10.0 Excellent
Pros: My entire stay was incredible. The staff was so helpful and really genuine interactions. The gardens and patio were beautiful for having a drink and watching the sunset on the mountains. Overall one of the best experiences.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about this hotel. Wonderful location just outside of town. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast which was different every day. Staffed by lovely people who seemed to enjoy that we were staying with them.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like really has to do with my GPS which tried to send me the wrong way down a number of streets getting from the hotel into town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very accomodating, the room was good and only a about 10 minutes from the town centre. The breakfast was nice and all in all a great place to stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place! The room is very nice and comfortable, the view from the balcony is outstanding ♥️ The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good, there is everything, that you can need. Thanks a lot, we hope to come back one day:)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and availability of garage to park motorbike!
Cons: Kind of far from town center, but not really a problem
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff has been super friendly and super flexible trying to match any of my needs, they make you feel like you’re at home. The structure is really cleaned and well maintained. The breakfast... omg, you can’t ask any better! Everything is at walkable distance, there’s even a small bus passing just outside the hotel if you feel particularly lazy :D
Cons: 1. I wished the breakfast started a bit earlier, if you have a long day ahead, starting breakfast at 8 might become a bit inconvenient. 2. Sauna is at extra cost, which was not a problem, except that wasn’t specified on booking.com
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Proprietors extremely friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable, family managed set-up; very clean and tidy offering a pretty good breakfast.
Cons: Had a problem connecting to the WiFi on a Huawei device. The manager said it only seemed to affect this brand although worked fine on day 2. The WiFi signal is excellent.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice space-full apartment, kind owners, view.
Cons: It was little bit farther to ski lifts start point with boots and ski (ski-buses are not reliable in Ponte di Legno btw.).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, newly furnished. Elewator to higher floors. Resonable price adjusted to the standard.
Cons: The only problem is lack od parking place nearby, but for loading and unloading od luggage - there is a possibility to park in front od the hotel. Big THANK YOU for the engagement od the owner!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, family run establishment. They were so helpful and welcoming. If ever you need anything, just ask. Easy, 5 minute walk to the slopes. Parking a short distance away - also about a 5 min walk or so Discount on the ski pass if you buy it from the hotel - great little bonus! 6 day pass was 190 euros per person instead of 220. Located conveniently close to shops, cafes, and restaurants - opposite and next door! Rooms are nice and big. Hob with a big kitchen space, cupboards, fridge, pots/pans, cutlery, so you can easily rustle something up if you don’t fancy going out for dinner. Would highly recommend and will be coming back next year! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Single beds are a little small. Was fine for me, but I am quite petite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Immaculate rooms. Beautiful location and convenient for bus stop and ski slopes. Also helpful and friendly staff. Option for breakfast for €7 good range of cakes, pastries, hot and cold drinks cereals etc.
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like. If I had the choose I would prefer a real quilt for the bed rather than blankets but it was fine and not a big deal.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great in the center of the town close to everything
Cons: Parking was far away but the staff help you with the suitcases
5.0 Okay
Pros: - The bed was comfortable, although that made little difference as I got little sleep due to the noise in the streets.
Cons: - The "quiet street view" as described was actually a street of bars and nightclubs playing loud music until 3am with drunken people shouting in the streets until the early hours. - Parking is not "short walk from the premises" as described. It is actually nearly half a kilometer away, so I would avoid if you have heavy luggage to carry. - Soaps and showergels were not in the room when we arrived so we had to ask for them. This was just a minor inconvenience but all added to the poor experience. - Receptionist was rude - Shower was freezing cold and only after I had finished washing did it decide to warm up. - There were 3 of us travelling together. We tried to book a room for 3 to cut costs but were unable to due to restrictions online (either by the hotel or booking.com). We were forced to pay for 2 rooms, which wasn't a problem until we got into our rooms to find they had 3 beds. Charged unnecessarily for a room we didn't need.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern, large room with lots of storage. Warm as well. Car park free - short walk away. Staff friendly. Ski room very handy.

6.3 Good
Pros: The spa was very good. Friendly and good service
Cons: The front reception was a joke. Arrogant staff who really look down at guests. The had my wife’s passport which they need for legal reasons as it’s an Italian hotel. But they didn’t hand it back. When we asked for it back, they said they didn’t have it, we argued they did and it became heated. They then realised they had it under a different room.. no apology, sorry, just handed it to us if it was our problem. Same when I tried to check out. I was leaving for an earlier flight than my wife and wanted to check out. They wouldn’t unless I had the card key.. I had no choice but to waken my wife at 7 am and get it. Again same arrogant approach. I run hotels and I would fire the lot of them
7.9 Good
Pros: The sauna facilities
Cons: The ski room is very small, no place to dry the boots
4.6 Okay
Cons: The first night we had to sleep in a very small room (not the one we booked) and they did not propose to change it (we had to ask to). They forgot to clean the room and, asked to, they did only partially. In the room there were no teeth brush and slippers. We had to ask to give us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The amenities and service super
Cons: Can’t think of any
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It met my expectations but Did not exceed them as this was my second stay at the hotel. However I really appreciated the hotel upgrading one of our twin rooms to a suite so that my 3 grown up sons could share a room while Dad could have a room to himself and sleep.... I needed that after skiing with 3 twenrty somethings!!!
Cons: Spa sauna and steam room was cold on two occasions. I understood this to be due to keeping the kids out of them before 4.30PM?
6.7 Good
Pros: New modern facility, good location, dinner.
Cons: The room was quite small for three people, even to open our luggage was a problem in this room. Lot of dust under the bed.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable hotel. Very good service in the bar and restaurant. Only 10 minutes walk to the Ponte Di Legno gondola. We hired our ski's from Le Ski Lab, right opposite the Ponte di Legno slopes, and a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Additionally left our ski equipment in their ski room, making it easier to get to and from the hotel (hotel also offers a minibus service). Overall, good hotel in excellent position for getting to and from the slopes.
7.1 Good
Pros: Travelled for a school’s ski race. Rooms were clean and modern.
Cons: Food wasn’t good!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, friendly stuff, perfect food, games room for kids, perfect environment for Christmas, just amazing!!!
Cons: Location, room, food, environment, stuff
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location, close to the lifts and slopes. Acceptable breakfast, very good ski storing place with heaters. SPA. Friendly staff.
Cons: A quite expensive hotel, unfortunately, we had no other options due to late booking.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: 1) Location- very close to the slopes, not too far from the city. Super convenient. 2) The building has probably been recently renovated, both on the outside and the inside (apartments, pool area, spa, common spaces- all in very good conditions). 3) Ski-box on the way to the slopes is very handy and well equipped, with keycard-opening heated brand new lockers. 4) Staff was nice and always available 5) The apartment was daily sized with updated furniture and new kitchenware.
Cons: 1) The playroom area definitely needs to be updated- not very usable in its current setup. However, considering the rest of the facility’s outlook definitely shows a much better layout, I think management already knows this and I assume they are already planning to upgrade the offer in that area. 2) Our apartment was on the 4th floor, which meant a few meters from the doorstep to the elevator had to be walked on the outdoor balcony. Not a big deal, just a little uncomfortable with kids in case you want them to freely wonder to and from the common spaces (bar, pool, playroom, etc.) without freezing (we were there during ski season). 3) I know this is not really an “issue”, nor that this comment can be generalized beyond the “personal opinion” level. However I think it needs to remarked that for great part of the winter the hotel is almost entirely booked by group travelers from Eastern Europe. During my stay, most of them were ok- families with kids. However, being large groups, some degree of noise is inevitable. But that actually didn’t bothered me as much as the incidental few drunks met by the bar, or around the hallways, not so late at night. Nothing really dangerous, nor truly annoying. Mine is clearly not a matter of ethnicity (I’m Italian, and such large groups of Italians abroad would be way much worse neighbors). Also, I clearly don’t blame the Residence administrators- actually I commend them- for working well with foreign clients. I just think future residents should know that the scenario at the Adamello resort is very much international.

5.8 Okay
Pros: My bed was fairly comfortable.
Cons: The whole hotel feels very tired and out of date. It may have deserved its four-star rating in 1975, but it doesn't look like it has been modernised since.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent, super friendly staff, nice and clean room, very good breakfast, private transfer to the ski slopes. Tremendous value for money.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: sauna and swimming pool are beautiful
7.9 Good
Pros: Cleanliness of the room, location
Cons: We were given what I would like to have. I specially selected a 2-floor room with rooftop part. However, the room was spacious
7.1 Good
Pros: OK
Cons: The dinner mut be organize better
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Delicious food. Accommodating staff. Efficient transfer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Spa area and service was excellent.
Cons: A little dated
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a great base for ski and relaxing , the pool , jacuzzi and sauna are a great bonus and at no extra cost . there is plenty of food and light entertainment and games room .. the staff are very helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. great view from the balcony ,, bath robes and slippers complimentary.. also the Hotel has its own ski shuttle which was another good facility . On the last day we checked out early and the Hotel had us a packed breakfast to take on our journey ..the whole group felt totally refreshed at the end of our stay..
Cons: my only gripe and it is a personal preference(( not a problem , more an observation )) .. the food !! there is plenty to choose from and all cooked very well ,, but I found it all a bit fancy , which some people will love . half of our group agreed it was the best food they had eaten in a hotel before. But for a working class English man I could have done with a more basic option here and there , but overall the food was cooked to perfection .......... oh !! the bar was overpriced , the Hotel could have made a lot of money off our group if they kept there drink prices a little lower ((25- 30% more expensive than anywhere else in the the area))..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpfull staff, great breakfast Enough parking Good shower, possibility on the last day , after skiing to change clothes and take a shower
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I came to hotel Mirella with 2 children under 4 years for skiing. The service was excellent, everyone was so helpful, they got us transport to the airport in the middle of the night (when the company that I ordered failed). It feels like home as there is a family atmosphere in the hotel. It is nicely surrounded by the little river, close to the town center. Our room was spacious, everything was clean. We got a baby crib for our little one and the kettle. Totally recommend it!

7.1 Good
Pros: Focus on making life easy for those wanting to bike at Ponte di Legno
Cons: The breakfast was so-so and the staff was remarkably unfriendly.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location for exploring surrounding mountains, e.g. cycling the Gavia Pass. Good parking and decent breakfast.
Cons: Staff at the reception where less attentive and seemed to be more interested in entertaining a group of friends in the hotel bar. Shower head was broken. No aircondition. Had to firmly ask for the reception to return our ID-cards at checkout.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location was good. There was a useful table and bench in the room.
Cons: Breakfast had a continual queue for one coffee/tea machine, which blocked access to the food. There was a small wardrobe with a very awkward hanging space and little shelving, hence we couldn't unpack properly.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice view from room. The road leading out of town.
Cons: Arrived 30 minutes before due to check in after a 6 hour drive, all hot and sticky, so desperate to check in and have a shower. I was told by reception that none of the rooms would be available until 1500 when check in opened. I asked if I could fill in the registration details prior to 1500 to save time and then all I would need to do is collect the key, again i was told this wasn't possible until 1500. A total debacle and complete lack of flexibility towards customers and their needs, I have never congee across this before and have travelled the world extensively. At spot on 1500 the young man on reception had to ring someone to come down and start the process, he then disappeared. Finally got into our room at 1510, to make matters worse 40 minutes later the cleaner opened our door and tried to show 2 motorcyclists into our room even though they were protesting that it was the wrong number, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Got a very strong feeling that this hotel wasn't bothered about its customers experience all it wanted was your money.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to the piste
Cons: WiFi signal is very very very weak
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very good
Cons: It was off season so the town was mostly closed. We had some problems communicating.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is a pleasant hotel, desisgned like a ski chalet. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Possibly the hotel went through some renovations not too long ago. It is also worth mentioning a very good breakfast.
Cons: The main drawback is the location. The hotel is located outside the village, on a main road. Not much to be found within walking distance. It is indeed relatively near to the ski lifts but not near enough for most people to leave the car behind. The ladies at the reception are speaking only very basic English. Upon arival, we found the previous guest's underware in the closet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Easy location just off main road. Short walk to Centro
Cons: Booked two twins, got two doubles
8.3 Excellent
Cons: No air conditioning so had to have window open and the audio from fair/carinival was so loud.
5.4 Okay
Pros: good location and comfortable sky room
Cons: room was cold in general, shower was cold or not warm enough, it’s really too expensive for the quality of the hotel and of the food at breakfast. For that price I would expect fresh juices, fresh jams and bakery of the day
Hotel Piandineve - Ponte di Legno - Building
7.5 Good (294 reviews)
C$ 124+

2.9 Mediocre
Cons: The staff was very unpolite. They refuses to offer information and support. Although they had free room available they did not allowed us to buy late check out. The parking was not cleaned after snow. No service in the restaurant.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Near the slopes. The quality of the buffet was pretty high for being such. Personnel was friendly
Cons: Not a 4star hotel, not a chance. WiFi not working. We had a buffet instead of a restaurant service. Rooms are old and not renovated since a while.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: AWFUL Staff Don`t go there! I won`t come back anymore!
7.5 Good
Pros: - Great localization! - Perfect view from my room on Presena mountin and the balcony! - breakfast everyday
Cons: - breakfast every day the same, poor choice, no vegetable, - dozens of children on organized trips,
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I though that the staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed for skiing and it is super close to the slopes. The restaurant is a big buffet style affair and we found the food pretty good. Generally I prefer a smaller hotel but I think that these people doa great job. Super clean rooms with a lovely view. The shower was small but apart from that we founf the hotel really good for the 5 days we were in Passo De Tonale. Good value all around.
Cons: Larger shower or a bath would have been great. Perhaps we just needed to get a larger room!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location, great view from the window. The room was clean.
Cons: Bad value for money. We had an ugly old room with a dark, very small bathroom. For lunch (self servise!) for 3 people and a small child we paid 100 euros and everything was cold and half of the stuff was gone!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: very kind staff, excellent location especially for Presena area, beautifull dawn view on ski area, rich and delicious food,
Cons: WiFi is useless. Signal is good but service is slow and limited, cannot read/send mails even Gmail. Today in hospitality WiFi should be free, fast and reliable - obligatory. Houdini showers.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the slopes
Cons: my room was a bit cold
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: Smallest bathroom ever. Terrible WiFi. Small and disappointing SPA area.
