Cons: N/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was clean, comfortable, the water was hot, there were heaters, the breakfast was ample.
Cons: I wish there was soy milk at breakfast but it was wonderful anyway.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Booked a double room and got two rooms. One hard and one soft so it was nice to have options. They were helpful when we wanted to leave our bags after check out and also called us a taxi. Very quiet place and would recommend. Sourdough rolls were fantastic at breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Pros: Very large rooms (we even had two rooms and a little living room), very
Cons: The breakfast was really poor (very good bread though). The neighbourhood
7.9 Good
Pros: It’s comfortable with nice comfortable beds and plenty of hot water to shower
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Big apartment with good breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is a warm, inviting oasis in high, cold Potosi, the highest city in the world of this size. About 150,000 inhabitants. Staff is super friendly and gives way above the call of duty. The first day, unsolicited, the receptionist came to check the heat in the room and fined-tuned both TVs. The second day, another receptionist brought, at no charge, glasses, corkscrew, plates so that we can enjoy in the covered patio snacks and wine we bought outside. Included breakfast is good with plenty of offerings. Our room included both shower and bathtub with plenty of hot water. Rooms are spacious.
Cons: Very little. Hotel is about 10 minutes dow-hill walk from the town center, where most museums and tourist attractions are. The uphill climb to the center will take longer and be very tiring because of the altude. Over 12, 000 feet. We took unexpensive taxis or "Micros" uphill. Dificult to adjust heat downwards. Had to open window.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel consists of a well-kept and spacious seating area, a great restaurant, very spacious rooms, good beds, with a seating area and a spacious clean bathroom. They are like apartments with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The location has its advantages and disadvantages: you have to walk a bit before you are in the historic center, but on the other hand you are spared the smelly exhaust gases from the many buses. About the very well-kept and delicious meals of the restaurant: very tasty local and other dishes and an extensive and delicious breakfast!

Hotel Santa Teresa - Potosí - Bedroom
8.0 Excellent (290 reviews)
C$ 94+
6.7 Good
Cons: Breakfast and general food services provision could have been better but very nice all the same
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excelent and the attention was excelent also
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is very central and the staff was nice with us.
Cons: This hotel is too expensive for what you get.Location is good but Potosí is small anyway. From the picture it seems so much better than it is. The bedroom had stained brown carpet and the sheets were sparking all night from the static electricity because probably they are not good quality. Mainly my disappointment was that from pictures appears very bright and colored but in reality is very old, brown and breakfast is very basic. Definitely far to expensive.
7.5 Good
Pros: Reasonably priced and handily placed by the Santa Teresa Convent. Adequate breakfast nothing great. The restaurant is fine for lunch , not much used in the evening when postre menu is a bit limited and service rather slow . Not all on the desk had much english but friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable with CNN news in english.Potasi being 15400 ft up we did feel the altitude. And it is pretty poluted...small buses in narrow streets belching out smoke!
Cons: Pity so few eating in the evening ...
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was good. some staff were friendly some were not,
Cons: walking through the restaurant to the reception desk and to the room. The room was right next to the reception desk and very noisy from the reception and restaurant. it was also noisy from the neighboring building and alleyway between the buildings. It was very dark in the room. Not enough lighting. The bed was not very comfortable.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I suffered with the altitude and the staff did everything to help me , including administering oxygen.
Cons: Nothing
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Staff unfriendly! Breakfast horrible! Guest noise and very loud no chance to have a relaxing stay! Dogs barking outside of the hotel all night. AVOID AVOID AND AVOID THIS HOTEL
Cons: Hot shower and a hot radiator!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has a great location right next the the beautiful Santa Teresa Convent and three blocks from the main square. The heaters worked well and we were warm even in the middle of winter. Comfortable, clean rooms with hot showers.
Cons: The breakfast left something to be desired, but that is pretty typical of most hotels in Bolivia.

Cons: It was noisy all night from the street. Music playing, people shouting.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: N/A
Cons: When I arrived, I got a good impression. However, as soon as I got upstairs to the room, when I flushed the toilet water went everywhere. They changed my room. Next room had a problem with the door. The shower didn’t work properly. They offered to change my room again, however I declined because there would be no point. I even had to ask the staff to change the light bulb. Never again. Waste of time.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: -My room was facing the street, which was a little loud at night, as there is also a club cross street
Cons: -Friendly staff -Really nice and heated rooms -Hot and high pressure shower (loved it after coming from a dusty Salar de Uyuni trip) -Nice breakfast
6.7 Good
Pros: It was warm and the bathroom was big.
Cons: The breakfast was poor. There was too much light at night in the room. The air quality was very poor, and it was only possible to get some air in by opening the room door.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel location was great, the room was clean and serviced well.
Cons: Room very tired with an interesting shower (flood possible). Reception didn’t seem to know what they where doing. Breakfast cold including the coffee. Credit Card machine non functional so I’m running around for an ATM @ 5:30 in the morning. The gallery layout of the hotel looks good but makes the room noisy from the reception activities. I am just glad that the hotel was not busy when we where there.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location - very near main square and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Dark bedroom, no lift.

7.9 Good
Pros: This hotel was in a great location. There was a small room that had a few board games to play. I liked being able to use the kitchen with a working stove.
Cons: The breakfast was very basic. Adding some eggs or cereal could have made this a better experience.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Good location and a beautiful building.
Cons: Rooms were really cold and not clean. The sheets were covered in hairs that weren’t mine. Cold showers and the bathrooms never seem to have toilet paper. Also it says the reception is 24 hours, it isn’t.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Had the 8bed room just for me. But that's just coincidence.
Cons: No heating. Blankets not enough. Absolutely no heated area, so you just can't hang out on the hostel if not your own bed with just a few blankets. I suffered from altitude and at 5 am, at a -7ºC feeling like -11ºC I had to go to the toilet o throw up. It should have at least the common area heated. I was not in a good shape, and I still got the stamina to move to another hostel, just around the corner.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, warm showers, heating in room from 730pm to 730am, helpful staff, good value mine tour offered by hostel which was very interesting and informative!
Cons: Breakfast selection could be a little better. Shared showers and toilets are located in an open courtyard- cold at night to get to from your room but no biggie really
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Little Breakfast
6.7 Good
Cons: breakfast is really really bad... old bread with some compote..????
5.4 Okay
Cons: There wasn’t any toilet paper most of the time, No areas heated, so it was cold all the time and in the 10 mixed room the only had one circuit for Electronics charging...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: it is very nice and clean hostel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great hostel in the heart of Potosi. Staff are super helpful, rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This hostel is beautiful and in a great location close to the centre without the street noise. Plenty of banos though you may have to try a couple to find ones with toilet paper. Nice hot showers. The female 4-bed dorm had heating switch on at 7pm in winter for a comfortable sleep. Fresh bread, compote and butter, mandarins and yoghurt for breakfast with tea and coffee.
Cons: The heavy footfalls resembling stomping or people running on the balcony, stairs and corridors when trying to sleep.
