Cons: Food was misrepresented in the menu to what was served. Staff were not friendly or accommodating. There was no individual air flow or total cabin air flow.

Cons: Good tasted so bad, you should try to improve it.

Pros: Crew was great, seats could have been better for the fare we paid...

Pros: Everything was on time, crew was professional, flight was really pleasant

Cons: Boarding was really uncomfortable - line starts at one floor and then you have to slowly climb the stairs one step at a time while holding your carry on bag. Line move slowly because of required security questioning at the gate. It’s an absolutely normal procedure and staff was really nice, but stairs - that’s what make your experience unpleasant.

Pros: Crew was pleasant, flight was excellent, boarding was smooth, LOVED water upon arrival on plane

Cons: Seats were uncomfortable, provide herbal/decaf hot tea, dried fruit snacks, BETTER SEATS, More plush maybe lumbar support, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, minimal air circulation

Pros: Seat was comfortable, enough entertainment, staff is super nice

Cons: I was surprise that we were given food (i.e. sandwich) and blanket on the way to Iceland flight 614, but not on the way from Iceland flight 615. Still don't understand why

Pros: The overall experience was okay, no food service and seats were not super comfy.

Cons: More leg space for a long flight and free snacks.

Cons: More than an hour late departing. Added to that it was almost an hour before luggage appeared. Not West Jet’s fault but it made us even later resulting in some of our long drive of our drive to Grand Canyon being in the dark.

Cons: Everything was great. Westjet is so much better than Air Canada!

Pros: The flight wasn’t full, and we travelled with a lap infant - we really appreciated that they blocked off row for us.

Cons: The food is a scam. It’s overpriced, made poorly, and it’s the only option if you didn’t pack anything onto the plane with you.

Pros: I paid extra $30 for having more room due to my kneecap problem. Instead my seat was too Tight and whenever I complained no action was made. Mir Said Emami Ph. D

Cons: Flight delayed due to engine problems..10 hours was a bit long though when you have limited vacation time.

Pros: Lots of entertainment options Not totally booked so everyone had a little space to relax on such a long flight Food was nice

Cons: The boarding and the leg room.
