The staff was very friendly, the room clean and cozy.
Unfortunately, for almost 24 hours, traffic noise was heard even when the windows were closed. Parking is not included (+ 26 Euro per day).

Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean and welcoming. Great inclusive breakfast. Fabulous location to the metro which is a great way to explore Prague.

We enjoyed having our breakfast and happy hours in executive Lounge. it's awesome, free drinks all day long, breakfast, dinners, it worths every cent extra! The staffs was so nice. and good location next to Metro station.
We don't like the beds as their too high to seat on. The beds moved when we try to seat on and it 's really uncomfortable we also can't believe there are not any Toothpaste and toothbrush provided during our stays(7 days). The room could be improved, was not bad but was expecting more from a 5 star hotel.
