Of course we needed a torch in the evening. Free car park on site was very convenient.
Cons: Nothing significant.

6.7 Good
Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms The furniture of the room was quite old style Position was quite good: 10 minutes walk from the port/center We didn't try the restaurant.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Room was a bit tight but overall I got what I paid for. I was happy
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and the location very good for the town and visiting Ile de brehat. It would have been helpful to have a lift for the luggage.
Cons: The stairs and hallways needed vacuuming. The shower room in need of repair.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was worth it and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bed was a little lumpy but overall was okay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, clean and tidy, looked like a very good restaurant, but unfortunately a little pricey for us, car parking available
Cons: would of liked a kettle and tea and coffee in the room
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast for 10 Euros Room spacious and comfortable. Although simple style we had all we needed. Hotel had own car park
Cons: The immediate location was not very interesting but that was not a problem as we were in easy walking distance from the old town. There was a bit of traffic noise.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: No curtains in the room. How I am supposed to sleep with the light coming in! Incredible!! Plus no AC in the room. Too hot and then too cold. Very uncomfortable.
Cons: No curtains and no AC in the room
6.7 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and the bathroom modern. There was parking immediately behind the hotel and it was very quick to walk to the station and to the port.
Cons: The main problem was that the hotel is on a very busy road and, in the hot weather, it was necessary to have windows open. On the second night there were agricultural vehicles going past for the best part of an hour from about 1.00 am. We didn't eat in the restaurant but did take breakfast on the 2 mornings which was adequate but nothing was replenished so once the croissants had gone they had gone.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was beautifully presented and had more than we required available. It was a bonus that they had an electric jug there to boil for making tea. So often one cannot get good tea as only hot water is provided. Dinner was superb. Michelin star cuisine without the price attached! Parking was readily avialable and the proximity of the Railway station meant that we could get to the Steam train easily without having to drive. This also applied to going into the rest of the town.
Cons: The only thing I would say could be better applies to most accommodation in Europe. The provision of tea and coffe making facilities in the room would have been gratefully received!
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a comfortable enough hotel and within easy walking distance of the beautiful port area.
Cons: I've seen less dust in a Saharan dust storm than I found in the room. At night with the light on it resembled a snow cone! There was no indication when booking that there would be no one present until 1530 and on arrival a couple of hours before that the place was locked.
