8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel was charming but quite basic. The sauna is tiny so we weren't able to use it. The room was fine but basic.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to ski lift. Amazing mountain views.
Cons: We couldn’t wait to leave and get a good nights sleep. The building is poorly constructed so you can hear everything that goes on inside and out. Imagine groups of teenagers shouting and banging above your room and people coming from the restaurant/bar area talking loudly and smoking next to your window until the early hours every night. The windows are single glazed so we could hear every sound outside. Our room was on the thorough fare for all other guests to the bar/restaurant/ski store making it impossible to not be woken up. We were also next to the staff entrance so once you had finally got to sleep the staff arriving in the morning at 6.30am woke us up talking, smoking and parking the van outside our door. We just wanted to be able to sleep on our holiday, especially when we had gone to relax in the evenings and ski by day. The breakfast is terrible, ice cold boiled eggs and stale cereal every day nothing hot is on offer not even toast. The meals in the evening are a lacking lustre too. Salmon cooked from frozen with microwaved rice and a small portion at that, disappointing. We had Fondue one evening - 6 small potatoes some bread and hot cheese (fondue) 50 euros!! The WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms properly and is intermittent in the main restaurant/bar. Our party ran out of data as they thought they were on WiFi and it wasn’t working. It was impossible to even check emails at times. We checked out a day early. We couldn’t wait to get away to get an uninterrupted nights sleep and decent food. When we spoke to the staff about our issues they weren’t interested. We would highly recommend not spending your valuable holiday time or money staying here.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: excellent located next to ski lift
6.7 Good
Pros: beautiful setting
Cons: Kitchen: salad announed as ‘chef salad of local ham and cheeses’ appears as 80% cold fish instead of mountain ham and cheeses. got very sick during the night from a salmonella infection of the cold fish in the ‘salad’. Be careful with the menu here as the description does not seem to match the dish.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location. Peaceful and quiet. Hotel lovely
Cons: Would have liked a room with a slightly better view

7.9 Good
Pros: Happy friendly helpful staff.
Cons: No lounge area for guests. WC in room tiny and straight into room near to the bed. Booking.com didn't pass on our bed requests to the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for ski equipment renting, close access to ski station. Could use shuttle in 1600 if miss the last lift :) Diner available AND EXCELLENT. Good choice of wine went well with the mountain foods. Fondant au Chocolat was great!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: the only positive thing to say: close to the slopes
Cons: there was no parking at arrival, the internet didn't work at all, the heating was off and would only go on in the morning, everything was very old, the woolen blanket wasn't probably washed for ages, the owner and his staff didn't make any effort to help on parking or the internet, not worth the money! I went there very last minute, if you have some options, take another place to stay!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly. Great stopover after very tiring day of riding motorbikes in the Alpes. The pool and jacuzzi especially were heavenly on a hot afternoon.
Cons: Our room and especially bathroom needs some upgrading. Wifi didn't work very well in our room (the router was in the hallway and the signal wasn't strong enough).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great food, cozy hotel and good service

7.1 Good
Pros: Great location, right at the bottom of the slopes. Room was comfortable & breakfast buffet was quite good. Close to everything (restaurants, ski rental, etc.)
Cons: Rooms were not well insulated in terms of noise, neither was the spa - our massage was punctuated by conversations and machinery noises. Parking was extra but very convenient.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. Very close to the chairlifts and the ski trails and in front of the public parking. The staff on reception were very professional and helpful. The rooms were a little on the small side but very clean and well furnished for the price. Well set up with lockers with facilities on site. The bed was very comfortable so that was nice to return to. The hotel was very responsive when I had questions prior to arriving. A nice stay and would recommend it.
Cons: There was only 1 lift available and it was quite small. Whilst OK at the end of the season, can imagine the wait and crowd during the peak season. Breakfast was good but the hot dishes potentially could change every alternate day. Again good for variety for a longer stay, The staff at the spa struggled with English a bit and the Nordic bath did not work properly the morning we booked it but was still charged, although it wasn't too expensive.
6.7 Good
Pros: Set in a Convenient location with free parking across the building. The room is well set up for a family of 4, allowing us to take 1 room instead of 2. The design is nice and staff are friendly overall.
Cons: This is our second visit with a 4 years interval. Sadly, yet again there was construction work right in front of our window and the breakfast terrace, really spoiling the view and making the premium paid for a deluxe room obsolete. The WiFi was not working, and hadn’t been for a while apparently. This was one of the reason we chose the hotel so this was disappointing. The breakfast is the same every morning, a little variety wouldn’t go amiss. It’s a shame.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was great and the crepe station was a hit with my kids and the cleaning staff was kind and efficient.
Cons: Breakfast started too late in the morning and we could not order lunch at lunch time out on the patio I think because they were under staffed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location in the French alps. Free parking
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Location of this hotel is great unfortunately the staff are not really bothered apart from the lady that works at the bar she was very friendly. The WiFi is shocking, you need a piece of paper with the code for each device and it boots you off every 20-30 minutes, it's super slow and made doing any type of work impossible. Everything is additional, extra for pancakes at lunch, extra to use the gym, extra to use the jacuzzi. It is crazy. Also, the extractor in our bathroom didn't work, we asked 3 times to have it checked/fixed and no one ever did come to fix it.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good Hotel in Pra-Loup. Nothing special, but reasonably comfortable.
Cons: The rooms are quite small.
7.5 Good
Pros: Quality of linens and towels. Access to ski area: the in house lift is closed but it's not too strenuous to ski walk to the next lift. The breakfast.
Cons: We stayed here a few years ago, when the hotel was new and we loved it. Sadly, not much maintenance has been done since and there is an overall tired lock to the once gorgeous bar/lobby area (holes in furniture, wall fittings with no pictures, thread bare rugs) Part of the breakfast buffet stood half dismantled all day, which is not a nice sight. Tables were littered long after clients had gone. Shame, it would not take much to bring it back to the bijou it once was.
