Good location, easy parking, on the whole very good hotel, clean and efficeint.
Limited food choice in the afternoon.
Very close to M4 easy access , Room very comfy
Trying to get out across the road to turn right.Car park abit tight
keep coming back so must be good
very good all round experience - long may it continue
Bathroom small & cramped and breakfast expensive
I liked the fact that the hotel was convenient for all of my family to travel to.
I did not like the fact that my room seemed "tired".I think that if the room and in particular the bathroom was up-dated, it may have felt more like a mini break.
no fridge in the room, £5 for room service!!! (so didn't use..), fan too small for hot evenings, too few coffees and teas, one lamp didn't work, food quite expensive
Excellent location to M4
Clean and pleasant decor, friendly staff
wireless access could be better
staff were very polite , clean room , very nice stay
Good facilities and excellent access to major routes.
