Lost Reservation--Staff was Rude and Unsympathetic
The reservation was lost, leaving us--including a sick and pregnant wife--stranded late at night in Phoenix. The staff was rude and unsympathetic. After showing us (abruptly and haughtily) that we were not on their expected list, they ignored us the rest of the time. While we tried to contact the reservation company, we overheard--but were never told directly--that the hotel was completely booked. That sure would have been nice to know after being turned away! We wouldn't have stuck around to try to work things out! We also overheard several people come to inform the desk that various objects in their rooms were broken. Not very encouraging. This experience sure showed us how "quality" this place was.

The breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh. The room was mice on first night.
Housekeeping brought us clean towels only and did not Service our room for two days out of our four day stay. When the housekeepers did clean our room, it was very sloppy cleaning. Staff made me uncomfortable, they were always watching us....i was hoping it was not a black thing.
