Pros: Affordable and on time

Cons: Bizarre cabin crew announcements and chaotic boarding

Cons: There was a delay of 4 hours to board from Montreal to Paris. with not any justification or valuable reason from the crew.

Pros: Crew was great, seats could have been better for the fare we paid...

Cons: The food was not the meal we ordered

Pros: Pleasant service and arrived and departed on time.

Cons: Menu, comfort re pillow and blanket for night flight. I -flight entertainment

Cons: They forgot our vegetarian meal requests on both flights. Few drinks. Old movies.

Pros: Clean

Cons: Better organized boarding Snacks (only via purchase)

Pros: The crew was friendly, the planes clean, flights on time. The blankets were a very nice touch.

Cons: On my first flight, I paid for use of wifi, but it kept kicking me off the connection. Repeatedly, the entire time. On the second flight, there was no option for wifi at all. It would have been nice to pay for wifi once for use all the way to my destination.

Pros: Long flight, the pillows and heavier blankets were a nice welcome. Pretty empty flight on the way to Iceland so everyone was allowed to stretch out.

Pros: Normal flight. WestJet is a great airline to travel on.

Pros: Quick smooth flight. We even landed early. No delays no problems. I even had seated in an empty row

Cons: The flight was as usual delayed. It has become usual scenario to loose connecting flights from London.

Pros: Ease of service and efficiency.

Cons: Flight was delayed multiple times. Was tracking boarding from the Air Canada app as there was nowhere to sit by the departure gate or screens. The app didn't advise that the flight was boarding (unlike other apps such as BA). I missed my flight and they insisted on charging me more than what I paid for the entire ticket just to return home. I got back to London to find that my luggage didn't make the journey. Staff at Air Canada were unfriendly and unprofessional.
