Cons: First flight delayed for mechanical. Put on another flight. About to take off and ground for two hrs on the tarmac. No refreshments offered on either. The only thing they did was tell us we had the right to de board after sitting in silence for 1.5 hrs. I wish I could say this is not the norm for American Airlines but they are 5/6 in the past two months for being late and having mechanical issues

Cons: Almost missed flight due to late first flight. Complete amateur

Pros: Decent entertainment options and snack offerings.

Cons: Last 6-8 rows were vacant and for some reason Someone was still seated directly next to me. Why on earth the flight attendants (otherwise great) didn’t make an announcement that there was no need to share a row and encourage people to spread out is beyond me. I mean this is the only flight I can remember in a decade that wasn’t nearly or fully booked, you’d think they’d emphasize that. Instead I got to be trapped like it was a full flight next to a guy with no concept of personal space.

Cons: Appreciate the communication from pilot when on tarmac

Cons: 5 hour maintenance delay due to non-responding maintenance crew. Deplaned. Then re-boarded. Then additional delay due to broken tug. Ridiculous.

Pros: Nice attendants was the only thing good about this flight

Cons: Flight was very late causing problems for connection. Forced to check carryon due to poor storage. Seat instruction were in Spanish. Magazine was in Spanish. This is America and can’t it be in English.

Pros: At washing D.C. , soon I've get off the plane and ask to one of crews at gate 36.that lady didn't know what time is for next connecting flight for going to Columbus Ohio. She keep saying I don't know when ? What time to leave.why it's so late to connect next Flt. That answer doesn't give me a clue made me a frustrated. I do not use any more the connecting Flight in the future.

Pros: They moved me to a more comfortable seat

Cons: The smell in the bathroom was terrible
