Pros: It was well organised, cosy and clean. Linen was clean as well as the bathroom and the floor.
Cons: There was probably a wedding party in the evening and on the next morning during the breakfast we noticed dirty floors in the restaurant. We were also forced to hurry up by the staff who were preparing the restaurant for the next wedding party at noon...
Pros: I really liked the location of the hotel. Since we were traveling to Romania and needed to spend one night half way, the hotel Rostov in Pleven was the only location in the city close to the highway and the city center.
Cons: The pictures of the hotel looked much better than the reality... Maybe it was just our room like that, but the quality of facilities/room size/ furniture could be better for the price we paid per night.
Pros: Close so city centre. Parking available free of charge.
Cons: No drawers in the bedroom
Pros: The best location
Cons: A bit outdated
Pros: Location and service at the front desk
Cons: The elevators are old and slow. We waited for the elevator ride more than 5 minutes. Please check on that matter
Pros: perfect location
Cons: very small bathroom that smelled like mould
Pros: The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The interior is old and not well maintained; the bathroom is small, not clean, it floods during showering. Very disappointed that the former restaurant’s first floor was turned into casino. This used to be a restaurant with beautiful patio.
Pros: Wonderful location, very helpful staff.
Cons: A bit old but well kept facility
Pros: The hotel is next to a street with cafes and restaurants and, in particular to nice and lively park with several fountains where you can cool off on a hot day. In the evening people gather there, maybe also because of special effects at the fountains. I got free parking place at the hotel as it was stated in the offer at my booking.
Cons: It would be nice if the breakfast starts earlier than at 7.30. The matresses are rather firm. Check the possibility for parking as there are only few parking places for a big hotel with over 10 floors.

Pros: It was a clean and comfortable hotel, quite quiet and good for a rest. There are lots of paintings and art works of the original artists for sale.
Cons: There was a slight smell of cigarettes in the lobby and in the room, however I have requested to change it. Some plastic fittings in the bathrooms were a bit outdated a gave a slight cheap look of the hotel
Cons: There is not Restorant,SPA, no coffe. There are nothing , only room and bed.
Pros: Overall friendly staff, but not really tought in the hotelier business. It was clean although quite old school furnished.
Pros: Quiet place. Nice room. Good internet. Free parking spots.
Cons: Nobody speacks english. The stairs are slippery.

Pros: Comfortable room, good air-conditioning,peaceful and quiet place with loads and loads of woodland
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: My room had a total of 22 big spiders, really everywhere even in the bedcorners.
Pros: situated amongst beautiful nature with lots of peace and quiet
Pros: Being the cheapest on the booking, for a transit night it was OK, Clean room, bathroom. An old hotel in the forest. We would prefer a simple, small pension for a fare price in the city-main road, but wasn't available on booking.com.
Cons: The picture of the pool doesn't show reality. The water is clean and maintained, but not it's surroundings
Pros: The property is close to stunning views over the valley and hills. It is a very modern building, clean, quiet and well maintained. The Owners are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. It was a pleasure to sit out on the balcony watching the House Martins fly back and forth to their nests. Would happily stay again.
Pros: The suroundings
Cons: Pool not working. Not clean. Bathroom very very small. Staff not speaking english. Very dusty. In the end the other friends were charged 10 euros extra from the starting price. Definetly not a good choice. The pictures arent from the rooms you get there.
Pros: Besides the location, NOTHING!
Cons: Too bad the owners do not invest in the building and its facilities. Some of the rooms smell of mold and the balconies are filled with spider nets. The so called spa inside looks unclean, the water in the interior pool had bugs and flies. The photos on the website are far away from reality!
Pros: The location is great, the interior is beautifully decorated with tons of original artwork.
Cons: Bathrooms need deep cleaning and shower curtains; pillows were extra firm and uncomfortable; the furniture is quite dated; restaurant service at breakfast was poor - no attention to the customer; the breakfast was bad and insufficient - at 9:40 almost all the food was gone, there was no water or juice; our table on the patio was next to garbage bins.
Pros: Only location.
Cons: I wouldn’t recommend this place. They said 2 bedrooms which was big lie. It was only 1 room with 2 double beds. Swimming pool was rubbish dirty and cold water. Under the bed have not been clean ever. Bathroom splashing water everywhere no partition glass. This is place never worth 4 stars.2 stars max.Very sad as I’m from Pleven live 19 years abroad been many places.I'm 100 honest. Bosses should read my review and take on board. Regards Ventsislav from Pleven
Pros: Pool was nice the kids enjoyed it
Cons: Very dated interior found glass on the bathroom floor. The restaurant was very poor. Food very basic not very nice at all and quite expensive compared to other nicer restaurants. My daughter couldn't eat hers found a very long hair in her tagliatelle!!!!
Pros: Nice, spacious, bright, clean
Cons: Spa and gym are old and used
Cons: Very hard contact with the staff on e-mails...
Cons: The relatively high price was not correspond to the low quality. The interior should be renovated. The staff was insufficient. The breakfast was ridiculous, in the morning the restaurant was in a mess and was not cleaned after a wedding party previous day.
Pros: It was easy to find and in a forested area. It had a swimming pool. Reception staff were lovely.
Cons: The man in charge of the dining room was a bit off hand. The breakfast was basic.
Pros: Lovely location with good walks. Nice collection of artwork and old furniture.
Cons: Staff were lovely but at times it was like the Mary Celeste. We were often the only ones in for breakfast and we had to go looking for the staff. The rooms were spacious but need a little TLC given a change of room and the selling point of a sauna didn't work nor the hair drier and then the electric blew in our room.
Pros: It’s disgusting! The rooms were extremely dirty and there were dead flies everywhere! The food was from the last few days served and the staff was very impolite! Not recommended for sure!
Cons: Food was awful, the rooms have not been cleaned for the last weeks, poor ‘ four-star’ hotel!!
Pros: If there was a 0 star rating I would press it twice
Cons: Room full of cockroaches. Not warm water available to take a bath. Staff did not speak English. Hand soap nowhere in sight. Dirty floor, broken bed. After 12 at midnight hotel locks down and there is a bell outside that you have to press and someone ALLEGEDLY will open the door. 3 am last night I was waiting outside in the rain for half an hour ringing repeatedly the doorbell, banging on doors Calling the reception completely helpless only for a lady to come after 30 minutes ANNOYED and saying I should have rang the doorbell. Will not even start to explain my frustration! And the cherry on top after clearly explaining my discomfort the lady did not even ask sorry, she was ironic and cursing in Bulgarian but little did she know that I also know Bulgarian. Took the high road mainly because it is such a dodgy hotel with so weird people working there as I was fearful Of my safety. STAY AWAY. zero value for money and outdated EVERYTHING!

Pros: The breakfast options were great!
Cons: The room smelt quiet strongly of cigarette smoke and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as we expected.
Pros: Bathroom was clean and I did appreciate the clean white towels. Thank you for that. Good location. Good access to transport.
Cons: Fantastic location. There is an Urgent need to upgrade/modernise their facilities; it was boiling hot and the air-conditioning in the room would have passed as a fan (very old big unit). The corners of the wardrobe was an eyesore; dirty would be an understatement. Bathroom was clean and I did appreciate the clean white towels. Thank you for that. I had to sleep on the duvet and cover the pillow with bath robe because the hotel did not use pillow and mattress covers.
Cons: My mind is blown away how horrible this place is. Especially given how much it costs!
Pros: Panorama restaurant - very good food, nice place, ...
Pros: The accessible place with parking. There are many rooms for large groups.
Cons: There is no air conditioner. There is no vegetarian and varied breakfast.
Pros: Clean place and friendly people.
Pros: Breakfast was okay. Bed very comfortable. Some staff had good English.
Cons: Towels smelt of cigarette smoke
Pros: Very good location, close to the centre and University. Very helpful staff and room was kept clean and tidy. Got an Appartment suite and was extremely happy with the spacious size and view of the whole town!
Cons: Breakfast wasn’t overwhelming at all. :( Not many options, especially for vegetarians! Also WiFi was terrible- both speed and connection.
Pros: Location and on the way from Sofia to Romania
