Cons: If you don't take a morning Flight on Porter, you cans forget about arriving on time. Their connections in Toronto are always late and they lie about the reasons. This time, their onsite customer service agent said it was mechanical. The pilot then told us it was a late arriving plane from another destination . It's worth it to pay extra to go nonstop. Never again

Pros: Free drinks and snacks. Staff were friendly.

Cons: Very small overhead compartment. Boarding procedure was chaotic.

Cons: Check in problems with precheck. There seems to be a consistent issue with seeing our precheck on our boarding pass. This has happened twice. Otherwise good overall. Time to fix the problem

Cons: When I bought the basic economy tickets and it felt like they intentionally on every flight had us in the same row but not next to each other. It was bizarre because in planes with 2 seats on each side they put us one on each side. Then they put us in the middle when there were 3 seats and separated another husband and wife in our same row. I an chose other airlines that seat us next to each other without paying 30$ more per seat per flight. I am a mileage plus card holder too.

Cons: Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR.

Pros: The whole process from check-in to getting luggage was smooth.

Cons: Food wasn't great. It wasn't terrible either but I've had better.

Cons: More leg room More gluten free food options

Pros: Crew was great

Cons: We were on the runway for one hour and Calgary was not notified so we could not make our connecting flight even though room on the plane. On the flight an hour later we were on the plane for three hours but the weather prevented takeoff. Now we are sleeping in the airport until 6 am. So I think communication needs to be improved

Cons: The crew was forced to stay seated the entire flight. They conversed very loudly the entire flight. It was very disruptive.

Cons: Drink service

Pros: Crew was attentive and accommodating.

Cons: Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane.

Cons: Food, at least for first class.
