Cons:Staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional
Pros:Close to the freeway.
Cons:The room smelled weird, the bed was very hard and made loud noises whenever you moved on it, the tv kept shutting off supposedly whenever the fridge kicked on ( we were told this after I asked), the lady I checked in with wasn't very informative and she looked like she wasnt happy to be there and the breakfast didnt taste good. Honestly we will not be returning to this hotel ever after this experience. I feel like it was very much over priced for the experience we had.

Pros:Over the past two-three years, renovations have been good quality.
Cons:The above-counter sinks in bathrooms splash water all over counter & user. Although you cannot control the outer perimeter of your property, we will not be staying with you in the future because of the drug dealing, homeless persons lingering, & crime being committed behind your facility. Our room was #240, and we witnessed drugs being used/sold, a female's car being trashed, and many more questionable activities in & about the area between your property & the Days Inn. Please share my comments with the PPD & the current political administration since they are not offering any viable solutions to Portland's homeless population. Portland was once a great place my wife & I loved to visit (we spent $3K+ this trip), but never again. Gary

Pros:The costumer service was good.
Cons:We had to move rooms at 2:30am because the air conditioner was not working and we woke up in a pile of sweat. This did allow for a good night sleep.
Pros:quiet, clean, great staff, large room Directv was a plus.
Cons:redoing rooms,room was under construction toilet paper roll on counter no dispenser, no facial tissue. breakfast was cold and little options.
