10.0 Excellent
Pros: The space of our room and at the property, the comfortable bed and pillows, the beautifully maintained grounds with pool, loungers and parasols. Also Miguel went out of his way to accommodate my coeliac requirements with bought in gluten free toast, a rice flour cake and gluten free corn flakes at breakfast. Such a lovely touch and SO appreciated, thank you!
Cons: Nothing at all, it was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The country house is an absolutely beautiful new facility that is completely accessible for anyone using a w/c or walker. The rooms are huge with every convenience you can think of ( fridge, instant pot for coffee, robes, slippers, etc). Beautiful pool just outside with grassy area. Meal and service at restaurant was delicious and special. Host, Miguel was so welcoming and gracious as well as all staff. Lower level had seating area, pool table, games available to guests as well. Highly recommend this guest house and also take advantage of restaurant right there. Breakfast was superb with eggs cooked just for you, fresh strawberries, good coffeecake/pastries.
Cons: Everything was great.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was quiet.
Cons: It’s expensive for what it is.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wow, staying here was the perfect end to our Portuguese road trip! Miguel and his lovely family did everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is set within a tranquil countryside location with modern and spacious rooms which were immaculate. Our 3 year old enjoyed exploring the organic fruit gardens and our teenager loved the pool. The hotel also has a restaurant, bar and wine cellar so it is perfect for those days when you don't want to venture out but still want to experience Portuguese culture. The roof terrace allows you to view Faro and surrounding countryside and at night, is was great for stargazing, my husband wished that he had his binoculars! All this and yet only 15 minutes drive to Faro - we will definitely visit this gem of a hotel again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and it had a private garden for our two year old to play in. The food was the best we had in Portugal as was the coffee.

Pros: Excellent
Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is an exceptional hotel in the most wonderful location. All of the staff cannot do enough for you and are extremely professional making you feel very special and valued. the hotel is beautiful and the facilities are fantastic for families, not only is the pool area big enough to accommodate all of the guests the children have plenty of room to play on grass areas close to the pool and on the football pitch and park as well. The food at the pool area is very good as well. The rooms are gorgeous and spotless and the beds are extremely comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before and the staff remembered us and even upgraded our room which was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast has a wonderful choice as well.
Cons: It is expensive to stay at the Conrad and it is expensive to eat and drink there, If it is was slightly more affordable I would stay there for the whole of my visit to Quinta do Lago instead of moving to a villa. my only other criticism is that the service at breakfast from the waiting staff is very slow this does need to be improved upon for such a luxury hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Well appointed, comfortable hotel with a good level of service and facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent bar and restaurant menu albeit a little limited.
Cons: Buffet breakfast very bland. Plastic bottles of water at pool, gym.
7.5 Good
Pros: I like the food, general staff attention and the quality of all amenities and extra curricular activities.
Cons: This was my first time staying at The Conrad and nearly everything was brilliant from the service to the amenities to the food. However, my partner and I were disappointed with one aspect of our stay. I stayed in Room 117 and had booked through booking.com for a single room with one double bed. Upon getting to the room we noticed that only one robe fit Conor and I, as the other was a much smaller size designed for a female. This was quite embarrassing as we felt it did not cater to us and as a result, we could not wear the second robe to the spa area. This was particularly disappointing as we had checked in over an hour before 3pm, giving our passports to be copied which showed we were two males, while we were told our room was being prepared. I felt this was sufficient time to prepare the room properly. On another occasion, when the in-house cleaning lady came to the room she asked could she enter to clean while I was there. I said yes she could and invited her in, and mentioned my partner was inside. Upon turning the corner she let out a loud gasp, as clearly she did not expect another man to be in the room. This was quite embarrassing for us. I am not usually one to leave negative reviews online, I just wanted to give my feedback regarding these issues as Conor and I were left quite disappointed. The remainder of our experience was excellent and the staff were very friendly, however in these two instances it seemed the nature of our relationship was made feel unwelcomed. I do hope this improves in the future, as literally everything else was five star.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything it was perfect
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic stay. Lovely hotel, friendly, polite staff. Great food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All staff extremely polite & nothing is too much fir them! Such a relaxing hotel just perfect’
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff cannot do enough for you and a small tip for exceptional service is very much appreciated. The gym is well equipped. The pools are great but don't expect the best sun loungers unless you get there early. Not a big loss - we had a cabana which was amazing.
Cons: I speak Portuguese, so expected that if staff did not speak English, they'd speak Portuguese. There are quite a few staff members who don't speak either so you have to revert to sign language.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We always go five star, but this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at it has everything from the facilities to the location and the staff are very attentive, the room was brilliant and always cleaned daily (they even leave you about three-four 1.5 litre bottles of water and pillow chocolates with a different little message everyday), the restaurants are great with three to choose from all catering for different things and well on a morning, the breakfast was brilliant with a huge variety, as well as freshly baked pancakes, pastries and eggs in a style of your choosing. If you are looking for a nice break to the algarve and you don’t want a very busy place, I would reccomend staying in Vilamoura and not Albufeira and staying at this hotel, you can travel to other areas in the algarve in around 20-25 mins, the people/locals are all very nice the beach is never crowded, so you can always have your space and the marina is on your doorstep as well, there are a companies here that offer various excursions (Benagil cave tour is a must) but one company AlgarveExcite were absolutely brill so look them up, they also do water sports, we used them for all the activities we did. The marina also has a lot of shops, great restaurants and bars, you will find at least one place that caters to your taste, and the best thing for me is that people don’t get rowdy after drinking on a night (there may be one or two, but nothing like Albufeira), people know their limits and are respectable. After mentioning all this, the hotel is at the centre of it all, with everything I’ve mentioned in mind, for everything you get it was great value for money. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

The prices at the facilities, bar, pool snack bar are just a rip-off €4 bottle of water €4 calipo lolly very expensive alcohol. Cons: We didn’t use the restaurant so I can’t comment on the quality of food. Our back door didn’t lock but we were on the top floor so it wasn’t a problem.

Pros: Very spacious apartment with fabulous view from the terrace towards the lake at Quinta do Lago. Very well equipped. And the TV had excellent selection of channels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment with plenty of space and three en-suite bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The full size cot provided for our little one was brilliant and included a comfortable mattress (as opposed to the travel cot often provided elsewhere) which he absolutely loved. Location was perfect for the wedding we attended, but you will need to hire a car to get around (unless you just want to use Uber). There are a number of supermarkets within a 10-minute drive and a couple of restaurants within walking distance - notably The Shack, great setting and great food. Fresh bread delivered daily was a lovely touch, too.
Cons: The pool was cold (but refreshing for the short space of time we were in there).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and good size apartment with lovely on site amenities and close to additional attractions at the Lake.
8.8 Excellent

Cons: We wanted a drink at the pool bar. We were informed it was closed at 5.50pm when the barman didn’t leave until 6.00pm odd to close a pool bar when it is still sunny! Half term too so was very busy!!!!

Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort - Vilamoura - Building

9.0 Excellent (3,048 reviews)
C$ 264+
Overview Reviews
Bask in five-star luxury at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Hotel. This stylish resort overlooks a yacht-filled waterfront to one side and golden beach to the other. It’s well placed for shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the stunning golf courses of the Algarve and the Roman ruins at Cerro da Vila.  The hotel’s 383 contemporary rooms all have a balcony, so you can wake up to wonderful views of the marina or sea every morning. Decorated in elegant tones of brown, blue and green, the rooms are equipped with Nespresso machines, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and comfortable chairs. Breakfast is a continental buffet, with pastries, cold meats, cheeses and eggs any style. Later in the day, you can savor melt-in-the-mouth steaks at our traditional steakhouse or feast on pizza in our charming Mediterranean restaurant. As dusk descends, take a seat in our stylish cocktail bar and wander through liquid discoveries. We offer the kind of facilities you’d expect from a five-star resort, including a huge circular pool surrounded by hundreds of loungers. There’s also table tennis, a spa with indoor pool and gym, and an exclusive beach club where you can sunbathe by day and party by night.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location excellent, breakfast excellent
Cons: Our initial room had to be changed. The pool is in need of updating, quite a few tiles missing and sharp edges. Other than that a really good hotel
6.7 Good
Pros: Facilities were amazing, lots of restaurant options (even though very over priced food). Close to marina which was key.
Cons: - Room service was super slow but if you order food to the hotel you get reprimanded - Room was constantly dusty after an 8 night stay the amount of dust on our suitcases was disgusting - Every time we came back after house keeping had been there we had to call for something, towels were forgotten or coffee cream - we had put a robe that was dirty on the floor and when we returned after housekeeping it had been hung back up on the rack which caused a bit of concern to wonder what was happening with dirty towels that were used and put on the floor. - we were supposed to have a crib in our room for our baby, upon arrival there was a twin bed, we called and went down and requested the crib. It took 4 hours and 4 requests and only upon asking to speak to the manager did we finally get our crib so our Baby could sleep - on the website when you book they claim on 8th for you get soft drinks and coffee replenished daily — very misleading you assume You’re getting these free but they cost. We had to go buy our own nespresso pods to use for the week because 2 euro for each pod is ridiculous - overall I expected a lot more for the price paid
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast excellent, location fantastic, Pool & Puro Beach, bar’s great...room & balcony lovely..
Cons: only one down side as my son’s family room cleanliness was not acceptable sometimes..
6.3 Good

Cons: Noisy guests keeping us from sleeping for the 2 nights we stayed, same guests were then horrendously noisy round the pool not allowing us to relax and get some shut eye during the day. We complained however it still went on. The lady at the front desk we had dealt with when we came to check out didn't even have the decency to ask how our stay was.

Cons: The beach bar restaurant too expensive
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the far end of the beach and views of the marina from our room were fantastic. Great resort property with all the amenities and on the doorstep of the many bars, restaurants and shops along the marina.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location Rooms very great
Cons: Problem with lifts not working, The usual towels on pool loungers at the crack of dawn! Having to pay for beds at puro beach and pool knowing that sister hotel Anantara. do not!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beds very comfy, breakfast plenty of choice, right on the beach
Cons: There are places in the hotel that need to be brought up to 5* rating The pool is desperate for some maintenance and also the shower in the garden area very poor state Main toilets in the lobby shut at peak times Toilets in the spa area very shabby Lifts were playing up and the stair area is shabby
7.5 Good
Cons: Rude staff at check-in. If you paid extra for a premium rate as I did you will find that the facilities are withdrawn if the hotel has a corporate event or wedding taking place. Half board food was inedible! Do not book. Tea and coffee in the room was not replaced each night, neither were the bath products - even though one pays for this service

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, really friendly staff, excellent breakfast, lovely pool
Cons: The price of water at pool bar!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Superbly clean .. good staff.. good location..breakfast buffet excellent
Cons: The bathroom towels are too small and coarse, like sandpaper!.. around the pool area the staff need to stop guests from reserving sunbeds ...the sunbeds need replacing, pretty uncomfortable and lots of them are broken... all the tables at breakfast( in the courtyard )and the pool cafe are also tired and wobbly!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is second to none, in front of the beach and very near to all the buzz of the Marina de Vilamoura but away from the noise and the confusion; the breakfast is probably the most varied, complete and of excellent quality that I have had; the food offer along the day is also good and varied and appropriate to allow the guests to stay most of the day and go for a walk and try a nearby restaurant in the evening
Cons: The staff is really nice but not always sufficiently alert and mindful (this could also be an effect of the wariness at the end of a hot and full tourist season)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very comfortable room, thank you for the upgrade
Cons: No criticisms
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Check in excellent. Customer service throughout the week superb
Cons: Only a slight concern but in the evening the sun shines directly onto the balcony. Not a major issue though
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent , sat outside , lovely staff, well laid out
Cons: stay was too short
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Excellent room with great balcony. Great breakfast.
Cons: Coffee too bitter
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was next to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Marina
Cons: For a hotel that charges £250 per night, I don't expect to be asked to pay 2 Euro for a replacement Nespresso coffee capsule in the room. Coffee is standard in hotel rooms. This alone, has made me advise my wedding guests next year to avoid the hotel. The sheer cheek of asking for 2 euros on top of the room price is disgusting. It's not the cost of them in terms of affordability but the principle. Also, the free coffee and tea we used weren't replaced each day, we had to remind them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast fabulous. Pool area spacious. Rooms lovely and well maintained.
Cons: Only one chair on balcony. Tiles missing in the pool and dirty on steps into it.

Pros: Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at for sure. Comfy, clean, really good social spaces.
6.7 Good
Pros: The place is reasonably clean. There are three bathrooms (one for man, one for women, and one for both) so one of them is usually available. The rooms and the rooftop look like in the pictures. Staff had good tips for beaches.
Cons: Sound isolation was not the best. Our room was across the bathrooms, and looking out in the street. During the night it can get really noisy. During our stay in the hostel some of our items were stolen from the shared fridge. And the bed was not that comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an amazing hostel in the perfect location in Loule, with excellent staff and a standard of cleanliness and efficiency that is unparalleled.

Cons: So. Of the furniture a bit worn tears in the furniture in the balcony wooden structure needed repaired and painted
6.3 Good
Pros: Design and comfort
Cons: Lunch menu was limited.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Kids Club Team. Room-Service. Breakfast Team. RIA Restaurant Team.
Cons: Its an Anantara Hotel in Villamoura, Algarve and you would expect a 5 Star standard of service. But, this property is not even close to any 5 star standards. The property on its own is good and with nice bedrooms, but service is APPALLING. The hotel could improve a lot on faster check-in and check-out service. There is no proper direction to locate your room or any other facilities of the hotel. The communication skills of staff is poor as not all staff speak fluent English, which makes it difficult for you to communicate when you need some information. The hotel does not have proper control on Mini-Bar service as we were charged for a missing item, which we had no knowledge of. Now, when you pay more than £4000 on 4 night stay with your family, you would expect the hotel to be more wise before they dispute a mini-bar charge and accuse you of using the mini-bar service. We had to leave the hotel after 4 nights stay with a bad experience ever after a dispute on this and made the entire stay less memorable, which we never expected. We liked room service and food is good. Breakfast is good as well. The Kids Club team was amazing, especially Tanya and Magda, they both went out of their way to keep our kids entertained and happy. Overall, you feel that the hotel is not organised and managed for a 5 star standard of service and value for money.
7.5 Good
Pros: Inter connecting room! Perfect
Cons: Too far from beech and marina
7.1 Good
Pros: Understaffed and some undertrained people at the Restaurants and Pool team.
Cons: Not prepared to handle the peak access during August and keep an overall Quality of Service to a level of a 5* Hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Better restaurant s at night it is quite far out
Cons: Lack of evening restaurant only rubbish buffet or fine dining v expensive

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms The pool The friendly staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were good and very helpful. Very nice building and pool areas. Rooms were excellent.
Cons: Food choice is average. Either a very upmarket restaurant, a fish restaurant or a limited buffet. Very little to do on an evening so you need to leave the hotel to entertain yourself which is limiting as there is nothing in walking distance. Bar area is a little soulless.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all excellent, pool and room very nice. Good choice at breakfast
Cons: More going on in the evening would be nice, some music and an alternative bar etc would be good. Feel as though you have to go out for any form of life

Pros: Great staff, clean, underground secure parking, massive swimming pool, indoor pool and gym, close to Vilamoura and Golf courses.
Cons: Directions to find the Reception area, we arrived late due plane delay and arrived in the area after dark, no signs anywhere indicating we had found the right place. Sat Nav took us within 50ft and we still could not have told where it was. Need some signs

Cons: No shop Two days apartment wasn’t cleaned - balcony wasn’t brushed the entire week Not enough buses into and from town Poolside cafe expensive for small portions
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location. Do not stay here... go to the Anantara across the road..... Flawless

Pros: Everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Apartments spacious and clean also good location sister hotel facilities outstanding
6.0 Good
Pros: Friendly bar staff. Reasonable priced drinks and food. Accommodation very good, spacious rooms and well furnished, equipment etc.
Cons: Bed was very hard asked for mattress topper twice and eventually got one day prior to going home. Had to ask for cleaners to come to room several times and cleaning was a bit hit and miss. Paid for a view extra few hundred pounds we were on bottom Floor and looked into a fence! Not exactly a view. This is our fourth visit and found the gardens a little shabby compared to last time. Reception staff a little abrupt when I complained about “view” was told it was the deluxe block.

7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast full of choice and taste. Super comfy bed. Fantastic bath .
Cons: Adding the third bed to the room spoiled the comfort The restaurant was worth the price for breakfast but overpriced for dinner Golf was expensive and didn’t provide all necessary equipment
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything about the property!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ali the service, team and facilities
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The indoor and outdoor pool were amazing also the free shuttle bus to the beach. The location is great, very close to Vilamoura Marina. The breakfast is rich, I recommend the cafe latte. Nice balcony!
Cons: Small room for a couple + baby knowing that I paid a rate of 600 euros for 2 nights. No view from the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds, lovely rooms, within 5 min taxi ride from the marina, lovely pool area.
Cons: Rarely enough staff serving at the poolside restaurant and bar although the ones who were working really tried their best, they were over worked and need more people to help them at peak times
7.5 Good
Cons: Absolutely nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: In overall my experience here was fabulous, the hotel is very clean, the room was spacious, modern and very clean, not to mention the beds were quite comfortable. Regarding the facilities, I enjoyed everything from the outdoor and indoor swimming pool to the bar, the gym, the restaurant, the breakfast room and the parking lot, not once did I have trouble parking my car. The breakfasts were fantastic, lavish with abundant variety. I liked the towel service and the easy access to fresh towels whenever I pleased. The shuttle service was very punctual and seamless, enjoyed it even though I only used it a couple times as I drove my own car most of the time. The staff was friendly and always made an effort to cater for my wishes, I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Upon checking in we realised our room didn't accommodate 3 guests as it was stipulated in our booking but the staff rectified this quickly by placing an additional bed. Swimming pool and sun lounge areas were lovely and very relaxing but I thought they were a bit smaller than I anticipated. Wasn't able to enjoy from the swimming pool bar as the prices were ludicrously high. Had lunch a couple times at the restaurant and the food is very good but a bit overpriced. The location is not so bad but staying closer to the marina area would've been convenient.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities when traveling with young children! 7 pools, multiple restaurants, safe environment, good food and amenities and a huge kid's park. Free shuttle service to the Vilamoura marina.
Cons: Stale bread sandwich served on our first day at the restaurant by the pool. Was returned and nothing close happened again.
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the breakfast, spa and nearby golf courses
Cons: I didn't like that you didn't offer towel service at the beach, found it inconvenient to bring a towel from hotel back and forth to the beach. Not impressed with the restaurant choice at the hotel for dinner.

Pros: The most amazing breakfast ever
Cons: Nothing it was all fantastic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. House beautiful and the pool area was relaxing. Katharina was very helpful and kind
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The suite was very spacious and we appreciated that it had 2 bathrooms. The billiard table downstairs was a nice surprise. The breakfast was delicious and the service impeccable. This is really a special place with a unique character. Good also for being close to the airport to be able to catch a flight the next day.
Cons: Slightly difficult to find - a sign visible from the road would be nice. We were not sure we were at the right place until we walked up to the front door, but I didn't park nearby because I wasn't sure.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Caterina Who manages the property is a very good manager. She perfectly knows how to deal with customers and feel them welcomed. She was helpful and supported me with the reservation and she was always smiling and kind too. The property is a nice old family house transformed in a hotel and the position is perfect if you want to visit east Algarve. We had the suite which has two double rooms and one big bathroom and a smaller one with a nice living room. I suggest it for a family up to 4 people. Breakfast was very nice as well.
Cons: Just the pool which is smaller than the picture but it’s ok to refresh and have relaxing moments.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all fantastic, nice quiet place to chill by the pool. Plenty to do in the villa as well.
Cons: No iron!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was brilliant. Rooms lovely.
Cons: Litltle to do in the town. Couple of days ok here, but if here any longer would need a car
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really lovely intimate hotel located right on the centre square in Estoi. Catarina was so welcoming and couldn’t have done more. She baked, and I would strongly recommend her banana coconut cake. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet offers plenty including Catarina cooking eggs as you like them.
Cons: The only small issue, and it’s nothing bad about the hotel but as it’s such a central location it was a bit noisy on Saturday night when a snail fesh was happening in the square. The location is fab though just be warned you are right in the centre if anything is happening.

7.9 Good
Pros: Good location, reception staff were excellent
Cons: Pool was quite small for the size of the hotel. Rooms just needed to have slightly more space.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and view of the beach from balcony perfect. A clean and modern hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The pool was quite small, and the alternative of using their sun beds on the beach was quite expensive. Especially if staying for more than a few days.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Food, Drinks, Cleanliness, Location all excellent as was te pricing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff location food
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Breakfast and Lunch Buffet at Restaurant. Food was mediocre. A bigger parking would help too
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Extra comfy bed, lovely view to the seafront, could hear the waves at night!
Cons: The cost is a little high!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the location of the hotel.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the cleaners of our room came at different times every day, sometimes in the morning sometimes lunchtime and sometimes late in the afternoon. So we never knew when was the best time to be out of the room. We came back to relax in our room at 5 o clock one day and it still wasn’t done. I also don’t like the fact that we only got a welcome gift of tea and coffee. We had to go and buy our own. The price of the hotel should be enough to cover tea and coffee in our room every day like most other hotels do.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We also had a buffet dinner one night which was lovely. Excellent location right on the beach. Shops and restaurants all around. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Gym had good equipment. Room and hotel were clean and modern and cosy. The hotel pool is a lot better in real life than it looks in the pictures.
Cons: The gym could do with a water fountain! Oh, and it could definitely open earlier than 8am! There was nowhere to dry/hang beach towels in our room as we didn't have a balcony and there were no drying racks. The pool area and loungers were hosed down in the morning and with the sun not getting there till later, they were always wet. We spent every day on the beach (which was what we preferred anyway), however, think it's a bit too pricey to have to spend 13/15 euros every day for sun loungers on the beach. The hotel has a dedicated area, and I think the most they should charge is 10 euros.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast is good. Location.
Cons: There is no hotel parking and should be searched a lot on the nearby streets. In the high season or when there is an event in the street next to it is difficult. We had lots of ants in the bathroom. The shower hose was broken and it took them a long time to send someone to handle the matter. Very expensive compared to what you get.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location - 29 steps from the gates of the hotel to the beach. The breakfast buffet, what was on offer gathered for everyone's taste buds. The sea view - breathtaking.
Cons: We felt that our room was a little on the small side. Also, like some other guests we had some ants in the bathroom. Seemingly, according to one of the staff at reception this only happens when there is food in the room but we did'nt have any.

Pros: Big bed..... clean pool and clean room. Private beach area is nice.
Cons: The hotel is aged, when we arrived and for the first 3 days we couldn’t get a sun bed around the pool and I had to fetch my own beds from a storage area. Breakfast is good, but unless you get there early it’s like a bomb site..... not easy to get a table and staff are busy. The gym is a joke - tiny room with hardly any weights or machinery and the machinery in there doesn’t work. No towels, no cups and the water had run out. Beach is advertised like it is a 300yd work - it is not it is a 10/15 min walk down a hill then back up the hill on your return. They do offer a shuttle bus but it’s not the point - the advert makes it look like you walk through the hotel garden and down a walk way..... you then have to pay for the day beds as well when you get there. Lastly really wanted a late check out - I was told we could only find out on the day of departure. So I waited and sure enough we couldn’t get one...... Basically if you are used to a UK, US or UAE 5* hotel this is a 3*...... for the €300 a night it cost me it was worth half of that. I would stay here again - but it is no way near worth the money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcoming and warm atmosphere from the reception staff, they were very thorough with the check-in and check-out process. Apologies but I am sure if it is Martha at reception, Bernardo and Nuno were very kind to drive us to and from the beach. We've enjoyed the beach very much, it was such a brilliant place to watch the sunset. They have been very helpful to provide is direction to nearby restaurants and places. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, breakfast is truly sumptuous and appetizing and the ambiance is relaxing. The pool is one of a kind, cleanest and safest esp for children. Staff providing towels and serving food were very polite and helpful. Our room is cozy, slept well every night..waking up to a beautiful sunrise from our balcony..thank you to the staff who have diligently kept our rooms cleam and tidy all the time. Ria Park Hotel and Spa is one of a kind, I would definitely recommend. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we hope to come back next year
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just awesome place
Cons: Coming home!!!
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is lovely.
Cons: I would definitely say this is not a 5 star hotel, but possibly a 4 and should charge accordingly. Very crowded, kids club outside of the facility, no enterntainement and food very lacking.
6.7 Good
Pros: Lobby was fine. Pool was nice.
Cons: Rooms a bit bland - struggling to see how 5-star. Prices in bar were 5-star. Not a lot close by. A few restaurants near beach. 15 min walk back, bus down from hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely clean property with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Our water supply in the room was not replenished and we had to ask for more. Twice there were no towels in our room and we had to ask for them then wait until they arrived before we could shower. Glad to see paper straws being used but single use plastic glasses need to go. You need designated smoking areas my little girls was exposed to plumes of cigarette smoke sitting on the sun beds round the pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was tremendous, the exceptional hospitality and friendliness of the staff, especialy in the restaurant, easy parking facilities, the shuttle service to and from the beach and the concessioned area on the beach.
Cons: The bathroom scales. They showed 3 kilos more in the space of 7 days.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotels location is good, near enough to walk to the beach and some restaurants. The room was nice with a lovely big balcony and a great view. The breakfasts were good. The reception staff were very obliging - booking restaurants at the last minute for us.
Cons: The staff could be a little friendlier - some of the restaurant staff were very surly and everything was too much trouble for them. I was also disappointed to be charged for sun beds at the beach when I had paid a lot of money for the hotel for a week and then to charge me to sit on the beach!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
Cons: Helpful to receive drinking water in your rooms everyday, not just when you arrive.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a nice break but disappointed as we went there because it had a children’s play park which was a walk away and at the other Hotel which there were two girls sitting there doing nothing saying they were not taking children as there where not enough children why didn’t they send these two girls over to our Hotel as there were lots of children there They need to get their Hotel sorted it was a lot of money for the holiday with no proper facilities for children and no entertainment at all We would not take the children again as there was only a small room with some games in and that was it
Cons: I liked the Hotel the staff were really nice but not much going on as there was nothing within walking distance for an older person I had to get taxi everywhere it would have been nice to be able to walk to a bar. Or restaurant whithin reach of the Hotel
