8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place with small houses in the forest. They are not really all in real trees, some of them on metal contractions, designed like a tree. Anyway very good experience. And very nice stuff.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: There is no water flow in the shower
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A character hotel with bungalows in the jungle. Not really small child safe but a great place and good atmosphere .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice place to stay, if you like tree houses and you are not afraid of spiders and the jungle :) You can hear the animals for real. We had also a tree in the room :) Which makes us feel like really sleep in the jungle. The room/bathroom and etc. were clean, breakfast really tasty - especially banana pancakes!
Cons: The restaurant could be open a little bit longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just great! The place, the people. Just perfect. Will come back for sure and recomend everyone to stay there!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Houses on the trees, air-conditioned, friendly and flexible personnel, swimming pool, delicious meals, jungle view platforms...
7.0 Good
Pros: If you like wildlife to be close then you will love this place. We arrived to our room to find a frog hopping around (we gently guided him out) and a little stick insect that had brushed into our backpack while walking to the room. We also shared our room with a wolf spider - harmless and happy to be left alone but not for those who are frightened of 15cm wide spiders. Khao Lak is one of the worlds oldest virgin rainforests - be prepared for the abundance of wildlife, whether you want it in your room or not. The viewing platform is amazing. Staff were generally pleasant. We saw a beautiful Elegant Bronzeback snake near the path. Brilliant for kids. We did see a black widow on our balcony- just be aware. They’re not coming to bite you but it’s worth doing a quick check under the seat.
Cons: I wasn’t prepared for how much wildlife there was. There were so many dark nooks and crannies in our room, so much texture for small insects to hide in. But that might have just been our room. The bedding and presentation of the room was lovely. The spider - I tried to poke it out gently with a stick but it wouldn’t go. The next morning we asked a member or staff if they could remove it - surely they have experience in that. He took off his shoe and went to kill it!!! I may not want to share a room with it but I certainly don’t condone killing wildlife - we are in the spiders territory after all. I stopped him so he tried to remove it with a think towel. I could see the spider would get hurt anyway so I stopped him and we just dealt it - we decided to call it Polly to make it seem friendly! Prolly was so big that you could hear her scuttling out of the way before you even saw her moving. But she left us alone. In the reception there is a huge fish in a quite large tank. I’m not a fan of captive animals hence why I’m putting it here. But each to there own.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was awesome, loved being in the mist of the trees, birds! it was the most quirky place I've ever stayed and I loved the experience. Yes there are bug and bits, but what do you expect staying in a lush mini forest type place! I loved it, loved the location - walking distance to the most awesome road of bars and restaurants - without being to close to the noise.

Staff was very friendly. Magical sunsets and mornings are what made this place so special. Highly recommended.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The surroundings of the tents are magnificent and the views are spectacular. I enjoyed the pool a lot, the common areas are very cosy as well.
Cons: There was no water in the morning for two following days; there were ants on the toilet constantly and cockroaches in the shower once but i guess it is something that might happen in a place like that. The air condotioning is noisy. The staff does not speak english well. It is far away from any shop or restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: fantastic and beautiful!

Cons: It's not that cheap and especially the bathroom is not very satisfying.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff and a lovely place!
Cons: The airco is a bit noisy, but that’s all.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff is really friendly and helpful. I booked a room with separate beds but we got one with a double bed and some sort of nylon cover. Upon my request that was immediately replaced with two cotton sheets and blankets. The beds are very good and the room was spacious. The Americano is brilliant!
Cons: Our bungalow (#12) was very, very damp and a bit smelly, even when running the AC.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The gardens are very beautiful, the restaurant serves very delicious food and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. We were invited for breakfast and a traditional thai meal by the owner because I was not happy about the little problems we were having. And we had a visit to his organic farm. We really appreciated all of that.
Cons: Although the owner was very nice with us and invited us for meals, the air conditioning was very loud and I had booked a twin bed room and got a big double bed (they added a foldable bed to compensate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great! Very kind and attentive to our needs.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything and was good value for the cost.
Cons: The picture of the room for the reservation was not what we booked, it was the honeymoon suite. The room we did get was fine and they included breakfast to make up for the misunderstanding. That was very kind of them as the room was still nice enough and as I said a good value even though it wasn't what we were expecting.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nice staff...

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Outdoor bathroom is an excellent idea. Generally, location in the jungle is very peaceful and satisfying. Good breakfast with lot of choices, friendly staff members who helped with organizing trips and transport. Close to restaurants and bars.
Cons: Practically the only downside was the outdoor seating in the jungle house, which was not one of the cleanest and inviting to sit/lay on it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is good especially the pineapple jam, aircond is brand new and cold, the tv which is the reason we have chosen this hotel is still the delight of our stay, we can play our favourite movies and music in our own room with usb. The bunk bed for children have made their stay memorable.
Cons: Can improve further on the washroom in terms of water flow..and believe the natural garden in the washroom can be improved with human touch to make it better.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful and our bungalow was comfortable. Highly recommend getting one with air conditioning.
6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were very basic, but cute.
Cons: Bed were incredibly hard, staff was less friendly than the other places we have visited. The electic breaker in our room kept blowing and they basically just said that's just how it is. The place was practically empty but they wouldn't move us - so cold water showers and no lights for 2 nights. Does not except any credit card for anything.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The quietest of the place.
Cons: The stairs going up to the hut bungalow have mo ramp and the last step not easy to go up or down. The matress its hard as wood.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The gisnt hit jacuzzi on my balcony
Cons: Very clean and beautiful rooms nestled in the khao sok rain forest. Loved the surounding wildlife. Even had a monkey coming on th roof of my bungalow. The place is so cool
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We liked the fact we had a free upgrade of the room because of circumstances of our paid room.. but even that was dissapointing
Cons: The tap water was orange/brown like, the bathroom absolutely stank rotten. And it’s very dated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room and bed, right in the forest. Hotel restaurant does good food, staff were lovely, check in etc super easy after a long journey. Really was paradise!
Cons: Darker curtains in the bungalow would help us sleep longer, but with an eye mask was fine
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, small but clean room and modern air con
Cons: Garden view could be better
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was delicious. I would come again.
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaner but again you are in the jungle. Very happy with the value I got. Next time you paint the room please air it as it smelled really bad and my gf has allergies.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Best part about this place is the monkeys
Cons: If there was a competition for the most uncomfortable bed in Thailand room 3 would win first prize. Avoid this room. The bungalow is old and destined to be replaced soon. Staff were ok. Breakfast was ok. We booked a minubus to krabi. The staff told us the journey would take 3 hours 20 minutes, but it took nearly 5 hours. For some strange reason the minibus driver drove as slow as he could, never got above 3rd gear and never stopped taking his foot on and off the accelerator. Very strànge, It was as if he was trying to destroy the engine. .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice helpful staff , good breakfast
Cons: Mattress could be better. Shower not hot, just a bit warm. Leakage in sink drain
7.0 Good
Pros: Good service for the price. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not hot water in the shower. The bathroom needs some improvement.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: In the bathroom, the water hole was not well place so there was always water in the floor.
7.0 Good
Pros: Resort placed in the very nice location - close to the khao sok national park. Owners are very friendly and helpfull - they picked as up from the bus stop and on the check out day they give us a lift to our next location in khao sok. Nice breakfast. Owner booked for us the trip to the lake and cave. We were staing in the family room (4 person / 2 beds) - it was clean but not very comfortable as there was no any place to unpack our staff. We were staying there only 1 night so it was passable, however longer stay would be hard. Maybe other rooms are better - our room was quite cheap.
Cons: No any space to unpack luggage
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very keen and helpful Staff. They picked us up from bus stop.
Cons: After shower whole toilet was in water.
6.0 Good
Cons: Rooms do not have shelves or wardrobes, no space to unpack your laguage.
7.9 Good
Pros: Stayed in bungalows closest the stream. Can walk/swim down stream 1-200m to see many monkeys playing in the trees, some climbing down to drink water. In the morning, several were on our roof & balcony because we’d left food trash outside. Beds, big & comfy enough, has mosquito nets. Tip: leave the bathroom light on, door closed, to avoid night encounters with jungle critters in your sink, bathroom floor/walls
Cons: Nothing. It’s very simple, but expect minimal necessities & niceties. Bed, mosquito net, toilet, hot shower, A/C + ceiling fan. All you need.
