Pros: Staff was very nice and offered tips what to visit.
Cons: Strange smell in the room and hallways. No restaurant and bar was closed.
Pros: The staff could not be friendlier. The went out of their way to help. I had to have documents sent from Australia and they assisted in receiving the documents and also allowing the use of their email. Thanks Hotel Cabanas for all your help , you are great.
Pros: It was very clean room with big bath room
Cons: The air conditioning works not always. Walls are thin so you can hear everything around
Pros: I stayed for my business trip. It is really good value of money. The room is clean and comfy. Not all the staff understands English well but they are nice and still try to be helpful. The wifi connection is reasonably good.
Cons: I am not quite sure if the air conditioner is working properly, but it wasn't a problem for me because I stayed here in spring. The wall is a bit thin so I sometimes here the sound of the TV from the next room.
Cons: The staff does not speak English at all.
Pros: Bed is ok. Had a Good sleep
Cons: Elevator is too old
Pros: the staff was amazing. very helpful and kind

Pros: Staff did their best with the facilities available
Cons: Room facing west with hot sun heating the room and no air-con. Building very tired and in need of maintaining.
Cons: Room too hot durinr winter
Pros: The cleanness
Cons: First of all the staff. Especially a man with a beard and black hair. I booked my room with my mum’s card and when doing the check-in he only did not know what was going on but he had the cheekiness of telling me “you shouldn’t be travelling without a card” excuse me? Making false statements without knowing me? I was carrying my bank card the only issue was him not knowing what was going on and his rudeness. I also requested a twin room and they gave me a room with two single beds that we had to push together. One of the pipes in the bathroom was definitely broken and the smell in there was unbearable. Also, just ONE light out of 4/5 in the room worked. The window you either had to flip it around all the way down to leave it open or fully close, as it did not have any buckles to hold it. And if that wasn’t enough, my mum had to send an email TWICE authorising the payment of her card as the email address that the rude guy from reception gave us was all wrong! My advice is, if you’re staying in Puertollano I definitely recommend Santa Eulalia hotel.
Pros: Very clean. Comfy beds. Lovely staff.
Pros: Air Conditioning was surprisingly quiet.
Pros: Clean bathroom and spacious room. Loved the little bar/cafe. Nice staff.
Cons: Couldnt get the air conditioner to work so we opened the window. Really narrow, curved underground garage ramp!
Pros: Comfortable bed, 2 good pillows, ideal location for overnight stop and a good price
Cons: Coffee machine at breakfast
Pros: Private underground parking . Very low car (Lotus) just made it down the ramp .
Cons: Breakfest was poor and horible They charge for parking without say it ahead
