Central location. Helpful and cheerful staff.

Due to our room being on the top floor, we were unable to have a full size shower due to the sloping ceiling. This was a bit disappointing, but the only issue.

The staff was great. They were there for you all the time. They were always eager to assist you. They were always so pleasant. The waiter Martin C. Couldn’t do enough for us. He was our favorite!!Nothing

Nothing. It was a great stay

The location is amazing!!! No need for a car at all. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room furniture is a bit dated, but everything is clean. The breakfast is spectacular. So many varieties and everything is fresh and the service is more than excellent! Thank you all for making my trip a pleasant one!

My room had executive access which includes a free drink and some snacks from 11:00-6:00. I came back to the hotel around 8:00 and I asked the receptionist if it was possible for me to have my drink then. I told him that I didn’t want any snacks I only wanted a cuppoccino since I only had espresso in my room. He went to talk to the supervisor who didn’t like this and started huffing and puffing and speaking with the clerk in an impolite way! I didn’t understand anything but his body language transcended words. A simple apology from the supervisor would have been enough. I’m only writing this because I know they can do better.

Lovely updated hotel

Large room and bathroom, huge and delicious breakfast included, good location at junction of old and new city. Wonderful executive sitting room with free wine and drinks and food and friendly staff.

Smoking was allowed in the public bar/lounge which made it unpleasant to sit there. Also, it would have been nice to have a nightlight in rhe bathroom. ,
