The size of the room, amazing food, staff very friendly and helpful, all I could fault is the fact that you are unable to flush the toilet paper, but have to put in an open bucket with no bag liner ...sort of a turn off really, and that it was a smoking hotel, being allowed on verandas, and certain areas of the hotel, on those two notes I wouldn’t return again.

Hotel was beautiful, when on arrival we were granted with cold refreshments and a cold face wipe! Our room was stunning with a ginormous bed! Our tea and coffee table was re filled each day and we were given lots of complacently bits and pieces for the bathroom. Breakfast was also incredible with SO much to choose from! The staff were so friendly and helpful, I would 1000% come back
I was a bit disappointed that the spa wasn’t free for hotel users, I expected to at least be able to use the sauna and steam room for free

The hotel is situated only 200 meters away from the beach side. The luxurious room booked, had a large terrace overlooking one of the two swimmingpools. The room was spacious and both the bed and the bathroom were amazing, Our housekeeping lady was very friendly and cooperative, The breakfast buffet was amazing, many choices of food styles (English, continental or Asian) all was available. Even though the main street was nearby, you had no problems sleeping or enjoying the serenity of the innergarden. Although a more or less topnotch hotel, its worthwhile staying there! Extra's : minibar free of charge, beach towel service,

This hotel is so close to all the madness of Phuket, it’s literally walking distance to everywhere. Turn left out of the hotel and you’re on Patong beach, keep going and you reach Bangar Road. The hotel itself is very big, two huge pools with a swim up bar and loads of facilities.
