Loved the outdoor pool facilities, and the hotel and it's staff in general were lovely.
I felt the food in the Bow restaurant could have been much better. I would have appreciated a more local Spanish cuisine as opposed to trying to cater to a commercial international menu of burgers and pizzas. The half board was lovely, with a range of foods to choose from, however again I felt the standard of cooking could have been better.

Amazing views, very friendly staff, hotel freshly renovated and everything is modern, tasty meal. Enough sunbeds for all guests at pool area.
Room cleening is good, but not carefully: some trash on balcony wasn't removed during 5 days. Breakfast - almost all sweet bakery is not fresh, at least made a day before, only instant coffee. Pasta at The Bow.. worst I ever ate. Stairs to the sea (formally outside of hotel's territory, but nobody except clients can access it) - very thin and slippery, very dangerous, I suggest replace it.

The location was great, quick taxi ride into palma bay or a short stroll down the hill to plenty of eateries. The views are amazing, the staff where lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.

“The views, wow, the views! First thing you’re met with as you walk through the lobby is the beautiful scenery around the hotel. We were offered a discounted rate to upgrade to a pool-view (I highly recommend either one of these rooms or the sea-view rooms, it’s really worth the slight price increase). Food was lovely with different meats and grill options each night. Drinks prices were very reasonable at €3 a glass for wine/cava and about the same for a beer. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly! Room and other areas of the hotel were spotless with friendly housekeeping staff who were willing to go the extra mile. Clean bath towels every day and fresh bedding. The sea access made for a great change from the pool being able to take a dip in the sea right on your doorstep. Being close to Magaluf, my partner and I were sceptical about the noise and punters but it was so quiet but not so far out the way we couldn’t go out if we wanted to.”
