Pros: The staff is very competent. Friendly without overdoing it / being fake. I always fly Porter if I can, especially out of YTZ.

Cons: There were many delays on flights took that were not communicated to me until I had boarded.

Pros: The seats were comfortable and even roomy, compared to many other airlines.

Cons: Two minor drawbacks: (1) In the Porter lounge, where I was stuck between connecting flights, the cost of food was too high. (2) The weather buffets these small planes more than would be the case with jetliners.

Pros: Convenient Toronto airport Complimentary coffee and cookie at the airport

Cons: Got severely delayed. Poor customer service

Cons: Some crews are not have a nice customer service

Cons: Flight delayed by over 4 hours. Took another flight

Pros: On first and off first

Cons: For paying for a business ticket and to be offered a bag of potato chips is unacceptable though I did have a few alcohol drinks. Seats were also well worn.

Cons: Boarding was a zoo, they changed aircraft and lost my reservation although I am an executive platinum. I boarded as a standby customer Comer after 25 years of flying with them you would think they would pay more attention.

Pros: Crew members were okay

Cons: Wifi could be better

Cons: More luggage space and plugs on the plane to charge devices

Cons: Had paid for main cabin extra but saw other regular coach passengers using up overhead space in section. Other American flights have monitored this to save space for extra fare passengers.

Pros: They left the bags at LAX. We we’re driving to Sun Valley and don’t have our ski clothes and equipment

Cons: Get our bags to us in the morning

Cons: We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!

Cons: Breakfast could have been offered.

Cons: Everything was really nice. The snacks were good. I don’t know if there are excellent t snacks but very good.
