Friendly staff, good/healthy breakfast
No tea/coffee in the room, since it was too hot and had white curtains, would have been nicer if there was a room fan and some darfk curtains.

The hotel was clean and fresh with really nice decor and large comfy rooms. Its the only hotel in Denmark I found that wasn't decorated like 1970's style. The staff were helpful, even when I called reception because I could here the music from the nightclub in the basement they were apologetic and got the music turned down so I couldn't hear it within a minute. I would definitely go back.
The restaurant is supposed to be open on a thursday eveni9ng but it wasn't. It is a 10 minute walk to the restaurants in town which normally isn't a problem but when it is pouring with rain and you are tired after a long days work it was an inconvenience. It would've been nice if they'd let me know that at check in. But everything else was wonderful.

Excellant staff and always willing to help. All spoke brilliant English.
The restaurant only stays open until 20:00 and there is no room service available. After 11hrs travelling by car this meant that we had to go out to find food and not relax in the hotel.

Absolutly nothing beyond the helpful staff.
Room was dirty, bed was awful, lack of parking...AND When I booked the place it was availabile and then 30min before my flight I happen to check my email to find out my room had been cancelled because they didn't have space for me and a reservation made at another hotel. I arrive at the other hotel at midnight to discover that the hotel had managed to find a room for me and had cancelled this one so I had to get back in the car and travel across town to what turned out to be a dump. The resesrvation had my phone number but there was no attempt to contact me. Avoid this place at all costs!
