When we went down to breakfast the next morning we found that Wayne had gone out of his way to do my partner his own special breakfast. We were both very touched by such a lovely gesture. The following day we found that he had gone out and bought Vegan sausage rolls just for my partner and regular sausage rolls for myself. I thought this was incredible service and a lovely touch. The accommodation felt extremely homely and welcoming with everything you could ned. Extremely close to shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. We would definitely return.

Pros: The breakfast and warm welcome of the lady who cooked it - didn’t met owner only spoke on telephone
Cons: The lack of toiletries - such as a shower cap would have been useful. The fact that our room wasn’t serviced we made are own bed when we got back in after a day out at 1600 having left just after breakfast at 1030
Pros: the breakfast was excellent and the location very good
Cons: nothing really to dislike

Pros: The breakfast was first class.
Cons: Our room did have a bath that the sides were too high, my wife is disabled and was unable to use the shower.
Cons: The adjoining room doors need to be soundproof as you can hear everything from next door
Pros: everything. Lovely hotel in a wonderful location- room with sea view,
Pros: Breakfast super lovely staff
Cons: Reported dirty and broken toilet seat on our arrival.told if its not reported we don't know. Not a good enough excuse surely rooms inspected . said it would be sorted. Next morning. ... It was,nt. Shame .
Pros: Staff and the food
Cons: Poky little room that was tired and jaded. Hated the whole room and the bed. The second room was better but the bed was the worst bed I've ever slept in
Pros: Cute decor and lovely full english
Pros: Sea view and swimming pool
Cons: Price was abit to much for what it is
Pros: Breakfast was nice, though would be good if customers could get omelettes. Staff were friendly, it felt like a family run place.
Cons: The sea was rather noisy at night. The pool could have been a tad warmer and the facilities looked like they need a bit of repair work. I felt that with a bit of work, they could develop the hotel into more of a spa hotel with the facilities they have.
Pros: Facilities, staff and location were excellent
Cons: Too far away from Leeds!
Pros: The bed was really comfy and the view was excellent.
Cons: The food, the breakfast was very basic, we ordered chicken curry on the first night and to be fair it was awful. The spa wasn’t working when we arrived which was very disappointing as this was the whole reason I booked this hotel, as we had had a few stressful months of losing several family members and stress with my job we needed rest and relaxation.
Cons: lot of fat on bacon scrambed egg to soft for me
Pros: The staff were really friendly, the hotel was clean and the location was fantastic. We were also impressed with the singer who entertained us on our first night.
Cons: We chose not to have breakfast as we thought it was a little pricey at £7.00 per adult and £5 per child. Also the car park was small and only had space for about eight cars. We expected a bigger car park for such a large hotel.
Pros: Staff were friendly great location
Cons: Room's were dated
Pros: The smoke alarms are extremely sophisticated and the staff maintain the smokeless policy by taking a zero tolerance attitude towards smoking
Pros: The staff were nice
Cons: It was annoying that we had to drop our keys off every time we left
Pros: Friendly staff, only there one night but asked for extra pillows which were provided.a nice clean room overlooking the seafront .
Pros: The property is located right on the beach front so fantastic location
Cons: The only close parking to the property is behind the hotel and is operated by a different company. The pay machines are confusing to use and expensive
Pros: bath was dirty wasnt clean proper
Cons: dirty bath
Pros: Room and bathroom was good size and clean tidy and location was desirable .
Cons: Had a lovely enjoyable stay over Christmas 2018 ...service without a smile.....unprofessional and not very polite....as a customer I think after paying 77 quid for one night I want appreciate a little more courtesy from staff for supporting there establishment..
Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: Parking isn't ideal, also having to walk past the smokers loitering by front door and staring as you walk in, could be seen as intimidating to certain people
Pros: The staff were lovely. We also had a beachfront front.
Cons: The hotel is very dated. The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband contemplated sleeping on the floor. The bar was the reception. Very little range to choose from. On the plus side, you could buy your deodorant etc from the bar. The lift was also dilapidated.

Pros: Englisch Breakfast was freshly cooked and hot service was good
Cons: The room was very small ,as we saw on the internet that they were bigger. The bathroom was small , If we were there for one night it would be ok but we were there for 3 night then it could heve liked the room bigger Continetal breakfast was a bit poor
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Pub was nice. Just what I wanted. Cheap and cheerful.
Cons: Room basic and knobs missing from furniture. Damp problem under window. Shaving light not working. TV lost channels overnight.
Pros: Nice bar / pub with friendly staff - made to feel welcome. Nice beer garden also. Good off road parking and very convenient for local shops, pubs, eating places and beach. Breakfast although limited choice, seemed good quality, was very nice and well cooked.
Cons: Off to a bad start (first impressions and all that), after long drive, arrived and went check in. Met with older gentleman (not sure if owner ?); who didn’t acknowledge us or say hello. In fact didn’t even look up from what he was doing. He just called for the bar staff member (younger fella) to check us in. Rude ! Which is a putty, because all the other staff, from cleaner, to serving breakfast and bar staff were really pleasant. Room didn’t really reflect the photos on website. Was ‘tired’ and could do with some modernising. Noticed property on the market, so perhaps current owner had enough and needs someone new. Pity as great quirky building. The room was clean I would like assure.
Pros: Breakfast was very nice, the best part of the stay.
Cons: The room was very small compared to others we had during our 4 days in north Wales at a similar price, the shower was very cramped
Pros: Breakfast was good, staff friendly & location great. Room was basic but clean
Cons: The room was a bit jaded - but clean & lots of tea/ coffee/ milk
Pros: Very near to the Main Street Very pleasant staff Great breakfast
Pros: All of the stay was very good , free breakfast excellent and bed comfy , shower warm and powerful enough , excellent location for prestatyn town centre and cheap beers too in the pub below
Cons: Nothing it was fine as it was
Pros: Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Basic but quite satisfactory accommodation in the right location.
Pros: all staff and owners very friendly if u asked a question about area you got a good answer room clean and all other facilitys great we r going back there
Pros: Bar staff friendly, breakfast very small but nice
Cons: Check in not till 3pm, got there for 2pm was told bar closed till 3pm so couldn’t get a drink while waiting, very disappointed as had travelled 3 hours to get there so had to walk into town for an hour till they opened at 3pm. Last orders at 11pm wouldn’t serve to residents as told till was off, I said not a problem but on my to my room number, which they refused to do so yet again disappointed. Overall room was basic, could do with a refurb but clean. Breakfast very small but very nice.
Pros: All the staff were helpful and very friendly
Pros: Friendly Staff,Decent Location,Hotel Bar.
Pros: Friendly atmosphere in pub below hotel, locals and staff were all very welcoming. Saturday Karaoke was good fun, the hotel also made an excellent base to explore the local area and there were plenty of places to eat and drink only a few minutes walk away. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful with suggestions and directions to places of interest.
Pros: The breakfast was ok
Cons: damp in room, tv not working, latch on window broken, leak in hallway, cold shower, the bed not being a double and the kareoke being on til midnight all in all worst b and b we have ever stayed in.
Cons: No evening meals. It was really a pub.
Pros: Freshly cooked breakfast, warm room. The cleanliness of the hotel was ok.
Cons: This hotel was very tired and run down. Breakfast - only half a glass of orange juice was provided with no more on offer, no cereal. We had to state a time that we wanted breakfast. Very poor bathroom and old thin towels.

Pros: Staff were friendly, room was clean, location is good the free wifi was a bonus for my teenagers......gadgets!!!!!
Cons: issue for me was the double bed half of the base had wheels other half didnt and my daughter got in bed she noticed stains on the bedding obviously at night too late to sort it lack of parking
Pros: Perfect location
Pros: Great customer service. The room view was excellent. The room itself was fantastic can't really fault it.
Cons: Stains on all beds, mold and damp throughout, every dated
Pros: Convenient location. Good supply of tea making ingredients. Good TV.
Cons: Tired skirting and floor area. Loose Toilet seat. Missing light bulb.
Pros: Staff are great, very friendly. Location is perfect, directly opposite the beach and seaquarium, fairground just up the road, lots of shops just up the road too.
Cons: The hotel is quite outdated, and could do with decorating. The room could do with a deeper clean.
Pros: Location was ok ..close to shops and food outlets
Cons: Constant noise from 330 in the morning guests partying in room next door..came back to rest in afternoon to very loud music being played not a rest full stay at all..we kept the heater on thoughout our stay as room was very damp
Pros: The location
Cons: The seagulls
Pros: It was right by the sea front
Cons: The big four poster bed
Cons: Everything it was old and very dated, the whole hotel smelt discussing as soon as we went in the hotel. The room smelt worse, horrible dirty it wasn't a nice stay the bathroom was just as bad and the bed was very uncomfortable and bedding was stained and lumpy would never stay there again.
Cons: very old fashioned, needs a major revamp
Pros: location ideal for what we wanted, lovely breakfast
Pros: Polite helpful staff
Pros: it was a nice room
Cons: the hotel staff was drunk!!! on arrival and departure ,,
Pros: view beach clean room
Pros: Our room had a view of the sea front. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The hotel is rundown and not well maintained. The rooms need updating. The caretaker told us that the police often visited the hotel right next door!
Pros: It was okay
Cons: We had given you a credit card for payment, when we arrived we were asked for cash, not impressed
Pros: Nice welcome when I arrived. Room had a nice view of the front. Everything was basic but in working order.
Cons: No one around; the woman serving breakfast did not hear the 2nd guest arrive and so he did not get a hot drink or cooked breakfast. Not very nice sheets on the bed.
Pros: Made to feel welcome.
Cons: Room needed a bit of work as regards painting and decorating.
When you stay at Prestatyn Sands Holiday Park in Prestatyn, you'll be near the beach and 6 minutes by foot from Prestatyn Beach. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: The site is really run down, the accommodation is very outdated, the beds are not full size in length so your feet hang off the end and are cheap mattresses so are very uncomfortable, the apartment was not cleaned very well at all wrappers left. Other guests partying till late in the early hours staff on site didn't seem bothered rang security they where laughing and joking with them banging on walls early in the morning. Have put in a formal complaint but don't think they will do anything about it very let down at our break away will not be going back.
Pros: Only the food i could comment on
Cons: Not clean un hygiene too noisy as my son has autism people and kids partying till all hours didnt get to sleep till 6 uncomfy wouldnt go again and only went overnight joke
Pros: I would not recommend this to my own worst enemy. But if cheap and a bed you need then do it. I’m 5.8 height and feet hang out the bed. The bath is 2.5 feet in length. Window did not shut. Condensation inside of window. The 10 pound tv is chipped! Which means people steal the tv! Lol Children running around all day and night I super and young. Young parents drinking and pushing prams to the mane events!! Screaming and shouting Fridge stinks of egg as my 5yr old said. Screaming and shouting till 3am in the morning. It’s like the hotel that time forgot! Never in all my time have I ever stayed in a place so depressing. But again I must stress, it was around £50.00. It was so bad, 10 minutes after my eye balls opened I said let’s get out of here at 7.30am in the morning. It was like a center Parcs parallel universe. If I owned the land I would demolish it and build houses. The words we used as driving up was (concentration camp)
Cons: Everything I would not waste my time adding pictures, it would upset my phone.
Pros: It was comfortable and a really good size
Cons: Couldn't use the heating because it used to much electricity
Pros: I loved all the facilities available for the visitors, the pool area is really good, water is really warm and the size of the pool is great. The evening entertainment was also great. I cant fault the place on attractions for the whole family. Really nice place to stay and not too far from the beach.
Cons: The cleanliness is really letting this place down. I dont think the chalets are checked in between the users. Ours was really dirty. Wouldn't dare to take a bath. Gladly we only stayed for 1 night. The pool wasn't clean. You could see the green stuff in the corners at the bottom of the pool. None of the doors in the changing area and the toilets were actually closing. Place is great and has so much to offer, but it needs a proper scrub literally everywhere you look you can see dirt.
Pros: How close it was to the beach
Cons: Filthy room, curtains hanging off, the complex looks like Auschwitz. Hubby & Grandson went swimming they were only in there 20 mins before been kicked out because they were having an inflatable session which was an extra charge. Seaguls out number the guests 3-1, the food was tasteless and just awful, will not come here again.
Pros: Value for moneg
Cons: Thought the rides swimming pool, could have been open longer think 16.45 too early unable to use facilities
Pros: We have been staying here for years and this is by far the worst time we have had. The place was filthy and you wouldn't even let a pet stay there. It is so run down it is unbelievable. We even had to cut our holiday short because they were closing the park due to low numbers. I guess that this place will be the next one to close down. The first room was that dirty we have to request a new room. They changed the room for us and moved us to another and this one stunk of what I can only describe as cat urine. Nowhere was open and stayed closed most of the time, the Queen Vic pub only opens on a weekend and only plays sport on TV.
Cons: Maintenance, cleanliness, Staff
Pros: Awful stay , booked 4 nights, only managed 2, could have come home straight away. Worst place I've ever been to and will never revisit. Do not book this place. Grubby, horrible accommodation with arguing/shouting/glass smashing till 2.30am. Awful.
