Cons: I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly.

Pros: The food was shockingly good! Also, loved the service.

Cons: A fold down foot rest would be very helpful.

Pros: The crew was lovely and friendly, very pleasant to fly with.

Cons: Not a fan that I was seated between 2 men I did not know which made me uncomfortable enough that I couldn't sleep at all during my red eye.

Cons: Food, I can't understand why the main course has such a poor taste and looks like it was eaten before.

Pros: fast boarding process. checked in bags for free due to full flight. Crew were very helpful and serviced with a smile throughout the journey. Baggage was on time on all the airports. On flight entertainment was very good. leg room good in all the flights.

Cons: Seats should be more comfortable for such a long journey. economy class seats has very less support especially for the 11 hour flight.

Cons: Small seats. Uncomfortable. Limited and expensive food.

Pros: The pilot, crew, etc. was all good. Boarding was great, as was deplaning. There was a lot of communication.

Cons: I'm a tall woman and I was never more cramped. I think in a long flight such as this 2.5+ hours, they should not be using American Eagle jets. They are so tiny and my neighbor and I were practically on each other's laps.

Pros: Good seat. Good films.

Cons: A broader range of free snack types would be nice.

Cons: Departure was late because of problem with thrust reversers. Once the plane started to push back after 1,5 hours delay, we had to return to the gate for another 30 mins because of an error on the maintenance logbook entry.

Pros: Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC
