The hotel has a great architecture. It has very nice pictures in the description on booking.com.
The hotel interieor is a bit old and run-down. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all amenities were shut down and not useable. In addition to the room charge, the hotel charges an additional 500 CZK for a parking spot per day, and 80 CZK for a bottle of water. There is no complimentary water in this hotel. These hidden charges make price comparison with other hotels difficult. In fact, this hotel is much more expensive then other hotels in the same category.

Room nice and clean and towels changed daily, staff at reception were very good.
I was charged for 2 items from minibar that I did not use, although reception wavered this it was shocking to be told we had this when we had not. Beer very overpriced.

Hotel for everyone
The decor was nice enough. The staff were great. Food was fine, the usual European breakfast.
The continuous Mozart playing in the lift was a bit much, especially 'don giovanni'. School groups were staying when we were there which made it a bit less romantic. View of a cemetery from our window.
