The atmosphere and surrounding was lovely.
Rooms with Ocean view need to book a buggy to get to lobby or front gate. Waited 30 mins for buggy on the 1st day.

We had a good experience at Amari, largely because we upgraded our room at the last minute to one with access to the Clubhouse. Our suite was fantastic - very large, updated, and spacious enough for our family of three adults and three kids. Clubhouse access made the visit really enjoyable as we only had to walk a short distance to a fabulous pool, quiet breakfast space, and delightful cocktail hour every evening. If we had been in the main part of the resort our stay would not have been quite as convenient or comfortable.

The staff is great! Really friendly, tried to help in any way, from the shuttle drivers to the last man in the reception.
The rooms are far from the lobby, you must order a shuttle and wait every time you want to go somewhere. Balcony net door was very hard to open/close. We stayed there 3 nights, 2 times our room wasn't clean untill we came back at 4pm. Room service from the Italian restaurant was really bad, pizza that looks like it came out from a washing machine.

I’ve been to pk for 3 times and amari was definitely my best choice ever. The jetty was extraordinary, superior sea view room was great, restaurant also very tasty. Will come next time.
