Points positifs: L'appartement était spacieux et très joliment décoré! La cuisine disposé du nécessaire pour préparer ses repas. Abord de la piscine agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de différents commerces et surtout de la plage.

Points négatifs: Gros point négatif : LE MENAGE! Dès notre arrivée, de nombreuses saletés sur le sol, toile d'araignée, poussière et cheveux dans les draps! Malgré le passage du personnel de ménage pendant notre séjour cela n'a jamais été nettoyé, de plus il n'y a pas de balais ou de balayette dans l'appartement pour pouvoir nettoyer si on salit en faisant la cuisine par exemple.... L'accès aux appartements se fait en passant à quelques centimètres de la piscine, ce qui peut être gênant avec des valises.

Points positifs: The pool was very clean and the sun loungers were very comfortable. Apartment was spaceous and clean, with very good facilities.

Points positifs: réception 24h24, belle piscine surveillée, de la place sur les transats chaque jours. proche du centre, magasins à 10 mètres. Belle appartement équipé, spacieux, balcon, belle salle de bain, nettoyage régulier.

Points négatifs: - stationnement impossible dans la rue (gratuit), juste 2 places tjr prises devant l'hotel. , sinon faut aller rues avoisinante derrière mais surchargée en été avec les gens qui arrive pour se promener. nous tournions parfois 30 minutes, sinon il y à un parking souterrain pas loin mais à 3 euro l'heure, à la fin de la semaine ça va faire chère. - l'appartement était situé tout en haut, 3 séries de 20 marches bien loin donc pas adapté au gens à mobilité réduite ou à difficultés physique. nous avons pourtant réservé au mois de Mars pour Aout, mais il préfère placer les jeunes anglais en bas devant la piscine et les plus agées et personnes avec enfants en bas âge tout en haut.

Points positifs: Very good located in Playa de las Americas. Close to beach, shops & restaurants. Nice pool area.

Points positifs: We received a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment for our stay. Big apartment with 2 bathroom each with a shower,, enormous balcony, all facilities like we were at home, ironing machine, hammock on the balcony, cutlery, glasses of all kinds, bigger fridge, microwave. Very very confortable bed with 2 usb charging ports on each side. The breakfast was also very good, pool was nice and big, gym all but ok. Cleaning everyday spotless.

Points négatifs: Bed sheets were smelling bad one day after they were changed, but they have changed them on request at 10 PM. The windows did not insulate enough the sound from outside but in the night there no traffic.

Points positifs: - Conveniently located between Las Americas and Los Cristianos - Good breakfast

Points négatifs: The hotel is 3 stars max. Quite an old building, above the door to the room there is a sort of jalousie window - noise, light, and smell of cigarettes from the corridor get inside the room. There is no extra door to the sleeping part, microwave in the kitchenette cannot be unplugged and shines into the eyes all night. Cleaners use chemicals that leave strong smell. There is a lot of mess, luggage room for instance is full of rubbish. Some members of personnel were helpful, but overall most didn’t try/or know anything. For example, there is a free bus to el corte ingles Santa Cruz which they said at the reception didn’t exist. Overall, better pay an Airbnb for €25 like in golf amarillo where there are tranquil villas.

Points positifs: Breakfast was delicious, many options. Staff really relaxed, room had beautiful furniture, everything clean. We loved the gift wine, really good one.

Points positifs: The location was perfect right near the safari centre where there is a great buzz. The hotel itself is very modern and the room is very clean. We got upgraded which was a lovely surprise. We had a corner suite that overlooked the sea and it was very spacious. The pool area was lovely and there was always seats available when we went in September. The buffet food was nice and there was a good variety.

Points négatifs: The breakfast wasn’t very good and facilities in our room such as the air conditioning and television were temperamental at times.

Points positifs: Hotel is in peaceful area so you won’t hear drunk people. It is 5 min walk from ocean that’s why the price is a bit lower than hotels with direct access. Be careful at the beach because we heard many people got their backs stolen. Hotel main lobby is spacious, clean and have modern design. They have one area where food is served - breakfast lunch dinner , and that area is also nicely decorated and clean. I think all rooms have small kitchen so if you are not all inclusive , you can store your food . The supermarket is 2min away. We had all inclusive and we were happy about it because around the area the food was more British public oriented. For proper sea food you would need to explore a bit further. The staff - was friendly and worked fast so tables were always clean. Food - was okay, it wasn’t mountains of it but I think it is a waste. Food was always nicely presented and there was chef who can cook fish , meat in front of you ( just sometimes you need to be lucky to catch him standing there as he wasn’t present from opening to closing restaurant) Cocktails- if you are all inclusive you can get all cocktails made from local alcohol, if you want to get something specific - from the brand , you would need to pay ( with 20% discount ) . If you are half board or no food , cocktails are ok price (4-6e ) but they won’t be strong so for evening better go outside and have a nice good cocktail. There is a nice table with wine, sangria and sodas which you can use all day long ( all inclusive ) Pool- it is ok size for cooling down , you can bring your own mattress and no one will say anything about it . In general Tenerife is not expensive island, so if you want good weather and very peaceful surroundings then go for it. If I go next time , I think I would take bigger hotel because this one was tooo calm for my liking

Points négatifs: There was no music during the day at the pool, so people played on their phones. For evening there was little entertainment so like mentioned it is very calm place For food - you can eat nicely but don’t expect big variety. Breakfast are always the same , lunch and dinner are better but you won’t get real Spanish dishes. Also, they use soooo much salt so sometimes I couldn’t eat meat. They close all inclusive at 11 in the evening , so after that you need to pay for your drinks .... but in the end the bar is open till 12 max .. so you won’t loose that much

Points positifs: Quartier très animé tout en ayant un pied dans l’hôtel avec un calme absolu. Cela était très plaisant. Personnel très compréhensible envers notre espagnol et notre anglais mauvais

Points positifs: le petit dejeuner, la chambre apres changement le lendemain a cause de la vue sur un vieux batiment, par contre probleme de WI FI pendant toute la duree du sejour malgré nos réclamations a la reception chambre 206 sinon a conseiller,

Points négatifs: le manque d'information : excursions possibles ? visites , curiosités ? aucune indication dans les chambres ... aucune indication sur les transports (bus : horaires - arrêts ...? ) - très décevant : l'information dans l'ascenseur est insuffisante.

Points positifs: Loved the modern decor, cleanliness, comfy beds and pillows, super kind and friendly staff and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms look exactly as in photos and the pool is great for swimming plus there’s plenty sunbeds for everyone! Also the gym has all you need to make your stay that little bit more active and burn all the calories you’re bound to consume in their restaurant buffet. I had a room on 7th floor which was great for views but since its just beneath the UP rooftop area it does come with some noise in the early morning when the staff prepares it for the day (plus the constant hum from the power generators). The area around the hotel feels very safe and its a 5 min Walk to the beach with plenty of food joints and shopping around. There’s a small supermarket just around the codner so you dont have to worry about the drinking water/tea supplies.

Points négatifs: Many of the standard hotel amenities like safe or fridge are payable extra at Vulcano, which at the rate of 120 a night felt a bit odd (bit like cheap airlines where we will soon pay for the air we breathe). Since the hotel is really lovely and has a bit of the higher end feel it came as a surprise.

Points positifs: Everything. Our room was at the 7 floor, we really liked modern design of the apartments and the hotel, really appreciated the availability of a modern and big (~50'') TV screen. We really liked the food: delicious, big choice. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Points négatifs: Had problems with WiFi connection near our room, that were not fully fixed after several complains. Sometimes in the evenings, the music at the nearest restaurants was to loud, so we had to close the windows.

Points positifs: Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel. L'accueil est parfait, le personnel est à l'écoute et s'occupe des clients. Merci à Luis à la réception et à Monica au service client qui ont été bienveillants tout notre séjour. Les chambres (352 pour nous) sont propres, grandes, et ont la vue sur la piscine. Les murs sont épais et le personnel est discret, ce qui permet de faire quelques grasses matinées. Le buffet est renouvelé tous les jours. Il est bon et les serveurs sont professionnels. Il y a des animations la journée (ping pong fléchettes, tir à l'arc...) Et le soir au bar de l'hôtel qui ferme à 1h. La rue principale de la playa de las americas est à 100m et la mer à 150m mais si vous voulez profiter de la piscine, elle est chauffée juste ce qu'il faut :). Bref, l'hôtel est top, nous avons passé un séjour formidable et nous reviendrons !!!

Points négatifs: Rien à redire. Si votre vol retour est après votre check out, l'hôtel vous propose de profiter de la piscine et vous met à disposition une chambre pendant 30 minutes pour prendre une douche et vous préparer pour le départ.

Points négatifs: - C’est dommage de devoir payer pour utiliser le coffre et le frigo de la chambre. - Deux/trois serveurs un peu moins souriant que d’autres.

Le mini bar de la chambre fermé impossible de mettre une bouteille dedans il faut payer tout le contenu pour pouvoir l'ouvrir. Obligé de payer pour peser sa valise . Hôtel de retraités. Deux lits simples qui bougent. Piscine petite avec serviettes payantes.

Points positifs: Tout était très bien à l’exception de la literie, moyenne pour un hôtel de ce standing. Grand choix de plats pour les repas, les piscines sont chouettes, les équipements pour enfants aussi. Il manquerait un terrain de tennis quand même.

Points négatifs: La literie. Des travaux sur la toiture, un peu trop bruyant...

Points négatifs: Staff were not at all friendly and at times quite rude. Bar staff in particular were extremely bad. Cleaning staff on the other hand were very pleasant and very thorough.

Points positifs: Great location and room size. Comfortable bed.

Points négatifs: Most of the staff were very friendly except for the manager in the restaurant. He was extremely rude. Another issue was that there is no tea, coffee and a kettle in the room and you cannot get tea or coffee with your dinner which is very upsetting. Another issue was that you had to pay for your pool towel per day per person and you also had to pay for your safe in your room per day. This is very unusual for a 4 star hotel.

Points positifs: The dishes were delicious and the food was warm and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Points positifs: We booked independently and when we arrived the porter was very helpful.The reception staff were very good.Next time we will book direct , as all the reception staff speak good English. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Points négatifs: I can’t find anything I would change.We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed everything. Prices for drinks were quite expensive. I think I might go All inclusive in future.

Points négatifs: The food was fine but so noicy and loud in the cafeteria, we just ate in a hurry. We never wanted to eat dinner there even though we had all inclusive, because it was just no fun at all. Not cosy or relaxing at all!

Points positifs: Le Personnel très serviable, la restauration diversifiée. Les chambres sont propres et bien insonorisées. Le parc de jeux pour enfants est très bien et toboggan de la piscine. Le petit + : pouvoir profiter de la piscine le dernier jour après le checkout et ensuite pouvoir prendre une douche avant le départ dans une chambre spécialement dédiée à cet effet (inscription à la réception)
