Cons: Cancelled flight due to cracked windshield. No back up options for aircraft or crew so I was sent on a completely different airline and route. Go Delta!

Cons: Old Aircraft, no power outlets, small TV displays, picture distorted, low quality LCD, mediocre Entertainment menu

Pros: Smooth flight!

Cons: Got severely delayed. Poor customer service

Pros: They left the bags at LAX. We we’re driving to Sun Valley and don’t have our ski clothes and equipment

Pros: Super comfortable and inflight entertainment was amazing

Pros: Apart from the boarding process the trip was great.

Cons: The airport had us board at a gate where we had to go outside in the rain without any warning. Many of the pasengers were families with small children and dressed for the sunshine and no coats or other protection from the elements. There was no warning from WestJet or the airport in the process from booking to checkin.

Pros: Best part was that the flight was only 30 minutes, short and sweet.

Pros: Crew was friendly and the flight was smooth

Pros: Staff and crew were very friendly and accommodating. Flight was good and on time.

Cons: I had arrived from Ft. McMurray more than 3 hours before my connection, but was was paged for a search just 30 minutes before my flight boarded. Delays in security meeting me almost made me miss my flight. I didn't understand why they waited so long to do the search. It should have been done when I first got there.

Cons: The check in process was cumbersome with being able to partially get checked in at a computer kiosk and then having to wait in line to see an agent while other people are jumping the queue and not having to wait... then having stood in line for 10 minutes an agent tells you that you could have been in the "fast" lane... but there is no or little signage indicating which line you should be in.... that's frustrating. Don't expect your customers to be unconsciously aware of all of your convoluted business practices... put some signs out... we at least like a hint. Other than that, for air travel it was a very good experience.
