Pros: I was pleasantly surprised when they announced those with large carry ons could get tagged and pick up at final destination.

Cons: The distance between arriving gates and departure.

Cons: If the airlines was able to help finding my pierce that was missed at the security or the craft

Cons: Basic Economy options for carry-on confusing/not clear. Surprise charge of $110.00 once we got to the airport. Airline specified on website that a full sized carry on was not allowed. We were under the impression that meant a personal item (second personal item) was allowed as that is not a full sized carry-on. Confusing language! Airport personnel were entirely unforgiving. Basic Economy is a tactic to attract customer at low price but with substantially subpar options.

Pros: Flight was on time and short in duration

Cons: Seats rows were narrow with just enough leg room. Very confining and uncomfortable. Our row did not recline as we were in front of the exit row. Luckily, the person in front of me did not recline their seat back.

Pros: The Toronto waiting lounge is incredible!

Cons: Again, how is it possible that the board of Porter departures is about 10 flights and all ten are delayed constantly. I have never flown Porter without being delayed. Need to compensate travelers better for hours of their life they will never get back, and a 37 dollar baggage fee is absurd, not to mention a limitation of 9 kilos on a carry on.

Pros: The crew was very kind.

Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.

Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.

Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.

Cons: Just water and coffee. Needed some variety.

Pros: Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC

Cons: Bigger space between seats Food or snacks offered

Pros: The meals and the consistent drink service was great

Cons: I’m just thankful the Castlegar flight went.
