The gentleman that checked us in on Saturday afternoon was very friendly and helpful. EXACTLY what you want in your front desk staff. The woman the checked us out was snotty and short. I am glad she was not our first impression.
When I booked my search criteria was FREE breakfast - they did NOT offer a FREE breakfast. It was $9.95 per person. I would NOT have stayed here for that reason alone.
Location, close to everything. It was tuckedcaway from the busy street
The person qt the front desk on the day checked out had a bit of an attitude
Staff was friendly and room was comfortable
Hard to get to
The staff was very hospitable and friendly; adding an additional night was a very simple and easy process and the location of the hotel was excellent with a lot around it.
There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.
The staff and room was excellent.
There was construction and it was hard to see where to go since it was n if nighttime.
The breakfast was good.
Wish the hot breakfast price was included in the room rate.
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was really good also. The location of the hotel was great because it's close to all the stores and restaurants.
My biggest thing I did not like was the young staff working there. They have no clue about anything. When you ask them a question they each give you different answers. Very frustrating. Eventually I asked to speak to a manager about my problems .
The waiter that I had for breakfast was awesome! And it was peaceful in my room.
The television is small, I think that your hotel is too nice to have such a small television in the rooms
Staff was very friendly and even during the chaos of the big storm coming to the Carolina's they were very calm and very courteous. I had to cancel my last day there due to all flights being canceled and they made sure I was taken care of.
Everything was very comfortable, very clean and welcoming. It was just modern enough to feel new but not so modern it felt cold. It was about a 20 minute drive to downtown Raleigh and right next to a big mall and plenty of restaurants.
I liked everything about the hotel. The only thing I could think of is if someone wanted to be closer to the city but it was a bout a 20 minute drive so that wasn't to bad at all.
I really liked their professionalism and the order that is associated with their hotels and their company.
Very clean, well maintained and friendly staff
Access is little difficult from main road
