beautiful spa with lovely staff, great experience - I recommend to book a treatment. Lovely pool/Jacuzzi/lush gardens - the best part of the stay was to swim and relax at the pool and hammock. Reasonably priced pool bar. The hotel staff is nice. Even though it is not a super small hotel, the greenery covers up the rooms and gives the impression that the hotel is almost empty - as it is adults only, it was amazingly quiet and very relaxing!
The only thing that I wanted to point out that the mattress and pillows were not comfortable - seemed like they were quite dated and needed an upgrade (maybe it was just my luck as my family stayed in another room and they said their mattress was good). The breakfast food in the restaurant is in abundance, the quality is Okay. There is a little noise from the busy street but not too bad. Overall great value for the money, will return!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We had a king room. Room was very spacious. Great facilities. Pool area and bar immaculate! Breakfast buffet lots to choose from. There is a new day spa which is amazing! There is a hydrotherapy pool and saunas.. The massages were amazing and very reasonably priced.All staff were excellent! This hotel is right in the heart of playa del carmen and all the restaurants and bars Really unsure how this is not a 5star hotel.
