10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: The pillows on king bed. We prefer our pillows separate, but yours were one big uni pillow. Weird!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Parking, location, barman was brilliant.
Cons: Bathroom could do with updating.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The male reception/bar waiter! Needs some customer facing training real misery But morning ladies were great
Cons: Clean and location
6.0 Good
Pros: On Camino route
Cons: No kettle provided and need to pay 1euro for hot water.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The good thing about Hotel Jakue is that it’s the first hotel you come to as you approach Puenta la Reina at the end of the Camino walk from Zubiri. Unfortunately the smugness of finishing the walk here is offset when you realise you have an extra two km walk to enjoy the bars and restaurants in the centre of Puenta la Reina and then another two km walk back to the hotel at the end of the night. Also next morning you’ve got to walk those two km again to cross the bridge and get back on the Camino. Other than that a really good comfortable stop in a modern hotel with bar and restaurant.
Cons: Too far from Puenta la Reina
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and well appointed with very good amenities. The bath was very welcome after a hard days walking. We were delighted to arrive at the property as it is the first one you come across, slightly out of town. The price of the rooms was very reasonable.
Cons: We had not managed to get much to eat on this day and the walk was longer than we had expected. We would have welcomed a meal in the evening. We were directed to a local place, but could not wait until meals started. The property is on the edge of town and we would have had more luck if it was located in the town.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were doing the Camino walk so it was in an excellent position , the food was good
Cons: The showers could have been hotter
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bar downstairs

Cons: No bad points!
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was excellent! Pilgrim cut-out for pics was fun. Lift available. Restaurant downstairs.
Cons: Staff were a little stressed and difficult to deal with.
4.6 Okay
Pros: the location is great,
Cons: the rooms and bedding were musty and the food was really awful, both breakfast and dinner
5.4 Okay
Pros: Great location, nice atmosphere
Cons: My wife and I are repeat visitors of the Camino de Santiago. As a result, we have frequented this hotel five times, starting in 2004. It was a great boutique hotel then, a bit run down by now. Current staff was pretty inept at handling things (or pushing an oven hot dish in your hands, opening the door of your room at 22.00 after a short knock for unclear reasons, chaos at breakfast...). Location is still fabulous though and ambiance still nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What are my favorite places to stay on the Camino. A nice restaurant and bar.
7.1 Good
Pros: The bathroom was nice and the location was great.
Cons: Some of the staff could be a bit more friendly. The room itself was quite small.
7.5 Good
Pros: This hotel was right on the Camino Way, they had an elevator and the room had a ceiling fan but no AC. Cafe for supper and breakfast right on site - food nothing special but good fresh squeezed OJ for breakfast.
Cons: Our room was so tiny that we couldn’t open our suitcase anywhere. Also they played music at the bar/cafe downstairs until 10:30 which was a little hard.

The breakfast is a delicious affair with a wide variety of options for everyone’s taste. Even the kids will be excited about breakfast, since the buffet features special seating and dishes for children. For lunch and dinner head to the Gayarre which serves typical Navarran specialties from tapas to full meals. Cafeteria Bayona is another great place to unwind with a fragrant Spanish wine or your favorite cocktail. The hotel has a gym on the 11th floor. There are also 15 meeting rooms for up to 1300 people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fast, efficient check-in and check-out, prompt responses to requests, efficient laundry service, well stocked bathrooms and consistent cleanliness throughout our 7-day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed using the gym!
Cons: Water bottle not complimentary in the room.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for a one night stop over when driving from the port of Caen to the Costa Blanca. The hotel was ideally located, not far off our route and has an underground car park - ideal with a fully loaded car. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the hotel generally. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were very nice and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was business like and not in the centre of historic Pamplona - perfect for us but probably not where you'd want to stay for a longer sight seeing visit to Pamplona.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Services good 10 to 20 minutes walk to the center of the city
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms
9.0 Excellent

Pros: It was good to have a kettle so we could make a hot drink
Cons: Liked everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel we have used
Cons: Pet prices
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I skipped the breakfast because I wasn't hungry, so I can't comment on it. After a tough drive down (9 hrs vs the normal 6.5), I appreciated the fact that, despite the dark and the heavy rain, the hotel’s sign is readily viewable from a distance, particularly in light of heavy rush hour and pre-holiday shopping traffic coming off the motorway, and that the hotel had provided me gps coordinates upon request, in advance, when my gps didn’t register their address. Easy access off the motorway was particularly appreciated, as this was a stop en route to my destination. Check-in by front desk staff person, Iker, was smooth, gracious and warm, and he was hugely helpful, even letting me leave my little dog tied up in lobby for 10 minutes while I went back out to the car in the pouring rain to retrieve my suitcase. In terms of dinner, I was pleased to just be able to order two starters, “entrances,” in lieu of the full menu (although I was charged the full menu price of starter and man course) and I chose the house foie on tostadas and the house croquetas, both delicious. The foie was particularly good, served with two apparently house-made marmalades, apple and violet, and the croquetas I had expected to be all one type but instead were a medley of several, all very delicious. White wine by the glass was both easily drinkable and generous given the inexpensive price of €2. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pillows I noted were plumper than those in most European hotels, which I appreciated. The hotel overall is very modern and comfortable. Plumbing wasn’t overly loud or intrusive, and the staff put me adjacent to a room on one side marked private, which helps when you're traveling with a dog. Room walls must be thin though because the snoring coming from the other room next door (behind my bed) could be heard clearly over my television on the opposite wall. Isabel at checkout was also warm, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: Despite having reserved dinner for the evening, the head waiter was dismissive, bordering on rude, and said there was no room in the dining room, that I had to eat in the bar area. I suspect that turned out to be a good thing because I would not have had nearly as positive an experience, I'm sure, had I been forced to interact with him. Instead, I had the charming Diana (Dianna?) who, despite not speaking any English and me not speaking any Spanish, was a delightful and accommodating server.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities, cleanliness, staff and food were excellent.
Cons: Our room was too warm and we had difficulty getting the air con to work
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern Comfortable bed and lovely big room Our dog loves the lift and was welcomed by everyone Good room service menu meant we could eat comfortably without leaving our dog alone
Cons: Not applicable

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The breakfast are superb - plenty of choice excellent ingredients.
Cons: Nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was on the ground floor. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a sofa/sofa bed which was a bit uncomfortable to sit on. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Staff on reception were polite and helpful. The hotel itself was on the edge of a huge shopping area
Cons: I am not sure whether a shower is available without having to climb into a bath or not. I think that was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find a bit strange location but for an overnight great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time this year, that I have stayed at this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay last time and I was equally impressed this time. I was alone first time but stayed with my wife on my latest visit. We both thought the hotel was excellent in all aspects. The staff were very nice, plenty of smiles and very helpful. The hotel is clean, the room facilities very good and the blackout blinds a bonus. The shower was high pressure, very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was good value for money with a very good selection and an unbeatable choice of coffees. The only downside for us was that we could not stay longer. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern rooms, comfortable bed, good shower. Helpful receptionist.
Cons: Limited nearby eating options. One restaurant next door, which is not always open. Beside a 24hr petrol station, so some noise at night.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Rooms too small, we had 4 beds which was nice but the room wasn't any bigger than a single room. Had to battle to get extra towels. They weren't very big or thick. AC ran the entire time, still had a damp feel to the room. bathroom/shower could use a exhaust fan.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean and quiet room. Breakfast was plentiful, good quality with an excellent choice of foods.
Cons: We were disappointed that the hotel no longer served evening meals particularly as ther was no nearby decent alternative.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room simple but with everything we needed. Having the gym was a bonus.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Pamplona? This hotel has facilities measuring 17222 square feet (1600 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is clean and easy to walk around and find things. The front desk people are friendly, very helpful and attentive. And the lobby is spacious and nicely decorated. The location is excellent to walk to places of interest and restaurants.
Cons: It is not easy to move in the bathroom, the door is situated in an awkward position. That is the only thing I noticed which made me pause to consider. I also think there should be an option to make the lights brighter in the bathroom.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location. Much as being close to the old part of town is key, accessibility via taxis, bus stops, parks, and comfort/ convenience (door men and lifts) is even more so, especially when rolling luggage. Staff speaks English, quite accommodating and helpful.
Cons: Surrounding noise. Not the fault of the property, but a caveat that there are 3 buildings being constructed within 25 meters of the hotel, as well as road repairs at the moment (Jan2020). If looking for a relaxing afternoon, noise cancelling headphones needed to drown the jackhammers and what not. Breakfast was not part of my room but at €17/meal? I was happy to walk to a bakery 3 minutes away. Beds were starting to show their age, with dips in the middle.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The suite we booked was large, spacious, modern and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly heating and cooling to our desire. The bath is wonderful and full body drier worked very well, all toiletries and coffee replaced daily which was very good. The staff were very attentive and helpful, we used the valet car park which I thought was excellent value for money and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking into the old town and easy to find by car. Overall excellent value for money and Pamplona is a very distinctive city with extremely friendly and welcoming people. We look forward to returning, many thanks for our stay.
Cons: More suggestions than negatives: I would suggest that in the suite a full duvet should be supplied rather than a blanket inside a duvet cover, I would also suggest that feather pillows are provided. I would also reccomend a bin is provided in the main living area, there is just one in the bathroom. Another suggestion would be to open up the settings on the smart t.v to allow log in to things like YouTube and Netflix. - we still throughly enjoyed our stay and will return.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Doesn't have proper coffee. Would expect better than capsules at a 4* hotel Bedroom walls must be thin as could clearly hear the noise from adjoining room. Bar service was so-so. Sometimes table service, sometimes not
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: The price of breakfast, the prices of the minibar
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was excellent and so were all the staff considering the unprecedented situation. Could not fault them. We will return when this is all over

Pros: As I was walking the Camino de Santiago I was very pleased with this hotel, it's location, it's price. Very friendly and efficient staff. Further, I was walking (and therefore staying at the hotel) with family. The rooms the hotel provided us were totally working for a family of five. Very attentive.
Cons: No negatives to raise

Pros: Receptionist was exceptional - very knowledgeable, helpful and spoke good English. Secure, underground car park included in price.
Cons: Room was small, especially when booking for 3 people, as they put an extra bed in a standard double room.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I like the location, not so far from the train station and comply with my needs.
Cons: the stuff are not very friendly. the hotel door is been closed at night and when you arrived late you have to stay outside the door with the cold waiting for reception to open with keys. one time the receptionis wasnt there. and a bunch of people had to stay outside several mins. The hotel need a serious reform, specially the bathrooms. those are very old shower tub. used on the WWII and the neighbords upsthere make noise most of the night. but maybe is because we stay during Holidays season. still it was very disturbing

Pros: Friendly, cheerful staff. Nice accommodation and the restaurant below is very good. The old bridge is less than 10mins walk away.
