The rooms were not very clean and smelt of damp through air conditioning. Very poor customer service at front desk and managers
Not a lot I did like. Staff around pool were very friendly. Staff on front desk poor.
Room was clean with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. Adult pool area was relaxing on Thursday and Friday but you need to grab a bed early. Good breakfast buffet. This is more a four star hotel than a five star. Nice white company toiletries in public areas - shame they weren’t extended to the bedrooms.
The adult pool area turned into Love Island on Saturday afternoon. Loads of local twenty something girls and boys turned up 2-6pm for a pool party and took over. DJ was really loud. Not a relaxing experience. Plus the accommodation area between the adult pool and the hotel stank of strong weed on Saturday afternoon. The lobby area/stairs were under some renovation. They were fussy about not bringing your own drinks in to the hotel. Our safe didn’t work as it had a low battery. Key access was a large metal key on a keyring rather than swipe card which seemed outdated.
The hotel location and the facility were great. The view from the room was great
The reception staff was very unprofessional and lacked support specially with the taxi booking. We were charged twice for the same ride (120 euros) posing a big question mark about if the reception person in charge collaborated with the taxi driver on this scam
Due to unforeseen circumstances Almyra had to move us to Annabelle Hotel. We were warned well in advance and appreciated the upgraded rooms.
it would be great to see toilets at pool area
