10.0 Excellent
Pros: Atmosphere The range of music being played throughout the day Afternoon complimentary tea The superb help and friendliness from Ivana in providing excellent advise which she tailored to our characters without prompts. She has an excellent insight into reading the needs of the resident. All staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The Prosecco for breakfast.
Cons: The hot options at breakfast - eggs and bacon slightly overcooked. No English papers or magazines available to read over afternoon tea.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Selections and the taste of the breakfast were excellent. I also liked the coffee and juices. The hotel reserved a room that we can see the Vrtba Gardens.
Cons: Housekeeping entered the room after knocking in a second although we stated that we are in the room. This happened twice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful, the staff amazing and the location couldn't have been better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have had six international traveling this year and I like this hotel best: top 5 star service with reasonable price. Plus it has a private garden with wonderful city view; huge music and movie collection.
Cons: None
7.9 Good
Pros: Personable staff. Lovely property
Cons: Room a bit small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting, outstanding rooms. Rooftop Restaurant was to die for.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location. Perfect boutique hotel with Amazing gardens attached. Breakfast included was a great perk! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again!
Cons: Laundry is very expensive at the hotel. Cheaper to buy new clothes. But we found laundry service called Laundry bar a few minutes walk from the hotel where you can drop off a bag of laundry and they will have it washed, dried but not folded for you the next day or even the same day. Only costs $13-26 US dollars!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious bedroom and large comfortable bed. Fittings in hotel very stylish. Access to garden was really appreciated. Such a beautiful garden with superb views. Restaurant food superb and all staff wonderful.
7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast was okay. The choices were limited and the service was slow. Staff was wonderful at front desk.
Cons: The air conditioning in the rooms would not go down below a certain point and it wasn't low enough for me to be able to sleep very well. Very hot in all areas of the building
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Hotel located on the castle side of the river, away from the crowded Old Town. It's a couple of buildings down from the US Embassy. The facility is luxurious and the staffs are very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast buffet is the conventional types. I expected this class of hotels to have more variety. There are no pools or spa (or if they have it, it's not announced anywhere).
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Lovely quiet and elegant respite from the crowds but still only a short walk to all key sites. Perfect location! The hotel's restaurant, Coda is one of the finest dinner experiences you will encounter anywhere. Do not miss it.
Cons: Breakfast should include omelet and other hot options at no extra charge. Complementary breakfast was surprisingly ordinary for an otherwise special place. It would be nice if the garden opened earlier. 10am is too late as by then most have already left to explore the city sites.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Room size and been charged extra although small amount but i have not had any respond from hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff. they were kind enough to upgrade us to the rooms on top floor with a slanted sun roof. excellent bed and we had 3 nights of good sleep which is very rare for us. breakfast was typical American buffet with good selections of hot and cold food, slightly a bit too saulty for my own personal taste but that's normal here in Czech republic. With what many visitors complain about Czech people tend to be somewhat cold and aloof to visitors, we didn't get that feeling here at all. It was overall very good stay and would definitely stay here again next time. Worth to mention also is that there are a lot of restaurant selections nearby and also a fairly large shopping mall Palladium.
Cons: parking @ 30euro/night
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff provided excellent customer service. Always made an effort to say hi and ask how our stay is going. We would recommend this hotel based on our experience.
5.8 Okay
Cons: After we left the hotel, they extra charged us for a mini bar that we didn't use! Even though we complained, they didn't refund us the money. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Pros: Perfectly maintained and perfectly serviced little hotel that is conveniently located.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: It could be a bit loud if you want to sleep with the window open. There is a noisy tram passing by quite close to the hotel

Pros: Excellent again !!
Cons: I requested a twin room for my two sons and they were given a double. But they we were ok, the room was lovely.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Romantic room was very clean and spacious. The electric shutters for the roof meant the room was totally dark ensuring optimum nights sleep. Good bathroom, lots of space and great shower.
Cons: At breakfast there is a menu you can order off thst accompanies the buffet. These weren't on the table so it was by good fortune another guest mentioned it to me.

Pros: Large room and bathroom, huge and delicious breakfast included, good location at junction of old and new city. Wonderful executive sitting room with free wine and drinks and food and friendly staff.
Cons: Smoking was allowed in the public bar/lounge which made it unpleasant to sit there. Also, it would have been nice to have a nightlight in rhe bathroom. ,
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The price is more than what I have seen as a joiner suit and the view not good and there are an extra bed in room I don’t know why ??
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff in the restaurant and bar so efficient and friendly. A real credit to hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Central location. Helpful and cheerful staff.
Cons: Due to our room being on the top floor, we were unable to have a full size shower due to the sloping ceiling. This was a bit disappointing, but the only issue.
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to many tourist attractions.
Cons: I did not like the breakfast selection for vegetarians or vegans. There were very few choices as compared to non vegetarian.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious (for Europe). The staff was very helpful and friendly. An included hot Breakfast Bar was very much appreciated. The location was perfect as it was the spot where most tours kicked off.
Cons: Nothing! I would absolutely stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic, really close to both old and new towns. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast selection and worth getting a room with lounge access as drinks and food are available all day to 6pm. Would definitely recommend this hotel in Prague.
Cons: Swimming pool was quite small and was really only like a plunge pool for the sauna and steam room. Although it did have a resistance flow for swimming, it could only have 2 people in it at a time.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing!!! No need for a car at all. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room furniture is a bit dated, but everything is clean. The breakfast is spectacular. So many varieties and everything is fresh and the service is more than excellent! Thank you all for making my trip a pleasant one!
Cons: My room had executive access which includes a free drink and some snacks from 11:00-6:00. I came back to the hotel around 8:00 and I asked the receptionist if it was possible for me to have my drink then. I told him that I didn’t want any snacks I only wanted a cuppoccino since I only had espresso in my room. He went to talk to the supervisor who didn’t like this and started huffing and puffing and speaking with the clerk in an impolite way! I didn’t understand anything but his body language transcended words. A simple apology from the supervisor would have been enough. I’m only writing this because I know they can do better.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location and my room was nice and quiet. Bathroom was huge. Restaurant staff was excellent. Front desk staff was OK.
Cons: For a five-star hotel, I had imagined Hotel Kings Court to be more opulent with outstanding service. Overall, I felt everything was adequate.

Cons: The Internet in room is very bad Hotel staff need training on how to serve customers, for example, the initiative to greet them , how to serve the breakfast

With a stay at Boutique Hotel Seven Days in Prague (Nove Mesto), you'll be a 4-minute walk from Czech National Museum and 6 minutes by foot from Wenceslas Square. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request).
7.9 Good
Pros: The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The location is great, not far from the railway station and the old city.
Cons: The hotel appears a little old.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was AWESOME!!!
Cons: Tub was difficult to get in an out of. Maybe a possible safety issue?
5.0 Okay
Pros: . As indicated in my review, the room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: It's very misleading to describe Hotel7 Days as a 'boutique hotel', It's a cavernous, gloomy and depressing place, specially for a single traveller. It's advertised as having a cafe and a restaurant, neither of which was operating when I was there. Breakfast is not served until 7. I had to leave before that to get to the airport and so had to forego breakfast - in which case, I think the cost should be refunded. I would never return there and would not recommend it to anyone else
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Good position.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location , friendly staff and so clean
Cons: No complaints
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping deserves special mention.
Cons: The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.. And it did get a bit too stuffy after a long hot shower.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel stay worked beautifully -- service was excellent, breakfast was great (lots of variety, something for everyone), the room was clean and spacious (including the bathroom), beds were soft and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I didn't use all of the "extras" (there is a spa service offered), but anything I needed was there and easily accessible. Thank you to the Boutique Hotel Seven Days staff!
Cons: The only downside is that the hotel is not directly in the middle of the tourist region. It was a 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square, a 10 minute walk from the train station, and a 20 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. I didn't use public transportation, but it seemed like an easy option.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, good location
Cons: It was loud if the windows were open
4.6 Okay
Cons: Very unfriendly staff at the reception. If you want to have additional problems choose this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, the furnishings very pretty, classical style, our room was very spacious and comfortable
Cons: Weren't allowed to open windows, or go out on the balcony, I found that annoying. The mini bar was empty and room service wouldn't bring drinks, even though it was on the room service menu.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness Location
Cons: Stale croissants at breakfast sometimes Expensive and remote parking

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location away from the tourist traps, but a very short walk to Charles Bridge and nearby tram/metro stops. We were upgraded on arrival to a stunning room on the top floor which was very spacious (ideal when travelling with a 22-week pregnant wife!). The staff were excellent and the breakfast plentiful and very good.
Cons: At breakfast I would recommend some foods, especially fruit, are covered as there were plenty of flies around!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable. The antique style of the furniture set a very romantic mood within the room. All the staff were super professional and very friendly especially Jan at the front desk and Nicole within the restaurant.
Cons: Having an AC in the room would have been great however the temperature in the room never got uncomfortable.

I even tip the front desk girl 20€ and she still didn't want to give me a late checkout, not even 10 minutes. Very arrogant front desk managers , they act like they own the place !!! Don t recomend at all. I was with a small dog , they look at him like I was with a crocodile so if you have pets definitely stay away from 4 seasons. Worst service ever !!!!

Pros: Everything was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly (not the most common thing!), I booked short notice and arrived early but they were extremely accommodating and the room was ready almost immediately. Complimentary breakfast in my room was delicious. Room itself was very nice, bathroom was fantastic. Wish I had time to use the sauna! Location is great as well, I had been staying in Prague 3 but moved to hotel general after not being satisfied with the area. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to all the sights in new/old town, and a short and lovely walk or tram ride up to small town. And there is a grocery, mall, and metro stop very close by as well. Couldn't have been happier here!
Cons: Nothing, everything was fantastic.

We are spend the time with our two childrens and the hotelstaff made it possible, to give us two rooms with a open door between the rooms to the children! Great & Thank you so much... Cons: This place is little away from the main tourist attractions, however, easily accessible through public transport system. The only advice is to do some homework before about the trams/metro stations and stops etc. especially if you don't speak Czech.
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent room - we were upgraded at no extra cost to a suite. Really nice room, very comfortable.
Cons: The wine bar wasn't staffed effectively, went down a couple of times to get a drink to be told all the staff were in the restaurant and we had to go elsewhere

The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and like home feeling :)
Cons: The washstand in the bathroom was too small - it is acceptable for 1-2 nights but for a longer stay it is a bit inconvenient.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Unfortunately I liked almost nothing. If I had to write something positive I would choose friendly staff on the reception and if someone is looking for a really quiet place to rest that might be the right option.
Cons: My stay there was unpleasant. At first they gave me a regular room by mistake instead of deluxe one like I ordered. I became aware of the mistake where a colleague of mine got correct deluxe one (I simply thought my room was just deluxe level of this place). As an apology they offered me free breakfast in the next visit which I refused as me and my friends ordered the biggest breakfast available "granny breakfast" and didn't get any eggs and cake as description said. When I reported it to the hotel they lied back to me the eggs and cake was served and my colleagues must have eaten it before me so I didn't notice (no joke, that was their answer, they claim I haven't noticed 7 eggs and 7 cakes on the table). Small issues like tea available in the room without teaspoon and sugar. Don't forget to close the windows as bugs are common guests in the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: we only stayed over night, but enjoyed the nice simple decor, the comfortable beds and the l'ocitaine soaps the place was very clean breakfast was cheap and good the area seems nice (had a short walk around)
7.0 Good
Pros: Cosy ambience, very good restaurant, good location for visits to Pruhonice (5min walk). close to the highway (5min drive).
Cons: Rooms could be a bit more comfy (bigger sink in the bathroom, some more rugs)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Good Wifi. Friendly staff. Location might not suit everybody, but was perfect for us. Quiet residential road within a few minutes walk of Průhonice Park (which we had come to visit) and even closer to the bus stop for Prague.
Cons: Nothing really, although some might like a TV.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very delicious breakfest. Nice service. Clean room. Private parking place.

Pros: Tesla destination charges.
Cons: The breakfast was very good, but the open our is from 8.00 and they delayed 30 minutes. It was to late for us.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Tasty and rich breakfast.
Cons: As everywhere the shower is not being taken care of as much as needed.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was really calm place :-) you can rest off!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cossy place, clean and with a lot of attention for details when build and decorated. Insite restaurant is very good and popular.
Cons: Bathroom need sme shelves to put toiletries. Breakfast - i needed to choose one night before then came down for breakfast and waited for someone to come and bring the plate. Both days I had to wait for that.

Cons: Standard twin room on the small side and shower head doesn't stay in place... room could use more ventilation and smells damp all the time.

10.0 Excellent

Pros: Location was fantastic ! Bathroom was huge . Water pressure fantastic , air conditioning fantastic .breakfast was wonderful ! Eggs, bacon , fruit , cereal , all kinds if coffee and juice , pastry, etc.
Cons: The room had an odor. Not sure if it was their cleaning products. After first day it was better. I should have asked for a room without carpeting . It’s an older hotel but kept up and very clean.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was wonderful. The reception cheerfully answered all my questions, the food at breakfast was varied and plentiful. I liked being able to manage the temperature in my room. I loved being just steps away from Old Town Square.
Cons: Just a slight nuisance as my room waa quite far from the central elevator.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was superb - a central location close to all the 'must see' historical sites and the hustle and bustle of the city centre. In among the bars and restaurants so no need to worry about taxis etc. The breakfast was superb - there was so much choice! Hot - eggs, bacon, sausage; cold meats and cheeses (lots of choice of cheese); pastries, bread and cakes were fantastic; cereals; cold and hot drinks, you could not have asked for more. The front of house staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help - they booked restaurants for us too. The hotel although a little dated was very clean - bathroom was great. We had a superior room not overlooking the square - we were a bit disappointed initially - but after hearing the loud revellers at night - were pleased that we could not hear them from our room.
Cons: We were next door to Hard Rock Cafe and another late opening pub - and you could hear some noise after twelve - although ear plugs had been provided in the hotel room - it wasnt that bad to warrant wearing ear plugs. The restaurant attached to the hotel I thought was disappointing - but that does not detract from the great hotel - it was just that we chose to eat there one evening. Preferred other restaurants close by.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breafast, extremely good! Staff friendly and always ready to help patrons. Great internet, Wi-Fi Location, Location! Close to everything.
Cons: Shower stall did not have a grab bar.The floor of shower stall was slippery and as I started to fall I had nothing to hold on to and subequently fell. In the past few years I've been at several motels in he USA, all have had a "grab bar" in the shower

7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice location-just 3-minute walk to old town and also Charles bridge. Food is great, Staff efficient and friendly. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Cons: Rooms are small.
6.7 Good
Pros: Erika, the concierge is tremendously helpful and went out of her way helping us with restaurant reservations. Hotel is quite nice, but most of the other staff seemed disorganised/lost.
Cons: We went up to the spa, were shown around the facilities including the terrace that we were told we could use. When we came back 5 mins later, went out to the terrace and ordered some drinks, the lady told us it is booked for a private session and we had to wait a few minutes. We sat back outside after the couple left, were just about to enjoy our drinks when she brought out another couple, looks at us and draws a "square parameter" with her fingers while talking down on us, saying: 'this is private area now'. And threw us off the terrace. This was one of the most inadequate and humiliating things to ever happen to us. A hotel of this size, and this price point, having only one small terrace that is being advertised as an amenity included in the stay, should't rent it out for private sessions and then throw other guests like they are some third class impostors who trespassed on the upper deck. The tone, the audacity. Just plain wrong. This ruined our stay at the hotel. Never again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Splendid location, good staff, very nice breakfast, email dining recommendations were superb.
Cons: Silly things like charge for bottled water, shower gel and cap were not replaced on the second night, breakfast coffee was almost hilariously bad. Hotel of this level should have those things covered.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Professional and friendly staff, wonderful location
Cons: Nothing

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The big balcony is great!
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is good. Hotel has secure parking. Good breakfast.
Cons: Hotel has not hot water for morning shower if there are more guests
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is placed in a quiet and green area. Secured parking in front of the hotel, aside and in the backyard. The entrance is clean and welcoming, connected to the restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was regional: rolls, buns, bread, scrambled eggs, frankfurter (hot dog), salami, ham, sliced cheese, spread cheese, butter, cereal, fruit salad, some sliced veggies, coffee, tea, orange juice, water and fruit or poppy seed cake. Pleasant music during the breakfast. Two regional newspapers. Spacious apartment with kitchen (essential kitchen tools), pleasant for families.
Cons: Lactose and gluten-free products were missing. The food was pretty much the same every day. Different beverages in jars without labels, same for yogurt and cakes. The tables were set, so people had to look for cutlery, if they wanted to sit somewhere else. For the first two days we had to ask for cereal and yoghurt bowls, as there were none prepared. It would be preferable to place the children's play area outside the main breakfast area. Some days kids toys were thrown around on the floor, making it harder to walk around the tables. It would be helpful if there was dustpan and broom in the apartment.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good and fresh breakfast! very friendly personal, quite location near the capital.. We'll come back :)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: great food, lots of space, sunny open property with peace but not far away from night life or other restaurants. We enjoyed opting for ricany location. Not far from, cestlice too.
Cons: without gps might b a bit difficult to find the place but they do have some signs on the main road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and everything was very clean. The terrace which is part of the restaurant is very nice to chill out and enjoy a good czech beer. Good value for money. Very nice staff and ready to help!
Cons: The latch on the toilet door was squeeking loudly and during the night was a challenge to go to the bathroom without waking the others up in the room. There is no possibility to set temperature to air conditioning. As it was not that hot outside I didn't felt the need to lower the temperature in the room, so I didn't tried to get mote details about the air conditioning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything really. The hotel is easily accessible. It looks charming! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the room, the bathroom, the comfy bed, the breakfast area, the garden. I was happy knowing that my car is safe in the secured parking. I will definitely come back!
Cons: I would’ve very much appreciated a tastier higher quality espresso.

Pros: Cleanliness. Breakfast is excellent, restaurant staff are very attentive and professional.
Cons: Reception staff not trained for 5 stars level, they never greet you or even at least smile, "Bell captain" saw us entering the hotel with our luggage and didn't offer to help (yet he expected tip !!!) Pros: Clean Not far from metro station
Cons: - very bad breakfast- disappointing - very rude manager of the breakfast/ I asked for omelette: he said we are busy! No omelette! There was a guy only making fresh the eggs - Poor quality of material for breakfast ( cheese, bread specially) I would say poor management! I upgraded my room for executive rooms, not really worth it! I went for sauna, the lady said: your name is not on the list! Disappointing!!! The sauna and fitness area are sooo crowded as it is not only for the hotel guests!! Very small sauna; two dry sauna rooms and one whirlpool, and that is all!

5.0 Okay
Pros: Booked it as it was classed a 5* but it was a disappointing 4* due to 15 minute wait for check in, disappointing average bedroom, average buffet breakfast, very poor TV reception, had to ask a few times for tea bags / milk for bedroom, disturbed by twice by cleaning staff at 9.00 am and 10 am the morning we were checking out, €10 charge for using the pool between 5 pm and 8 pm. Etc.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Interior was impressive. Great staff - we felt very welcome every day ( we stayed 3 nights at the hotel). Room was clean, comfortable large bed, air conditioner worked well and also there was possible to open the windows for fresh air. Room was quiet. Cleaning up was done also quietly and invisibly. Always clean towels. Great rich breakfast selection. Good coffee. In the basement there was possible to relax in the sauna and in the pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The new room that I moved to after agreeing to pay an additional $60 per night. They waived that extra fee for the first night. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent; except the eggs were very dry most days or overly wet on another couple days.
Cons: I hated the room that I was given and asked for an upgrade which I paid an additional $60 per night. The first room was dark, smelled of a smoker despite the spray, and looked out at a roof in a courtyard. Oppressive and dark in a bad deco style. The new room in the original building g was lovely! Large bath etc, 12-15 foot ceilings
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Concierge, location, decoration/interior
Cons: Check in took very long time, inexperienced staff at reception. Stairs to lobby not convenient for babies or elderly people . Breakfast was poor in quality and diversity
