Cons: I can’t think of anything.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property was modern, clean and maintained well. The aroma on arrival was a warm vanilla scent that smelt amazing.
Cons: The blinds in the bedroom make a lot of noise if you have your window open and it’s windy. Big distraction if your trying to sleep, maybe invest in securing the blinds with a clip or change them. Pillows were thing and not very firm, maybe have a choice if available. The temperature of the room was very warm, this is just preference in which others may like.

Pros: Beautiful house with an elegant dining room and lovely views. The bedroom was tastefully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable with crisp, good quality bedding. Good choice of breakfasts, decent quality, the bread and coffee could be better but we were all very satisfied. Friendly hosts. We had an excellent meal in the Dial inn, in the next village Lamphey. It was a short stop before taking the Ferry to Ireland but we managed to find time to take the walk from Stackpole beach to Barafundle bay which is nearby and it was really worth the visit. The hosts have prepared a really helpful list of the beaches in the welcome information which we really appreciated!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: My partner and I were after a quiet, secluded weekend away and North Down Farm is exactly that. The house is beautiful, the breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, and the welsh cakes replenished daily were a lovely touch. The location is beautiful, although I'd imagine not ideal if travelling without a car, however that can be said for a lot of Pembrokeshire. I'd highly recommend this B&B and we'd definitely stay again if we were back over that way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from the location and friendliness of the staff
Cons: Nothing all perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much everything. The place is very pretty and so are the surroundings. The host was really friendly and always available to help. Room was spacious, stylish and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good selection of food and able to do gluten free meals.
Cons: toilet paper holder on wrong angle
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The food and the location were good. Just as well I called in advance to ask about parking as the booking company details showed that parking is available nearby, whereas the hotel has plenty of excellent parking on site.
Cons: The toilet seat was loose and the 'fridge was plugged in and sounded as though it was working, but it wasn't cold at all. The worst thing was the emergency exit light in the bedroom - it was like trying to sleep in a football stadium! I know exits must be marked but I have never stayed in a hotel where the light is so, so bright!

Pros: I loved this beautiful Georgian mansion, historic, homely, comfortable and friendly. Fabulous views from the house. Great atmosphere. Delicious breakfast!
Cons: Cant think of anything !
6.3 Good
Pros: We were going to a family christening and got their early and the owner was good enough to let us get changed in the apartment before we left.
Cons: There were dead wasps on the side in the kitchen and window sills, also moved microwave out and some behind there. We got rid of them and when we came back in there was more flying about. The owner said he thought they had gone so clearly had a problem before. He did come back this morning to check and there were quite a few flying around back door. We couldn't open windows or doors as they would have come in. Very disappointed we didn't want to make food in the kitchen because of them. I wasnt even offered any money back, it did ruin our stay even if it was just for one night.

Cons: Access drive was a bit rough but of course we were in the countryside so in keeping !

7.5 Good
Pros: Spacious room, comfortable chairs. Enough space to hang up or store away the clothing
Cons: Breakfast was very unappealing with limited choices on offer. Hardly any cheese or charcuterie, only a small bowl of fresh yoghurt. Evening meals were a disaster at times, poor quality and after commenting on this we still had to pay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The double bed in our room was very comfortable. The swimming pool are was lovely too and spotlessly clean.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Spa was good apart from the hot tub was not warm....? Nice looking building and grounds.
Cons: Weekend staff seemed unprofessional and not interested really. Kept waiting for 40 mins while others were served breakfast...when my wife spoke up, she was rudely told that the kitchen was busy!! Dinner service was a joke..having wine plonked on the table not even chilled and staff chatting amongst themselves in the side corridor while we were eating...!!! We didn't feel welcomed or informed properly at all to be honest. We were underwhelmed by everything apart from the spa. Compared to other places we've previously stayed at in Pembrokeshire, this hotel is simply not worth the money. We expected a lot more having chosen it based on positive reviews..?!! Not sure if we were just unlucky but quite frankly, our weekend was tarnished by our choice of hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The whole place felt relaxed and the staff were wonderful. We had 2 treatments each in the spa and found the staff to be friendly and extremely helopful. We will be back
Cons: Leaving
7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice spa facilities. The hotel itself is probably due a refurbishment. Close to the coast and the Bishops Castle which is right next door is impressive.
Cons: Staff could have been more pleasant and helpful.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely location and room was fine. Staff were polite & friendly. Two disappointments Unable to book any spa treatments/ appointments- All slots during my stay were already booked. Tip for others- pre book your spa treatments BEFORE you arrive. So visiting a Hotel with spa was disappointing for my family- it may as well not have a spa.
Cons: 1. The day after arrival, my wife went to the Spa building to check it out. Unable to book any spa treatments/ appointments- All slots during our 3 night stay were already booked. Tip for others- pre book your spa treatments BEFORE you arrive. So visiting a Hotel with spa was disappointing for my family- it might as well not have had a spa. 2. On checking out, they tried to add £175 to my bill for meals/ drinks I had not taken. They either had another guest who is a scammer booking items to my room number or their system is not watertight. I will be checking my credit card statement very carefully for next couple of months to ensure there are no surprises.

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Parking to rear for 3 cars. Towels 1 hand and 1 bath towel supplied for 4 guests. Owner was there to accept payment and hand us the keys also answer any questions we had.
Cons: Light was home to about 10 dead flies and edge of light frame was rusted. We were at the top of the building at the top of 8 flights of stairs. Double bed had slats under matress and slightest weight brought them from their holder. There was no sign of the owner when we were leaving and we felt uncomfortable knowing what to do with the keys. We eventually left them behind the desk with a note about these issues on the back of their business card.
